铝电解槽阴极所用耐火挡板砖的蚀损主要是由氟化物熔体和钠蒸汽的化学侵蚀引起的。当砖与腐蚀介质起化学反应时,它们经历着一些物理变化和化学变化,最终将削弱电解槽的工作能力,甚至会缩短它的寿命。近来对硅酸铝耐火材料性能的研究显示出在材料的渗透性和它们的抗化学侵蚀性之间存在一定的联系。由于真实的环境不能再现,本文所述例子中的性能,均在室温条件下测出。在当前研究中.为了研究从室温上升到700qC渗透性是如何变化的,运用了最新开发的设备进行了各种不同的实验,并试图再现挡板砖的实际环境。对室温和高温下的结果进行了对比和分析,得出选择铝电解槽衬的最好方法。  相似文献

In this paper, an ideal structural model and a scientific and practical mathematical model of high temperature permeability testing technology were established based on the formula of gas permeability at room temperature according to Darcy's equation and Forchheimer equation and combined with the basic law of gas mechanics and the resistance loss of gas movement process at high temperatures. Through a gas heater, the safe heating of gas from room temperature to the test temperature was realized; the pressure sealing of high temperature permeability test technology was studied using high temperature resistant flexible material instead of silica gel material and combining preloading with system expansion and continuous loading. Based on the above research, a high temperature gas permeability tester for refractories has been developed and the test temperature can be up to 1 000 ℃. The equipment was applied to research refractories, showing well using effects.  相似文献

The experimental evaluation of permeability parameters encounters different difficulties, depending on the features of the materials. Traditional steady-state techniques for refractory castables and other highly dense ceramics demand arduous work and require reliable measurements at high pressure and for extremely low flow rates. In this paper, a recent and promising technique known as vacuum-decay permeametry is modified to consider the effect of gas compressibility and fluid inertia. Darcy's law is replaced by Forchheimer's equation, which has been proved to better represent the interactions between fluid and a castable porous medium. The modified method is modeled and applied experimentally to refractory samples with different permeability levels. Results that have been compared to a well-established steady-state permeametry method confirm the validity of the model.  相似文献

On the basis of six-year operational data for a 5000-m3 blast furnace, the dependence of the coke consumption on its strength M25 and M10 and the content of the >80 mm fraction is calculated by different methods. The quality of the coke has a clear influence on coke consumption and blast-furnace economics. As an illustration, for some of the equations derived, means are established for predicting the economic benefit associated with improving coke quality and reducing its consumption, in specific blast-furnace conditions.  相似文献
