浅谈无碳复写显色材料的产业化开发

经过四年攻关,无碳复写显色材料的产业化开发完成了小试技术开发、中试放大研究,并被国家发改委列为高技术产业化项目,目前已完成了产业化建设,形成年产3500吨的生产规模。详细论述了从产品方案设计、技术研究到形成规模生产的产业化历程。产品经多家用户使用,认为其质量已达到同类进口产品水平。     

用陶土坩埚生产的玻璃纤维都是劣质产品

国家早就三令五申严禁用陶土坩埚生产增强用玻璃纤维,但总是屡禁不止,尤其是近年来还有发展之势.有些陶土坩埚玻纤拉丝工厂,为逃避检查,前面是铂金坩埚拉丝车间,后面是陶土坩埚拉丝车间;有的是不要玻璃纤维厂的牌子,转入地下生产;有的是在中国玻纤工业协会的干预下或市场形势的影响下暂时停止了陶土坩埚拉丝工艺生产,但一旦形势好转,它们又恢复了生产,甚至生产规模还会进一步扩大.这些厂,为了短暂的眼前利益,却给国家造成了不可弥补的损失,不可小视.     

The design of experiments when there are errors in all the variables

The Error-in-Variables Model (EVM) applies to a large class of problems in parameter estimation in which there is error in all the variables. This property makes it of more general applicability than the widely used technique of ordinary Least Squares. While there is a voluminous literature on EVM there is nothing on a general method for designing experiments when EVM applies. In this paper we present an extension of the concept of D-optimality to provide such a general method. It is illustrated by applying it to the estimation of copolymer reactivity ratios and to fitting an ellipse.     

Iterative estimation of model parameters when measurements of all variables are subject to error

An iterative method is described for parameter estimation when all model variables are measured with an error. The method is based on the principle of maximum likelihood and the assumption of normally distributed errors; it leads to estimates both of model parameters and of the true values of measured variables. The iterative calculations involved utilize a standard optimization subroutine. The sequence of calculations is illustrated by a block diagram and demonstrated on two case studies.

KAR 299井为一口报废产水井,该井无采油树、油管头,套管头损坏严重,敞井口空井筒溢流十多年,且含气量较大。在该井的注灰永久封固施工作业中,通过采取一系列合理的工艺技术措施,成功实现了无井口装置下的注灰施工,对同类井施工具有一定的指导意义。     

Application of None Cement Alumina-magnesia Gunning Mix with Special High Reactive Alumina in Steel Ladles

During calcining the aluminum hydroxide according to the Bayer process in a rotary kiln, the process of incomplete conversion to alpha alumina by soft calcination leads to a special intermediate alumina product containing microcrystalline of primary crystal alpha alumina particles less than 0.4 μm, and other alumina phases with finer microcrystalline of less than 0.2 μm particles. This special alumina powder has similar properties to silica fume or clay, such as high surface area and reactivity, fast wetting, low water demand and high stick-ability. It can partially or completely replace silica fume and clay in dry gunning mixes. It works towards improving the high temperature resistance of the gunning material matrix as well as the corrosion resistance and service life of the gunning materials. The application results show that: the ladle cementfree alumina-magnesia dry gunning mix with this special alumina sub-micro powder, compared with traditional dry gunning materials, has lower rebound loss(10%), better adhesion rate, higher corrosion resistance and peeling resistance; and it can replace the veneering casting repair to achieve the similar performance. A further improvement goal is to replace the initial casting linings, thus this concept will give a new revolution to the monolithic steel ladles.

Rhizopus and Fusarium are Selected as Dominant Fungal Genera in Rhizospheres of Brassicaceae

We isolated several strains of Rhizopus and Fusarium spp. as dominant fungi in the rhizospheres of Brassicaceae plants. The Fusarium isolates showed a higher tolerance of the antifungal constituents of "mustard oil," which originates from the glucosinolates that are characteristic secondary metabolites of the Brassicaceae, than other Fusarium isolates from non-Brassicaceae plants. In contrast, the Rhizopus isolates showed a high tolerance regardless of their source. Myrosinase activity was found in Bn-R-1-1 (Rhizopus sp.) isolated from the rhizoplane of Brassica napus and Ls-F-in-4-1 (Fusarium sp.) isolated from a surface-disinfected root of Lepidium sativum (Brassicaceae). Ls-F-in-4-1 was the Fusarium most tolerant of the Brassicaceae antifungal constituents. These results suggest that fungi in the rhizospheres of Brassicaceae plants may be selected because of secondary metabolites exuded from the roots of host plants.     

Chemical comparison of a mexican soybean variety with a us variety

The proximate analysis, protein, amino acid, and fatty acid composition and flavor evaluation of mature seeds of a commercial variety soybeans grown in Mexico and of one grown in the United States were compared. The study indicated very little difference between the two varieties.
