盐湖提锂后的母液除含有部分未利用的锂之外,还含有大量的钾、镁等资源。提锂母液直接排放一方面会造成有用资源的浪费,另一方面会对整个盐湖系统造成破坏。提出一种盐湖提锂母液有用资源回收利用的方法,即将提锂母液在盐田中摊晒浓缩,然后分别与夏季晶间卤水和冬季冻硝卤水兑卤,在盐田中进一步蒸发浓缩,析出的硫混矿用来生产钾镁肥,析出的钾混矿用来生产氯化钾,液相卤水作为生产碳酸锂的原料卤水,从而实现提锂母液有用资源的回收利用,并在相图上对整个兑卤过程进行分析。该方法所有过程均在盐田中实现,工艺成本低、无污染,符合绿色环保可持续发展的理念,避免了提锂母液大量排放对盐湖系统造成的破坏。 相似文献

The extraction of propionic acid has been studied by liquid–liquid extraction with poly ethylene glycol /different salts of sulfate aqueous two-phase system (ATPS). In this study, a multilevel factorial design was applied to evaluate the effects of four independent variables (PEG molecular weight, type of salt, salt concentration, and temperature) on propionic acid extraction yield. The statistical significance of each factor was evaluated by an analysis of variance. The results indicated that the type and concentration of salt were the major contributing factors to propionic acid extraction. The PEG4000/ MnSO4 system was suitable for the extraction of propionic acid from dilute water. 相似文献

通过环境压力筛选获得了一株耐受30 g/L丙酸的产酸丙酸杆菌菌株(Propionibacterium acidipropionici WY320),降低了发酵过程中丙酸的反馈抑制作用,采用正交实验设计优化了发酵培养基. 结果表明,发酵培养基最适的玉米浆、酵母膏和(NH4)2SO4浓度分别为60, 10和7.5 g/L. 该条件下,摇瓶培养耐酸菌株的发酵周期为240 h,丙酸产量为49.35 g/L,较优化前提高72.98%,产率为0.21 g/(L×h); 5 L发酵罐培养的发酵周期为168 h,丙酸产量达51.96 g/L,产率为0.31 g/(L×h),较摇瓶培养提高47.62%,优于文献报道水平. 相似文献

Organophosphorous compounds have been widely used in inorganic analysis for the extraction and separation of inorganic acids or metal species. Since these compounds can form hydrogen bonds to proton donors, they can also be used for the extraction of acidic organic compounds. Therefore, the reactive extraction of propionic acid using tri‐n‐octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) in hexane was studied. Equilibrium and kinetics experiments were performed. The extraction of propionic acid using n‐heptane, light liquid paraffin, heavy liquid paraffin and hexane was studied and hexane was found to be most suitable diluent. The equilibrium complexation constant for the propionic acid‐TOPO complex was determined to be 0.702 m3/kmol. The extraction was found to be first order in propionic acid and first order in TOPO with the overall rate constant as 46.91 (m3/kmol)2/s. 相似文献

The feeding method of propionic acid for production of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydro xyvalerate) [P(3HB-co-3HV)] by fed-batch culture of Ralstonia eutropha was optimized to achieve high cell density and high 3HV yield. Effects of different feeding strategies of propionic acid on the production of P(3HB-co-3HV) were investigated. A decline of specific synthesis rate of copolymer and the yield of 3HV unit from propionic acid were observed due to the propionic acid accumulation in culture broth when the feeding solution with high P/G(propionic acid to glucose) ratio was employed. It was further confirmed by controlling propionic acid concentration at a low level in the separate feeding of propionic acid. An optimal feeding strategy was demonstrated to reduce the propionic acid accumulation. The cell concentration, P(3HB-co-3HV) productivity and 3HV unit fraction reached to 163.9kg.m-3, 1.8kg.m-3.h-1, and 10.6%(by mass), respectively, resulting in a yield of 0.33g HV per g propionic acid. 相似文献

用7种不同性能的阴离子交换树脂吸附发酵液中丙酸,考察了发酵液酸化方式及pH值对吸附量的影响,分析了不同浓度H2SO4的解吸情况,比较了多柱串联组合层析提高丙酸收率的可行性. 结果表明,大孔弱碱性丙烯酸系阴离子交换树脂ZGD630对发酵液中的丙酸吸附量最高,采用H型阳离子交换树脂D001酸化工艺,当pH值由6.5降至3时,ZGD630树脂对发酵液中丙酸的静态吸附量从54.34 mg/g提高至110 mg/g,动态吸附量达152.5 mg/g. 用4 mol/L H2SO4进行解吸,丙酸浓度最高达81.8 g/L,为初始发酵液的2.12倍. 采用3柱串联组合层析时丙酸收率达62.15%,较单柱层析显著提高. 相似文献
