高湿高腐蚀球团烟气袋式除尘试验

 为了打通高湿高腐蚀性球团烟气袋式除尘工艺路线,开展了为期两年的球团烟气袋式除尘热态试验系统研究。为国内首次针对球团烟气袋式除尘开展的专项系统研究,试验系统工况烟气量为10 000 m3/h,研制了4种新型滤料用于试验,并开展了结露腐蚀特征分析。试验结果表明,所采用的“顶部垂直进风袋式除尘器”适用于高湿高腐蚀球团烟气净化,颗粒物排放质量浓度小于10 mg/m3,达到超低排放要求,设备阻力为700~1 000 Pa;滤料分析结果表明,有两种滤料的强度和透气性等性能可满足使用要求;结露腐蚀分析结果表明,在高湿高SO₂浓度烟气条件下,设备腐蚀主要最终产物不仅含有γ-Fe₂O₃、Fe₃O₄、δ-FeOOH和γ-FeOOH,还包含白色粉末状物质X。为今后实施球团烟气袋式除尘工程化奠定了技术基础。     

宣钢焦化厂运焦除尘系统改造

宣化钢铁集团有限责任公司选择以地面除尘站为主、点式除尘机组为辅的方案对1#～4#焦炉运焦除尘系统进行除尘改造,距离地面除尘站较近的扬尘点均引入地面除尘站进行集中除尘,距离地面除尘站较远的扬尘点则采用点式除尘机组进行除尘,彻底解决了运焦过程中的扬尘问题,达到了袋式除尘器除尘排放浓度≤20 mg/Nm3的要求。
