提出一种新算法Newton同伦-同时校正混合法模拟三相精馏过程,该算法将同时校正法有机地嵌入同伦法中,采用同伦弧长微分法求解,在保持同伦算法大范围收敛特性的同时,提高了计算效率.采用Michlesen稳定性判据作为液相稳定性判据.以正丙醇-正丁醇-水物系三相精馏塔为例,验证了算法的有效性. 相似文献

建立了TCS-S热偶精馏过程优化设计的数学模型,给出非精晰分割精馏塔最小回流比的求解方法,并给出简捷计算和严格计算的求解过程,编制了计算机程序。用苯-甲苯-乙苯物系为例进行考核计算,与普通塔的两个分离序列进行比较,节能效果十分显著。 相似文献

建立了TCS热偶精馏过程优化设计的数学模型,编制了逐板计算的计算机程序,根据严格逐板计算的结果,运用差分法求出灵敏度系数,对TCS热偶精馏进行了灵敏度分析,确定灵敏板的位置即找到最优控制点,在此基础上选择最优控制方案,实现TCS热偶精馏塔的最优设计。对苯-甲苯-乙苯物系进行了优化设计,提出了本流程最优控制方案。 相似文献

为了进一步了解热耦合精馏工艺的适用范围,同时寻找其中经济性较优的工艺流程,本文利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,针对相对挥发度依次递增的四组二元物系(苯-氟苯、苯-正庚烷、苯-甲苯、苯-氯苯)分别开展了常规精馏和4种热耦合精馏工艺(热泵精馏塔、理想内部热耦合精馏塔、内部热耦合精馏塔简化构型、差压热耦合精馏塔)的模拟研究,过程优化的目标函数为年均总费用最低。通过优化结果的对比可知,热耦合精馏工艺在分离相对挥发度较小的物系时能耗相对较低,经济性相对较好,其中又以热泵精馏塔和差压热耦合精馏塔的效果最为显著;而在相对挥发度较大的物系分离中,常规精馏则是较为合适的工艺选择。此外,随着投资回收期的减小,热耦合精馏工艺相对于常规精馏工艺的优势也有所下降。 相似文献

在Oldershaw精馏塔内,对汽液液三相精馏筛型塔板上的传质特性进行测试,研究了泡沫工况下,汽速、液汽比等操作条件,表面张力梯度、界面张力、乳化液分散粘度等物系性质,以及油水体积比等多种参数对总板效率的影响、对测试数据进行关联,获得了适用于泡沫工况下汽液液三相精馏过程的总板效率估算式,此关联式对设备设计及操作优化有一定的参考价值. 相似文献

热偶精馏虽然具有明显的节能优越性,但长期以来并未在工业中普遍推广应用.本文试图从其操作性能角度研究其难以推广的原因及工业应用前景.本文闸明:在不同的系统中,热偶精馏塔的操作特性有很大差别;只有难分离程度低N_(?)的系统,其操作特性可以满足工业应用的要求.本文还对热偶精馏的多解现象进行了探讨,并指出:不同的解虽然均可满足设计规定的要求,但由于在塔的外形尺寸及操作特性上均不相同,故设计应找到操作特性最佳解为设计基础. 相似文献

In this paper, a new approach using artificial neural network and genetic algorithm for the optimization of the thermally coupled distillation is presented. Mathematical model can be constructed with artificial neural network based on the simulation results with ASPEN PLUS. Modified genetic algorithm was used to optimize the model. With the proposed model and optimization arithmetic, mathematical model can be calculated, decision variables and target value can be reached automatically and quickly. Several thermally coupled distillation sequences have been proposed to improve the thermal inefficiency of conventional distillation sequences. Particularly, for the separation of ternary mixtures, structures that perform a lateral extraction in one of the columns of the integrated arrangement have been shown to provide significant energy savings. The structure of existing sequences, based on conventional distillation columns, might provide the basis for alternate thermally coupled designs. In this paper, it is shown how a thermally coupled system derived from an indirect conventional sequence can provide energy savings through a proper optimization of the interconnecting streams. 相似文献

A method is proposed to calculate the characteristics of distillation of multicomponent mixtures of higher aliphatic acids in distillation systems with reversible mixing of flows and coupled heat flows. The method is based on the use of the Underwood equations and the Thiele–Geddes method for independently determining the concentrations. Application of the method is illustrated by the example of calculating the characteristics of distillation of a mixture of coconut oil fatty acids into four fractions (C6–C10, C12, C14, and C16–C18 acids) in a system containing three columns, one reflux condenser, and two reboilers. 相似文献

Internal thermally coupled distillation column(ITCDIC) is a frontier in energy saving distillation research. In this paper, the optimal assessment on the energy saving and the operating cost for ITCDIC of nonideal mixture is explored. An evaluating method is proposed, and the pertinent optimization model is then derived. The ethanol-water system is studied as an illustrative example. The optimization results show that the maximum energy saving in ITCDIC process is about 35% and the maximum operating cost saving in ITCDIC process is about 30%,as compared with a conventional distillation column(CDIC) under the minimum reflux ratio operating; the optimal operating pressure of the rectifying section is found to be around 0.25 MPa; the effects of the feed composition,operating pressure and the heat transfer rate on operation are also found and analyzed. It is revealed that ITCDIC process possesses high energy saving potential and promising economical prospect. 相似文献

以丁二烯分离装置为对象,对热偶精馏TCS-R用于非理想体系的操作特性和节能效果进行了模拟分析与研究。根据分离要求确定主塔最小馏出的液量后,热偶精馏TCS-R的分离能力和节能效果受汽相连接流股流率的影响最大,其次为汽相连接流股的抽出位置。丁二烯分离装置中应用热偶精馏TCS-R后可以在满足分离要求的前提下节能40%左右。在此基础上,对这种偶合塔计算了主塔底乙烯基乙炔含量变化对汽相连接流率变化的灵敏度。 相似文献

采用非平衡级METSH方程组,对丙烯精馏过程进行了模拟计算和优化,提出了一种全新的、实用的塔板组成的圆整归一方法,摸索出了一套行之有效的计算程式,大大提高了模型方程组迭代计算的收敛性,求解更加稳定。本文还以精馏塔利润为目标,建立了优化目标函数,进行了优化计算,计算结果对丙烯塔生产具有一定意义。 相似文献
