自然环境贮存条件下氟硅橡胶的寿命预测 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
对氟硅橡胶材料在全国5个典型气候地区万宁、漠河、敦煌、西双版纳和济南进行了库内贮存试验,分析了不同地区自然老化过程和受力状态(压缩率为25%)下材料力学性能的变化情况。结果表明,压缩永久变形保留率可以作为老化寿命的参考指标,以此建立了5个地区氟硅橡胶受力状态下的贮存寿命方程,利用二分法和线性回归估计确定了氟硅橡胶库内贮存寿命方程中的相关参数,并以压缩永久变形保留率下降到50%作为材料的老化指标,在95%的置信水平下,预测出5个地区氟硅橡胶的寿命由短到长依次为:西双版纳419 d、万宁944 d、济南1 043 d、敦煌2 031 d、漠河3 330 d。 相似文献

比较了不同捏合工艺下热硫化低苯基硅橡胶的压缩永久变形性能。发现捏合时间对低苯基硅橡胶的压缩永久变形性能有显著影响。随着捏合时间的延长,压缩永久变形性能先降后增,当捏合时间达到150 min时,压缩永久变形性能趋于稳定;继续延长捏合时间,压缩永久变形性能变大;随着热空气老化温度的升高,低苯基硅橡胶的压缩永久变形变大,在300℃×12 h条件下压缩永久变形可达100%,基本丧失了回弹能力;随着热空气老化时间的增加,低苯基硅橡胶压缩永久变形变大,在200℃×1 200 h、250℃×72 h、300℃×12 h老化后,低苯基硅橡胶的压缩永久变形达到100%,基本丧失了回弹能力。 相似文献

采用热空气老化方法研究了国产氟硅橡胶的老化与贮存性能。分别考察了氟硅橡胶自由状态下的撕裂强度和形变状态下的压缩永久变形在不同温度下随时间的性能变化规律;利用Arrhenius方程,预测了国产氟硅橡胶在室温下的贮存性能。结果表明,随老化温度的升高和时间的延长,撕裂强度和压缩永久变形性能均下降,但相比压缩永久变形,其撕裂强度的耐老化性能较好些;在23℃下贮存20年后,氟硅橡胶仍具有良好的撕裂强度和压缩回弹性。 相似文献

研究了生胶摩尔质量、补强剂的种类及用量、加工助剂用量对氟硅橡胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,补强剂的种类对氟硅橡胶与各类金属粘接的扯离强度有一定的影响;而生胶的摩尔质量和加工助剂的用量只对硫化胶的力学性能有影响。较佳配方为:生胶摩尔质量为90×104~120×104g/mol,羟基硅油用量为5~7份;补强剂采用2#气相法白炭黑与3#气相法白炭黑并用,适宜的气相法白炭黑用量为50份。 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe multiwall carbon nanotubes/fluorosilicone rubber composites (S-x composites) are prepared by a solution-coagulation method. Compared with the composites (D-x composites) fabricated by the traditional direct mechanical mixing method, S-x composites show the obvious enhanced electric and dielectric performances. The percolation thresholds are estimated to be 1.39 vol% for D-x composites and 0.74 vol% for S-x composites, respectively. S-1.1 composite exhibits high dielectric permittivity (2120) at 1 kHz, which is about 50 times higher than that of D-1.1 composite. Furthermore, the mechanism of the S-x composites with outstanding dielectric properties is investigated. 相似文献

The thermal aging behavior of poly(3,3,3‐trifluoropropyl)methylsiloxane was investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis and isothermal aging tests, and the results indicated the degradation mechanism II, oxidation scission of the side groups, played a more important role when the temperature was below 350 °C. The addition of ceria had significantly improved the thermal stability of fluorosilicone rubber (FSR) by inhibiting the oxidation scission. Moreover, two types of ceria including laminar‐structure ceria (LS‐CeO2) and nanoparticle ceria (N‐CeO2) were prepared and surface was modified by KH570 and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscope, and X‐ray diffractometer. FSR incorporated with modified LS‐CeO2 and N‐CeO2 revealed a significant improvement on the heat resistant properties. In particular, after having been thermal oxidative aged for 70 h at 250 °C, FSR containing 2 wt % of modified N‐CeO2 maintained 72.6% of tensile strength and 63.9% of elongation at break, respectively, while FSR without ceria completely failed. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了影响白炭黑/顺丁橡胶/丁苯橡胶复合材料力学性能的因素。结果表明,白炭黑(ZQ601)适宜的改性配方和条件为:聚乙二醇6000、油酸及硅烷偶联剂Si-69的用量均为2%(以白炭黑质量计,下同),硬脂酸质量分数1%;温度100℃,时间10 min。制备白炭黑/顺丁橡胶/丁苯橡胶复合材料适宜的硫化配方和条件为:氧化锌3.0份(质量,下同),硬脂酸2.0份,促进剂DM 0.5份,促进剂D0.5份,促进剂CZ 1.0份,防老剂4010 NA 1.0份,切片石蜡1.0份,硫黄0.5份,改性白炭黑90份;温度140℃,时间10 min。所制备复合材料的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度及邵尔A硬度分别达到了6.54 MPa、474%、20.11 kN/m和56,符合农业用轮胎及垫带的国标要求。 相似文献

Natural astaxanthin is a natural substance extracted from algae such as Haematococcus pluvialis. Its molecular structure contains conjugated double bonds as well as keto and hydroxyl groups, and therefore it has high activity. In this research, natural astaxanthin was used to modify the surface of the silica, and its effects on natural rubber vulcanization properties, physical and mechanical properties, dynamic properties, and antiaging properties were studied by means of rubber process analyzer, dynamic mechanical anaylsis, and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that natural astaxanthin-modified silica could reduce the degree of delayed vulcanization. At the same time, the resilience and abrasion resistance of the obtained vulcanizates were increased. The DIN abrasion volume of the vulcanizates modified and reinforced by the second strategy decreased by 19.2% and 23.6%, respectively; the Payne effect of the natural astaxanthin-modified silica/NR composites was weakened, and the dispersibility of the filler and the compatibility with the rubber matrix was significantly improved. Regardless of which strategy was used to modify the silica, the vulcanizates had a lower rolling resistance. Specially, it could greatly improve the hot air aging resistance property of rubber. 以沉淀法白炭黑为填料、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和天然橡胶为原料,采用动态硫化技术制备了热塑性天然橡胶(TPNR),考察了沉淀法白炭黑用量对TPNR物理机械性能和耐磨性能的影响,研究了沉淀法白炭黑填充TPNR的热稳定性、结晶性和动态力学性能,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了TPNR的相态结构.结果表明,当沉淀法白炭黑用量为40份左右时,TPNR的拉伸强度、100%定伸应力和撕裂强度出现最大值,当沉淀法白发黑用量为10份时,TPNR的体积磨耗达到最小值,沉淀法白炭黑的适宜用量为20份;沉淀法白炭黑的加入改善了TPNR的热稳定性和动态力学性能,提高了TPNR的结晶温度、熔融温度和玻璃化转变温度;TPNR的拉伸断面出现了塑性形变的HDPE形成的条状物,说明沉淀法白炭黑具有良好的增强作用. 相似文献
