有限元分析用于仿真模拟,普遍应用于固体力学、流体力学、热传导、电磁学等,但在包装结构评价领域应用较少。本试验选择5个酸奶瓶型设计,通过ABAQUS有限元软件分别模拟顶部和侧方压力下的应力分布。试验结果表明:在码垛状态优化设计的2L、2L+B、1R瓶的应力值分别为3.92MPa、2.33MPa、1.8MPa,相对原始设计应力值降低,应力云分布更均匀,抗压能力增强。2L瓶的克重相较最轻,应力集中最低;在运输状态2L瓶的应力值为14.4MPa,2L+B瓶的应力值底部为20.2 MPa,上部为14MPa,应力值降低,应力云分布均匀。1R瓶的应力值为5.32MPa,相对原来的设计应力值未降低,但成本降低。 相似文献

The effect of heat transfer resistances on the overall heat transfer between water spray and liquid heated in a glass container has been studied. Values for convective and overall heat transfer coefficients were determined. The overall heat transfer coefficient was affected by hot water spray intensity, location of bottle in relation to the spray nozzle axis and the shape of the bottle. The effect of the viscosity of the heated liquid on the overall heat transfer coefficient was very pronounced. Variation in convective and overall heat transfer coefficients with height on the bottle wall was also investigated.It was found that the largest heat transfer resistance occurs in the glass when water is the heated liquid. With liquids of viscosity higher than 1·1 × 10?3 Pa s the main resistance is in the heated liquid. Resistance to heat transfer from the hot water spray to the bottle wall is around eight times smaller than the resistance of the glass wall. The physical properties of the liquid being heated greatly affect heat transfer under tunnel pasteuriser conditions. 相似文献

Detection of small foreign objects that lie on the bottom or attached to the wall of bottles or containers filled with beverages represents a significant challenge. This is because the echo signals from the object are fused with that reflected from the bottle or container inner surface. The latter has much higher signal energy that masks that of the former. This study formulates the problem as an image construction and processing problem and proposes an algorithm to facilitate object detection using the constructed images. The algorithm is based on the longitudinal (vertical) tracing of a center frequency component obtained using short time Fourier transform (STFT) in conjunction with a transversal (horizontal) differentiation of the image pixels. This method is demonstrated to have improved ability to detect small glass fragments contained inside a glass bottle. 相似文献

To assess the role of the container material on the quality of olive oil, literature results concerning the analytical definition of the quality of oils stored in PET or glass bottles were critically reviewed. The performance of active and passive barrier PET containers may move towards that of glass bottles. The influence of storage conditions was also considered: the main factors affecting the sensory quality loss upon storage are light and the initial oil oxygen concentration, aside from the bottle material. Further research needs are anticipated since new active and passive barrier bottles indeed deserve further attention. 相似文献

本文对啤酒瓶的强度进行了详细地理论分析,指出造成啤酒瓶爆炸的主要原因是:(1)瓶子的质量较差;(2)瓶子的结构不合理;(3)装运过程中受到碰撞。(4)啤酒瓶回收利用管理不善;(5)啤酒瓶新标准没有得到有效执行。提出了解决啤酒瓶爆炸问题的办法:(1)提高啤酒瓶的强度;(2)在啤酒瓶外表面涂上耐磨防破碎涂料;(3)强制执行啤酒瓶新国标,加强对旧瓶的管理。并呼吁有关部门尽快加强啤酒瓶防爆技术的研究工作。 相似文献

目的 设计蜂蜜玻璃包装的缓冲结构。方法 依据蜂蜜玻璃瓶尺寸,以A型瓦楞纸板建立缓冲结构,通过试样的抗压实验和跌落实验分析结构在瓶盖缓冲高度、瓶底缓冲高度、瓶身卡扣折叠宽度变化时的缓冲性能,并依据包装减量原则对结构进行优化设计。结果 随着瓶盖高度、瓶底高度、卡扣折叠宽度的增加,结构的抗压能力逐渐增强,瓶身的最大加速度值逐渐降低。当瓶盖高度增加到8 mm,瓶底高度增加到15 mm,瓶身卡扣折叠宽度增加到15 mm时,结构的最大载荷为289.35 N,最大加速度为255.37 m/s2。之后再增加结构参数时,最大载荷的增幅和最大加速度降幅均不明显。结论 在蜂蜜玻璃包装中,通过合理的结构设计,既能发挥瓦楞纸板的缓冲性能,实现结构的保护功能,又能节约材料,降低生产成本和流通成本。 相似文献
