良好的测试性设计对雷达系统而言,可以有效地提高其维修性、保障性,降低全寿命周期费用。简要回顾了测试性的发展,指出了测试性设计对雷达系统的重要性和必要性,并给出了雷达系统的测试性设计的基本原则。从网络化设计、分层次设计、外场可更换模块(LRM)设计、校正维护设计和故障诊断设计等方面详细介绍了雷达系统的机内测试(BIT)设计,对原位检测设计和自动测试设备(ATE)设计进行了简要介绍。随着雷达技术的不断发展,在BIT技术、ATE技术进行创新发展的同时,还应积极探索综合诊断技术、预测和健康管理(PHM)技术等新的诊断方法在雷达系统测试性设计中的应用。 相似文献

A novel circuit for the realization of the mutually coupled circuit using three current-controlled current backward transconductance
amplifiers (CC-CBTAs) as active components is proposed. The active mutually coupled circuit structures are also called the
synthetic transformers. The circuit is derived by using three floating simulated inductors that are connected as the T-type
transformer model. The circuit has the following attractive advantages: (i) The values of a primary self-inductance, a secondary
self-inductance and a mutual inductance can be independently tuned by the transconductance gain of the CC-CBTAs; (ii) The
circuit uses three grounded capacitors that are suitable from the point of integrated circuit implementation; (iii) It uses
only three active components; (iv) It has a good sensitivity performance with respect to the tracking errors; (v) Both positive
and negative couplings are achieved and the coupling coefficient is not limited by 1 in magnitude; (vi) Symmetrical coupling

The design and fabrication of an ac-powered experimental memory circuit for Josephson cache memories are reported. The circuit contains a memory cell array and a sense circuit. The sense circuit consists of RCJL gates, symmetrical three-junction sense gates, and transmission lines. An experimental memory circuit has been fabricated by 2-µm Pb-alloy processes. A proper circuit operation, has been verified using a bipolar trapezoidal waveform current. A ±23-percent sense current margin and a ±29-percent OR gate bias current margin were obtained. A typical 130-ps sense time was estimated for a 1-kbit memory by computer simulations. 相似文献

A novel circuit architecture which describes millimeter wave varactor-tuned Gunn oscillator stabilized with a transmission
cavity has been proposed in this paper. A corresponding equivalent circuit model has been presented in order to study its
performance characteristics. The circuit model consists of four parts which are varactor cavity, main cavity, transmission
waveguide and transmission cavity. Based upon this model, electrical tuning characteristics have been studied at first. Mode
jumping problems during electrical tuning process have been analyzed qualitatively. Moreover, quality factor and efficiency
of the circuit model have been derived by virtue of relevant circuit parameters. The effects of some important circuit parameters
affecting circuit performance parameters have been discussed. The circuit model can describe the circuit architecture accurately
and effectively. This circuit architecture, which can generate signals exhibiting low frequency modulation noise, high frequency
stabilization and electrical tunable characteristics, is applicable to various practical situations. 相似文献

In this paper, an analog circuit fault diagnosis method using a noise measurement and analysis approach is suggested. Compared to the conventional circuit fault diagnosis methods, this method can discover hidden and early circuit fault caused by the device defects. Since circuit fault diagnosis is more difficult than device-defect detection, in this paper the circuit output noise calculation, the comparison between the normal and failure conditions and the circuit fault diagnosis method have been discussed. Finally, an example of an active filter circuit fault diagnosis has been given by using this method. 相似文献
