介绍国外开发的一种家庭或办公室自动化用的遥控器,基电路设计基于Ｔｕｒｋｉｓｈ电话标准,可象电话机一样接在电话网上,通过电话网上的任一音频拨号双音多频电话机或手持机的音频拨号器向控制单元发送指令,实现家庭或办公室设备的远距离控制,所采用的数字电路还可检测用户的识别码,防止非法用户使用控制单元,并能反馈信号告知指令执行结果。

A New Electronic Telephone Accounting System for Local Telephone Calls

Telephone switching systems provide facilities to measure subscriber usage for billing purposes. As new telephone services are offered, additional equipment is often required to appropriately measure this usage. Rate plans are being considered by telephone companies to more appropriately reflect service rendered on local telephone calls and additional equipment is required. This paper describes an electronic local message accounting system to measure local call usage which can be appliquéd to Panel, No. 1 crossbar, No. 5 crossbar, and Step-by-Step switching entities. Magnetic tape records for each local call provide: directory number of the calling party, distance to the called party, duration, and time of call termination. This information allows subscriber billing based on many and varied criteria which are established by software at the revenue accounting office. The system is presently in widespread use. The first installation occurred in January 1972, and now almost 5 percent of all telephones in the United States are served by the system.     

一种话音自动呼叫系统的设计与实现

介绍了一种话音自动呼叫系统,其硬件系统主要由数字信号处理器、中继接口电路和单片机组成。本系统通过控制中继口电路完成摘机,利用按键输入被叫号码,通过数字信号处理器产生双音多频信号完成拨号,模拟实现电话呼叫。通过检测对端回送的信号音,判定一次呼叫是否成功,完成系统呼通率的测试,并将结果实时输出到监控屏上显示。利用该系统可以便利、准确地对话音通信系统呼叫成功率进行测试,还可以节省大量的人工成本。     

Robotic Office Room to support office work by human behavior understanding function with networked machines

This paper proposes a novel human-robot symbiosis system named a Robotic Office Room (ROR). The understanding, recording and retrieving of telephone call behavior are successfully demonstrated as a typical example of an office work-supporting function of ROR. A unique object model is proposed, which accumulates information concerning motion of the object. This model enables the system to understand human behavior, not by monitoring the motion of the human, but by monitoring the motion of the object-typically, a telephone or pen. Since the model requires the system to pay spatial and temporal attention only to the target object and related motions, it saves computing power. Repertoires of understandable behavior can easily be expanded by simply adding new object models. The ROR is equipped with networked machines. The concept of "ubiquitous link" consisting of unique image channels and remote control channels is proposed. The image channel and the remote control channel utilize TV images and either ultrasonic waves or infrared rays, respectively. Such cooperative support of humans by networked machines is realized that when a human starts to talk on the phone, the ROR not only starts to record the image of the human's behavior, utilizing a VCR, but also turns down the volume on an audio set. The experiment proved the feasibility of the ROR as an integrated robotic system to support human office work.     

The great blue box phone frauds

The use of an electronic device called the blue box to exploit a loophole in the nation's long-distance telephone network is recounted. To avoid long-distance charges, blue box users first dialed long-distance directory assistance, 800 numbers, or numbers that carried only a small toll charge. After the user dialed his number and was connected to a long-distance trunk, the blue box emitted a 2600 Hz tone, clearing the equipment at the tandem trunk's receiving end and signaling the switching equipment that the call had been completed and the trunk was waiting for a new call. The local central office, however, had not received its call termination signal, so the local central office did not disconnect the caller from the long-distance network. The permanent solution to the blue box problem proved to be common channel interoffice signaling (CCIS), a method rejected in the 1950s as too costly and difficult to implement     

Specifying telephone systems in LOTOS

A method for detecting feature interactions in the design of telephone systems using LOTOS (language of temporal ordering specifications) is described. The specification discussed includes call forwarding on a busy line, setting a three-way call, and call waiting. The ways in which a specification of a telephone system involving such features can be constructed in LOTOS and the ways in which LOTOS tools can be used to detect unwanted interactions of the features are illustrated using simple examples. The techniques used are step-by-step execution, symbolic execution, and compositional execution with test processes     

智能公话系统数字平台呼叫接入服务器的设计与实现

本文设计的数字接入服务器能够完成用户认证、授权、加密、业务访问和计费,代理网络业务,接受用户发出的请求、建立会话、连接控制、业务逻辑维护等功能.本文还提出了智能公话系统数字运营平台的设计思想和整体结构.并根据智能公话系统数字运用平台的功能需求完成了数字呼叫接入服务器的设计和实现.数字呼叫接入服务器是整个平台系统的关键,系统只有在呼叫接入服务器的控制下协同工作,才能为用户提供丰富多样的业务.     

基于SIP的嵌入式UA语音终端设计

SIP协议是NGN中的重要协议,将逐步取代H．323协议成为VoIP的标准信令协议。设计了一款基于SIP的语音用户代理,即SIP终端。系统硬件采用ARM9为平台,软件以LINUX为平台,采用C语言编写了UA用户程序,在实现过程中采用了osip2、eXosip2协议栈来处理信令,采用了Mediastreamer2协议栈和oRTP协议栈以及PCM等编码算法来处理音频流的采集／播放、编码／解码、发送／接收等。局域网内测试表明,该终端可以实现拨打、接听、取消、挂断、退出等基本呼叫流程,并且通话质量良好。     

调制解调器的任务唤醒和通话时自动应答后的唤人回应处理

现有的调制解调器（ＭＯＤＥＭ）,没有由电话振铃启动工作电源的功能;当它自动应答的是通话呼叫时,无本机振铃唤人和给对方等待提示的功能,这使得将其应用于工业控制系统的自动数据通信等场合时颇不方便．为此,设计了一种“ＭＯＤＥＭ自动应答功能扩展器”,它具有“任务唤醒”功能和自动应答通话任务时的唤人回应处理功能,能够启动本地振铃声唤人接电话,并给对方发送等待信号．文章介绍了ＭＯＤＥＭ的自动应答功能、自动电源控制电路的设计以及振铃唤人和回话处理电路的设计。
