矿渣及脱硫石膏-粉煤灰复合胶凝材料的试验研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
研究了不同的煅烧温度及保温时间对脱硫石膏-粉煤灰新型复合胶凝体系抗压强度的影响.在此基础上引入矿渣,研究矿渣及其掺量时脱硫石膏-粉煤灰复合胶凝体系的影响,并通过掺加矿物激发剂和化学激发剂对其改性.对较优配比的复合胶凝材料进行XRD与SEM研究,分析了其水化产物的成分与形貌.最后,对复合胶凝材料的基本性能进行检测.结果显示,适当的脱硫石膏的煅烧温度与保温时间、适宜掺量的矿渣、矿物激发剂与化学激发剂均能提高复合胶凝体系的强度;经改性的复合胶凝材料具有较好的性能. 相似文献

以脱硫石膏和粉煤灰作为矿渣粉的激发剂和填料,制备成复合胶凝材料。研究了脱硫石膏和粉煤灰的掺加量对复合胶凝材料的浆体流动性能和硬化体力学强度进行了研究,发现流动性能随着粉煤灰掺加量的降低而下降,3d强度随着脱硫石膏的掺加量的增大而下降,7d强度则当脱硫石膏掺加量为20%时强度最高。同时还研究了3种常用碱激发剂NaOH、KOH和Na2SiO3对其流动性能和力学强度的影响。NaOH、KOH对流动性能的作用相似,随着加入量的增大而增大,而Na2SiO3则相反。3d强度随NaOH和KOH的掺量增大而增大,14d强度相反;Na2SiO3的3d激发作用不明显,14d强度则低于不掺入任何其他激发剂时的强度。 相似文献

脱硫石膏是燃煤电厂、炼油厂等排放的二氧化硫采用脱硫净化工艺技术处理所得的一种工业废石膏。研究了脱硫石膏不同的煅烧温度及保温时间对脱硫石膏-粉煤灰新型复合胶凝体系抗压强度的影响,并在此基础上采用矿物激发剂与化学激发剂对该复合体系进行改性,结果显示:适当的脱硫石膏煅烧温度与保温时间、适宜掺量的矿物激发剂与化学激发剂均能提高复合胶凝体系的强度。因此,这些方法郜是改善脱硫石膏-粉煤灰复合胶凝材料性能的有效措施. 相似文献

NaOH激发粉煤灰基胶凝材料的水化产物 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
以粉煤灰为原料,NaOH为激发剂,制备出高抗压强度的粉煤灰基碱激发胶凝材料,研究养护条件对粉煤灰基碱激发胶凝材料抗压强度的影响。用x射线衍射分析不同龄期粉煤灰基碱激发胶凝材料的矿物组成,并用带能谱分析的扫描电镜观察不同龄期材料的微观形貌和区域元素组成。结果表明:蒸汽养护可以显著提高材料的抗压强度:粉煤灰中的玻璃相参加材料的水化反应,莫来石、石英等晶相则为惰性物质,不参加反应:在水化过程早期,粉煤灰基碱激发胶凝材料的气孔内会形成钠系菱沸石的前驱体,蒸汽养护1d后长大为表面呈十字交叉状的1pm左右颗粒,随着时间延长,这些颗粒可长至5μm左右,交错重叠充满整个气孔内壁,形成致密的空间网状结构,使材料强度得到提高。 相似文献

研究了在不同温度下处理的脱硫石膏对矿渣水泥若干性能的影响,确定其在水泥基材料中循环利用的可行性。研究结果表明,经低温烘干焙烧处理的脱硫石膏,掺入到矿渣水泥中并控制适当的SO3掺量,水泥凝结时间正常,强度略有提高,并且明显降低了硬化水泥浆体的失水率和干缩率,可以有效防止收缩裂缝的产生:并进一步探讨了脱硫石膏对矿渣水泥性能的影响机理。 相似文献

Characteristics of the sulphation reaction between SO2 and CaO/fly ash sorbent were analyzed based on TGA results to develop a kinetic model for a dry moderate temperature (400–800 °C) FGD process. It was found that SO2 diffusion within sorbent particles involved three sub-processes: inter-particle diffusion, inter-grain diffusion and diffusion through product layers and the diffusion dominated the whole sulphation reaction process. The activation energy for product layer diffusion Ediff of 49.3 kJ mol−1 being greater than the chemical reaction activation energy Ea of 13.9 kJ mol−1 verified the importance of the diffusion. Predictions using the kinetic model in which k0 varies with temperature agree well with the experimental data. 相似文献

钢渣安定性不良及可能含有过多的Cr组分使其作为建筑骨料和作为水泥生料配料使用存在较大的安全和质量风险,这严重限制了钢渣的资源化利用。适量钢渣作为混凝土矿物掺合料已成为钢渣利用的主要领域。本文针对钢渣粉磨能耗高、活性偏低的特点,提出引入高硫高钙的循环流化床固硫灰渣作为转炉钢渣或电炉钢渣稀释剂及改性剂,一方面减少钢渣用量、降低生产能耗;另一方面,以固硫灰渣硫钙组分激发钢渣活性。研究结果表明:钢渣-固硫灰渣复合掺合料能够充分利用钢渣粉需水量低以及固硫灰渣组分激发优势,从而克服了钢渣粉早期活性低和固硫灰渣需水量高、后期强度倒缩问题。所制备钢渣-固硫灰渣达到Ⅱ级复合矿物掺合料技术要求。该复合掺合料大掺量使用钢渣,具有较好的经济和环境效益。 相似文献

In this technical note an effort has been made to investigate the influence of flue gas conditioning, FGC, on physical, chemical, mineralogical and morphological characteristics of the fly ash. FGC is a technique that involves addition of chemical additives to the flue gas, for increasing the ash collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitators, ESPs. The FGC also helps in reducing the amount of suspended particulate matter, SPM, which is released into the surrounding environment at thermal power stations. It is a well established fact that utilization of the fly ash, as a cementitious material, depends on its pozzolanic characteristics, which in turn pivots on its physico-chemico-mineralogical and morphological characteristics. However, how these characteristics get influenced due to FGC has not yet been reported in the literature. With this in view, ash samples from a coal-fired thermal power station in India, where flue gas conditioning is being employed, were collected and their physico-chemico-mineralogical and morphological properties were examined. 燃煤飞灰中的未燃碳(unburned carbon,UBC)和金属氧化物因对汞有一定的吸附和氧化作用而被认为是燃煤电厂廉价的潜在脱汞吸附剂,但效率有待提高。文章选取两种UBC含量不同的飞灰,采用质量分数1%的NH4Br溶液对其浸渍改性,利用固定床汞吸附实验台探究了烟气组分(O2、SO2和NO)以及飞灰中无机金属氧化物对汞吸附和氧化的影响,以期获得高效脱汞吸附剂吸附机理。结果表明,O2对于溴素改性飞灰氧化汞有较小的促进效果,SO2具有一定的抑制作用,NO促进Hg0的氧化效果明显;溴素改性飞灰中的Fe2O3和TiO2对Hg0的氧化起着主要作用,原因在于溴素改性增加了金属氧化物Fe2O3和TiO2中的晶格氧含量,促进了Hg0的催化氧化,主要遵循Mars-Maessen机理。另外,UBC含量对飞灰脱除Hg0的影响很大,溴素嵌入飞灰表面的UBC时,会使其邻域的活性加强,从而增强碳质表面对Hg0的吸附能力,促进了后续反应的进行。 相似文献

Large amounts of fly ash (FA) and limestone powder (LP) wastes are accumulating in countries all over the world. Most of these wastes are abandoned and cause certain serious environmental problems and health hazards. In this study, LP waste and class-C FA were used to produce a composite material without the addition of portland cement. LP was mixed with the FA at levels of 10, 20 and 30% by volume in the samples. LP and FA were mixed, wetted and compressed under high pressure in a steel mould. The compressive and flexural strengths were measured, and ultrasonic pulse velocity tests were performed on samples at ages of 7, 28 and 90 days. Density, water absorption and thermal conductivity values were also determined for the samples aged for 28 days. Preliminary results obtained from the tests indicate that masonry composites can be produced using LP, FA and water. 相似文献
