After trial production of lead-free zinc-coated strip, a refined production technology is developed. Analysis of literature
and test data shows that an Al content between 0.524 and 0.438% in the melt increases the adhesion of the coating and improves
its external appearance. The corrosion resistance of the coating is not impaired. It is found that, on applying polymer coating
to lead-free zinc-coated strip without temper rolling, the required decorative properties are not guaranteed. 相似文献

The small four- high rolling mill of narrow strip has such structural features of small absolute value of working roll diameter, which causes problems like non- negligible horizontal displacement of the work rolls, larger thermal crown of the work roll, and more complicated shape control of the plate. The shape was more dependent on rolling schedule. The equipment and process characteristics of reversible four- high mill of narrow strip were fully considered. The influence model of rolling schedule of small four- high rolling mill on shape was established. The influence of specific path rolling schedule parameter on the shape was quantitatively analyzed. The targets were that the rolling pass was minimum and the relative load was the most uniform. Meanwhile, the influences of such factors as shape control, rolling stability and prevention of surface defects were also considered. A set of comprehensive optimization method for rolling schedule was put forward, which was suitable for small four high mill and taking account of shape control. Relevant technology was applied to the production practice of 450 small four high rolling mill in a company. Good results were achieved after the application in the field. The shape closure rate of the unit decreases by 45. 5%. 相似文献

近年来,热轧带钢轧机发展很快,2005年前,我国国内已建成投产的热轧宽带钢轧机25套,设计能力7860万吨,截至2008年底,我国国内已建成投产的热轧宽带钢轧机共56套,设计能力1.67亿吨。按原计划,我国仍将有40余条热轧宽带钢轧机将建设。统计显示,我国热轧带钢(热轧中厚钢带、热轧薄板带和热轧窄带钢)产量由2004年的6224万吨增加到2008年的13556万吨,表观消费量由2004年的6572万吨增加到2008年的12500万吨。表面上看,我国热轧带钢产能严重过剩,实际上并非如此。 相似文献

A process was experimentally and mathematically modeled for continuous and direct production of metal strip from its molten
state by the use of Rheocasting. The process comprises 1) continuous production of a Rheocast semisolid alloy, and 2) direct
shaping of the semisolid into strip. Sn-15 pct Pb was used as the modeling alloy. Crack formation and surface quality of the
strip produced depend on fraction solid and deformation force. Continuous, sound strip could be obtained with good surface
quality when fraction solid was between 0.50 and 0.70 and deformation force did not exceed a given maximum. Sheet thickness
depends on deformation force, fraction solid, rotor rate of Rheocaster and production line speed. At constant deformation
force, sheet thickness increases as fraction solid increases, rotor rate decreases and line speed is reduced. Sheet thickness
is larger in the center than in the edge, but the difference is reduced by applying edgers. Some segregation of lead toward
the edges is observed, and the segregation increases as amount of deformation is increased. A mathematical model for heat
flow, solidification and deformation was constructed. The model predicts the point of completion of solidification in the
strip and sheet thickness as a function of deformation force and line speed. Calculations are in good agreement with experimental
results.
