铸造机链条滚轮滑动原因的分析及改进   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
20kg连续铸造机是中铝青海分公司第一电解铝厂生产重熔铝锭的主要设备,其铸模的输送装置为链条结构形式滚子链,滚轮在链条的传动过程中的运动形式为滚动.但由于铸模轴结构设计及摩擦润滑方式的不正确,导致链条运动摩擦阻力增大,链条易产生瞬间的抖动使铝锭表面产生较大的波纹和飞边,影响铝锭表面质量.从铸模轴结构和摩擦与润滑的角度分析了20kg连续铸造机链条滚轮滑动原因,并提出了改进措施.  相似文献

We present a theoretical study of the interactions between isolated aluminium atoms and a polyimide surface and between polyimide and aluminium surface. The effect of surface modification on adhesion is also discussed. Self-consistent geometry optimization and molecular orbital calculations have been carried out within CNDO approximation in a cluster model framework. Our results suggest that aluminium atoms react preferentially with five and six-fold rings of polyimide when those chemical groups are present on the surface. The compound formation is accompanied by charge transfer from the metal atoms to polyimide and charge rearrangement among the polyimide atoms. Madelung potential calculations also suggest considerable core level shifts at polyimide atoms far from the reaction site. The adhesion of polymide to aluminium surface is predicted to be somewhat weaker than that of aliminium to polyimide.  相似文献

通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜对急冷铝基纤料箔两个表面的观察分析表明,急冷钎料箔正面和自由面的微观特征明显不同。纤料箔正面具有周期性分布的波浪形气痕、纵向的撕裂沟痕和模体沟痕;而自由面上具有周期性分布的箭头状气痕、圆形气坑、纵向摩擦沟痕、随机分布的山丘状隆起和弥散分布的圆形小凸起等现象,本研究分析了这些现象的成因并提出了相应的解决办法,为制备表面质量较高的急冷铝基钎料箔提供依据。  相似文献

Abstract

The strict control of aluminium concentration in a galvanising pot is extremely important to meet the high surface quality of galvanised steels that has been demanded by the industry. The present study proposes a mathematical model for the prediction of aluminium concentration in a galvanising pot of a continuous hot dip galvanising line. It is assumed that aluminium in the molten zinc pot is consumed as coating layer, dross, and inhibition layer. The quantities of aluminium consumed as dross and inhibition layer in the molten zinc pot are evaluated using the results of physical model experiments available in the literature. The operation conditions of the continuous hot dip galvanising line are online collected and then used as input data for the model. It is found that dross is a main source of the preferential consumption of aluminium in the molten zinc pot. The predicted pot aluminium concentration follows the trend of experimentally measured values rather well during both galvanising and galvannealing operations.  相似文献

Preliminary mathematical analyses of different interdendritic cracks associated with variation of heat transfer and generation of interdendritic strain in horizontal twin-roll strip casting have been investigated. A 1-D transient finite difference model of heat flow, dendritic solidification and interdendritic thermo-metallurgical strain has been developed. The model contains two cracking criteria to predict qualitatively and quantitatively the tendency of interdendritic crack formation during dendritic solidification of pure aluminium and 6022 aluminium alloy. The model predictions are compared to available analytical methods and previous measurements. This is to verify and calibrate the model where good and reasonable agreements are obtained, respectively. The variations of heat transfer modes during different contact cooling zones and their effects on the generation of interdendritic thermo-metallurgical strain at the surface and central strip locations have been analysed. The model predictions point out that the different contact cooling zones of strip surface and surroundings control the stages of interdendritic crack formation in different mushy regions. The mechanism of interdendritic crack formation in twin-roll strip casting process with previous and present cracking criteria have been explained and discussed. These discussions show the importance of selection of mathematical treatment to predict the stages of interdendritic crack formation.  相似文献

采用等温法研究了纯氧化锌配加石墨碳粉制成含碳氧化锌球团的还原动力学 ;考察了坩埚尺寸对氧化锌还原的影响 ;并研究了铝浴条件下对含碳或不含碳氧化锌球团还原的影响。结果表明 :根据Arrhenius方程计算出 ,当碳气化反应和界面还原反应为限制环节时 ,在 12 73~ 14 2 3K下其活化能分别为 3 7 615kJ/moL和 43 192kJ/moL ,碳还原氧化锌的还原速度由气相扩散所控制 ,12 73~ 14 2 3K下其活化能为 46 5 48~ 5 3 2 80kJ/moL ,含碳球团在大坩埚中的还原速度快 ,有铝浴存在的还原速度快 ;在 12 73~ 15 2 3K下铝浴与氧化锌球团 (不含碳 )基本不发生还原反应  相似文献

The inhibition effect of meclizine hydrochloride on the corrosion behaviour of aluminium in 1 M hydrochloric acid medium was studied by weight loss, potentiodynamic polarisation and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. Results obtained revealed that Meclizine performed excellently as a corrosion inhibitor for aluminium in HCl medium at 303 K. The effect of temperature on inhibition efficiency was studied. The inhibition was assumed to occur via adsorption of the inhibitor molecule on the metal surface. The adsorption of the inhibitor on the aluminium surface followed Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. The values of activation energy and thermodynamic parameters were calculated and discussed.  相似文献
