国内油田的开发关乎国家能源安全,油田开发与生产过程会产生大量废水,油田废水的高效处理与资源化利用是我国石油工业绿色低碳发展的关键。目前,混凝工艺因其成熟、经济、实用等特点成为油田废水处理中不可缺少的一项技术。综述了混凝工艺处理油田废水的研究现状与进展,重点介绍了油田废水处理中常用的混凝工艺,阐述了典型混凝剂在油田废水中的应用,并列举了新型复合混凝剂的处理效果与特点,在此基础上梳理了用于提升混凝效果的工艺技术。此外,结合实际工程应用,着重分析了混凝工艺处理油田废水存在的问题以及未来发展方向,以期为油田废水混凝处理技术的研究、开发与应用提供参考。 相似文献

为了使三次采油废水的CODcr达到国家标准要求,在保留油田现有工艺处理效果的基础上,在自制反应槽中使用电凝聚技术并投加无机混凝剂对三次采油废水进行深度处理,分别调整反应时间、混凝剂投加量、电流密度、温度和pH值等进行条件筛选实验。每次反应结束后从反应槽中取适量处理水,真空抽滤后采用重铬酸钾法测定CODcr。 相似文献

In this study, a new composite flocculant was prepared by premixing polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate (PAFS) with cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) to treat textile dye wastewater. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were conducted to investigate the structure and morphology of the PAFS–CPAM. The effects of flocculant dosage, initial pH of textile dye wastewater, and settling time after flocculation on the removal of turbidity and chemical oxygen demand (COD) were examined. The flocculation efficiency of PAFS–CPAM for dye treatment was compared with PAFS, CPAM, PAFS/CPAM (PAFS followed by CPAM), and CPAM/PAFS (CPAM followed by PAFS). The synergy of PAFS and CPAM increased the (Fe–Al)b species of PAFS–CPAM. Treatment with PAFS–CPAM was more effective in removing turbidity and COD than PAFS, CPAM, PAFS/CPAM, and CPAM/PAFS. The turbidity and COD removal rates of textile wastewater were higher than 80 and 90% in the pH range of 5.5 to 8.5, respectively. 以合肥市环城河为研究对象,采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)、聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)三种絮凝剂对该含藻水体进行强化混凝除藻、除浊的试验研究,考察了絮凝剂种类及添加量、水样的pH、助凝剂的种类以添加量等因素对强化混凝效果的影响。结果表明:在相同添加量时,聚合氯化铝的除藻、除浊效果最好,当添加量为27 mg/L时,叶绿素a的去除率为87.46%,浊度的去除率为92.74%,添加高分子助凝剂PAM、HCA对原水的浊度、叶绿素a有一定的去除效果,助凝剂与絮凝剂的配合使用可改善絮凝剂的的混凝去除效果,助凝剂PAM的效果较好,当PAM的投加量为2 mg/L时,叶绿素a的去除率可提高5.91%,浊度的去除率可提高1.70%。 相似文献

介绍了现场废水的“陈化”及混凝处理烧杯实验,实验表明,“新鲜”的煤气废水在混凝过程中基本不产生絮体,而“陈化”后废水则有明显絮体产生,且混凝效果随混凝剂投加量的增加而增强。综合考虑处理效果与经济可行性,采用最小混凝剂投量进行了不同“陈化”时间的处理实验,实验表明,废水的混凝效果与“陈化”时间有关,去除COD的最佳“陈化”时间为10h,COD去除率可达13%;去除难生物降解的多元酚的最佳“陈化”时间为6h,多元酚去除率为11.5%,而除油需要4h的“陈化”时间即可达到62%的去除率。因此建议在中试混凝预处理构筑物之前增加一个水力停留时间为10h的“陈化”反应器。 相似文献

The synthesis of sulfobetaine surfactants and their application in tertiary oil recovery (TOR) are summarized in this paper. The synthesis of sulfobetaine surfactants was classified into three categories of single hydrophobic chain sulfobetaine surfactants, double hydrophobic chain sulfobetaine surfactants and Gemini sulfobetaine surfactants for review. Their application in TOR was classified into surfactant flooding, microemulsion flooding, surfactant/polymer (SP) flooding and foam flooding for review. The sulfonated betaine surfactants have good temperature resistance and salt tolerance, low critical micelle concentration (cmc) and surface tension corresponding to critical micelle concentration (γcmc), good foaming properties and wettability, low absorption, ultralow interfacial tension of oil/water, and excellent compatibility with other surfactants and polymers. Sulfobetaine surfactants with ethoxyl structures, hydroxyl and unsaturated bonds, and Gemini sulfobetaine surfactants will become an important direction for tertiary oil recovery because they have better interfacial activity in high-temperature (≥90°C) and high-salinity (≥104 mg/L) reservoirs.
