对初提柚皮色素用聚酰胺柱层析和吉尔森制备型高效液相色谱进行分离和纯化 ,再通过紫外光谱、红外光谱和 GC/MS鉴定。结果表明 ,着色力最好的物质是 5 -羟基 - 3羧基吲哚 ,它为红褐色颗粒状结晶。这是从柚皮中分离得到的一种新天然食用色素成分 ,可能具有一定的生理活性 相似文献

絮凝剂是海水净化处理中的常用药剂,海水微生物絮凝剂是近年来崭新的课题。本研究自渤海湾采集样品,采用稀释平板法,分离菌种,运用改进的絮凝率检测方法,筛选出一株有较高絮凝活性的细菌,经16S rDNA鉴定与Biolog检测,确定为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis),命名为地衣芽孢杆菌dhs-36(Bacillus licheniformis dhs-36)。对该菌种培养物,发酵上清液,细胞破碎产物的絮凝活性研究显示其絮凝活性仅存在于发酵上清液中,并在菌株发酵2 d后获得最高絮凝活性。对该菌株絮凝活性的稳定性进行初步研究,发现该菌株絮凝活性易受酸碱性影响,只在pH值为6~10范围内稳定;但其絮凝活性在较宽温度范围内保持稳定。糖类、蛋白质、脂类与核酸定性反应确定该菌株产生的絮凝活性物质为蛋白质。该絮凝活性细菌絮凝活性较高,絮凝成分获得比较方便,有望未来应用于海水净化处理。 相似文献

本文总结了近年来国内外各种分离糠醛水溶液的方法。如蒸馏法,吸附法,超临界萃取法及液液萃取法,通过比较各种的优缺点,认为:用液液萃取法分离糠醛与水,不仅工艺简单,投资少,能耗低,结合计算机模拟,实现了分离过程的优化控制,为工业转化和研究提供了可靠依据,可以预言:采用液液萃取法浓缩和回收糠醛将是今后普遍采用的可靠方法。 相似文献

Abstract A novel extraction chromatographic resin for the separation and preconcentration of cesium from acidic nitrate media comprising an inert polymeric substrate impregnated with 1,3‐calix[4]bis‐o‐benzo‐crown‐6 (“BC6B”) in a chlorinated diluent is described. Cesium is shown to be both strongly and selectively retained by the resin at low (<1 M) acid concentrations and readily eluted from it using 6 M HNO3. Only potassium ion (at concentrations exceeding ca. 0.01 M) exerts a significant adverse impact on cesium retention. Unexpectedly, cesium uptake by the resin does not exhibit the acid dependency anticipated from liquid‐liquid extraction data. This is also the case for a resin employing a related macrocyclic extractant, calix[4]arene‐bis‐(t‐octylbenzocrown‐6) (“BobCalix”), prepared and partly characterized in an effort to overcome certain limitations of the BC6B‐based material. Despite this, the resin is shown to be well suited to the isolation of radiocesium from acidic solution for subsequent determination or for the removal of cesium intereference in the quantitation of other radionuclides. 相似文献

Due to the similar chemical properties between the neighboring trivalent actinide elements americium and curium, their extraction behavior is often perceived as indistinguishable. In this work, the characterization of seven extraction chromatography resins (TEVA, TRU, DGA(N), Actinide, Ln, Ln2, and Ln3) for these trivalent actinides from acidic matrices (HNO3, HCl, and HBr) has provided some evidence to the contrary. In most cases, Am(III) and Cm(III) exhibit identical extraction properties. However, separation is possible with TRU and DGA(N) resins as demonstrated in this study. The extraction shows a strong dependency on the specific anion in solution that follows the order NO3?>Br?>Cl?. 相似文献

对微生物发酵法制得的含1,3-丙二醇的发酵液进行了分离精制,分离工艺包含脱水、脱醇、除渣、精制等过程,并得到纯度大于99.2%的1,3-丙二醇产品。研究的重点是稀释剂的选取,在分别使用乙醇、正丁醇和正戊醇为稀释剂的情况下,通过对比实验结果表明正丁醇作稀释剂的效果最好。该研究的优点是分离工艺简单、技术成熟,额外引入的试剂少且易回收,发酵液中的结晶沉渣能被有效地分离,克服了精馏时釜液起泡、结块,堵塞管线的问题,可实现连续化操作。 相似文献

Combining octyl(phenyl)-N,N-diisobutyl-carbamoylmethyl-phosphine oxide (CMPO) and bis-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (HDEHP) into a single process solvent for separating transuranic elements from liquid high-level waste is explored. Co-extraction of americium and the lanthanide elements from nitric acid solution is possible with a solvent mixture consisting of 0.1 M CMPO plus 1 M HDEHP in n-dodecane. Switching the aqueous-phase chemistry to a citrate-buffered solution of diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) allows for selective stripping of americium, separating it from the lanthanide elements. Potential strategies have been developed for managing molybdenum and zirconium (both of which co-extract with americium and the lanthanides). The work presented here demonstrates the feasibility of combining CMPO and HDEHP into a single extraction solvent for recovering americium from high-level waste and its separation from the lanthanides. 相似文献
