全固态高平均功率宽调谐掺钛蓝宝石激光器 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
介绍了以激光二极管抽运Nd:YAG晶体的倍频激光器为抽运源,高平均功率准连续运转的全固态宽调谐掺钛蓝宝石(Ti:sapphire)激光器。自由运转时,在抽运光功率为16W,透过率为30%时,获得了最高6.44W的掺钛蓝宝石激光输出,相应光-光转换效率大于40%。为了获得宽波段可调谐激光输出,采用石英布氏棱镜对作腔内色散元件,通过调节输出镜获得了调谐范围740~880nm,线宽约1nm的宽波段输出。在抽运光功率为11.5W时,最高输出功率为2.87W,相应的光-光转换效率为25%。作为对比,又研究了重火石棱镜作为腔内色散元件时,掺钛蓝宝石激光器的调谐输出特性,实验表明输出激光的线宽明显变窄,但输出功率却显著下降。 相似文献

本文报导一种能充分利用掺钛蓝宝石本身的色散能力,作为调谐及压缩线宽的掺钛蓝宝石激光器,谐振腔采用梯形棱镜掺钛蓝宝石晶体和两块ZF6的色散棱镜压缩线宽并构成调谐系统,用三块输出镜,实现了265.3nm的调谐范围;泵浦光能为85mJ/pulse时,在762.6nm处得到11.8mJ/pulse的最大光能输出,光一光转换效率达13.9%。 相似文献

提出了一种利用全反射抑制二维光子晶体表面电磁波泄漏的方法,并计算了不同背景介质下的二维金属Cu光子晶体的带隙结构,得到了带隙结构与填充率间的关系曲线。计算方法采用时域有限差分,金属型光子晶体由Cu柱构成。分别计算了以空气为背景介质和以PMMA为背景介质的正方晶格金属型光子晶体的带隙结构。研究结果表明:以PMMA为背景介质的正方晶格金属型光子晶体与以空气为背景介质相比,第一带隙更窄,第二带隙中心频率更低,且在填充率大于0.70时将会出现第三带隙。这对进一步扩展这种光子晶体的应用具有良好的参考意义。 相似文献

The results of the investigation of multicomponent piezoelectric crystals of the group of galliumlanthanum silicate (langasite) are presented. The synthesis processes and the structure of crystals are investigated. The acoustic properties of the crystals are investigated using X-ray topography and diffractometry. Sellmeier's equations and the equations for the thermal principal refractive index coefficients as a function of wavelength fur 7.5 mol% Nb:KTP crystals are presented. Based on these equations, the nonlinear optical parameters for 7.5 mol% Nb:KTP crystals, especially the angular, spectral, and temperature acceptance bandwidths, are calculated. By comparing these results with KTP and KNbO3 crystals, 7.5 mol% Nb:KTP crystals show better performance than KNbO3 crystals in generating blue coherent light by direct second-harmonic generation of a semiconductor diode laser 相似文献
