The phosphors(Ce0.67Tb0.33)MgAl11O19(P-G) and BaMgAl10O17∶Eu2+(P-B) have been synthesized using the microwave irradiation technique. The data of X-ray powder diffraction(d-values and I/I0-values) are basically coincided with the data of JCPDF 36-73 and 26-163 cards. The calculated cell dimensions are a=0.5582 nm, c=2.1884 nm for P-G, and a=0.5616 nm, c=2.2614 nm for P-B. The excitation spectra and the emission spectra of the phosphors were measured. The chromatic coordinates are x=0.316, y=0.565 for P-G, and x=0.156, y=0.106 for P-B. The relative luminescent intensity is about 88%(P-G) and 80%(P-B), respectively, compared with the same commercial phosphors. The phosphors were also detected by scanning election microscope.  相似文献

A new neutral ternary samarium complex Sm(Phen)HL3 in which Phen is 1,10-phenanthroline and HL is (1,3-bis(1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-propanedione) was synthesized. Molecular structure of this complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. Under UV-light this complex is demonstrated bright red luminescence (λmax=647 nm), which was corresponding to the electric dipole 4G5/2→6H9/2 transition in Sm3+ ion. The new lanthanum (Ⅲ) and praseodymium (Ⅲ) complexes of the general formula [Ln(L)3] (Ln=La(Ⅲ) or Pr(Ⅲ); LK=potassium salt of dithiocarbazinates) were prepared by both, conventional thermal and by the use of microwave technology. Elemental analyses, elec-trical conductance, magnetic moment and electronic, infrared, far-infrared, 1H and 13C NMR spectral studies were used to characterize the complexes. The molecular weights of few complexes were determined by FAB-mass spectra. Nephelauxetic ratio, covalency parameter and bonding parameter for these complexes were also calculated. The probable structures of the complexes were proposed. The antifungal and antibacterial activities of the complexes were evaluated. Solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) electrodes,after a high temperature sintering,may be impregnated to deposit nanoparticles within their pores to enhance the catalytic function.Samarium doped CeO2(SDC) nanoparticles were infiltrated into(Pr0.7Ca0.3)0.9MnO3-δ(PCM) cathode of anode supported SOFC cells.The cell with 2.6 mg/cm2 SDC impregnated in cathode showed the maximum power density of 580 mW/cm2 compared with 310 mW/cm2 of the cell without impregnation at 850 °C.The cells were also characterized with the impedance spectra,and the SDC impregnation significantly reduced the polarization resistance.After performance test the cells were characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the cathode morphology showed the impregnated SDC particles were nanosized and were deposited on the surface of the PCM framework.The possible mechanism for the performance improvement was discussed.  相似文献

The self-assembly of 5-bromoisophthalic acid (H2BIPA) with Eu(NO3)3·6H2O under the hydrothermal conditions gave a 3D coordination polymer, Eu2(BIPA)3(CH3CH2OH) (1), which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 displayed an unusual three-dimensional network of a rare (4,6)-connected (48.66.8)2(44.62)2(42.84) topology, which was different from Eu2(BDC)3(H2O)2 (BDC=isophthalate), because the -Br substituent of the isophthalate resulted in the different electronic effects and the steric hindrance to change the coordination modes of carboxylate groups in the assembled process. Cyan-emitting Ca9NaGd2/3(PO4)7:Eu2+phosphors were synthesized via high temperature solid-state route.X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to verify the phase and morphology of the Ca9NaGd2/3(PO4)7:Eu2+(CNGP:Eu2+)phosphors.The as-obtained phosphor exhibits a broad excitation band of 250-420 nm,which is near the ultraviolet region.An intense asymmetric cyan emission at 496 nm corresponds to the 5 d-4 f transition of Eu2+.The multiplesite luminescent properties of Eu2+ions in CNGP benefit from versatile structure ofβ-Ca3(PO4)2 compounds.The effective energy transfer distance is 5.46 nm(through the spectral overlap calculation),validating that the resonant energy migration type is via dipole-dipole interaction mechanism.Compared to the initial one at room temperature,the luminescent intensity of CNGP:Eu2+phosphor can maintain 77%as it is heated up to 420 K.A white light-emitting diode(WLED)with excellent luminesce nt properties was successfully fabricated.Moreover,the CIE chromaticity coordinates of fabricated WLED driven by changing current just change slightly.  相似文献

The effect of Eu-substitution on the density and thermoelectric properties of ternary sulfide Ce3–xEuxS4 (0≤x≤0.8) compacts was investigated. Ce3–xEuxS4 powders were prepared via the sulfurization of the oxide using CS2 gas at 1473 K. The pressureless sintered Ce3–xEuxS4 compacts in the atmosphere were crystallized in the γ-phase. The density of the Ce3–xEuxS4 compacts increased with the increas-ing of Eu-substitution. Eu-substitution yielded a higher Seebeck coefficient and lower electrical resistivity. The highest value of the thermoe-lectric power factor of 1.41×10–4 W/K2m was obtained for the Ce2.2Eu0.8S4 compact at 673 K. It indicated that Eu-substitution was effective for improving thermoelectric properties of Ce3–xEuxS4.  相似文献
