建立了新型板式省煤器的传热模型,计算了新型板式省煤器的火积耗散热阻以及空气侧压降,分析了新型板式省煤器结构参数及空气流速变化时,火积耗散热阻及空气侧压降的变化情况。研究结果表明:增大长轴可以减小火积耗散热阻,有利于提高板式省煤器的传热性能,并且空气侧压降变化幅度不大;增大短轴可以减小火积耗散热阻,有利于提高板式省煤器的传热性能,但空气侧压降增大;减小板束间距可以减小火积耗散热阻,有利于提高板式省煤器的传热性能,但空气侧压降增大,尤其是在板束间距小于20 mm时,继续减小板束间距会造成空气侧压降急剧增大;增大空气进口流速可以减小火积耗散热阻,有利于提高板式省煤器的传热性能,但空气侧压降增大,对换热器的磨损也会增加。  相似文献

为了比较平面螺旋折流板换热器和折面螺旋折流板换热器的传热和阻力性能,应用了换热器常用评价标准PEC准则和火积理论对两种换热器实验结果进行了分析,同时采用火积耗散极值原理对两种换热器的传热火积耗散率、阻力火积耗散率以及总火积耗散率进行了对比。结果表明:火积耗散理论分析换热器性能的结果与传统换热器评价标准PEC准则相符,说明了火积耗散理论的可靠性;折面螺旋折流板换热器的综合性能得到了有效的改进,火积耗散率也均优于原始结构,表明折面螺旋折流板换热器的性能得到较大改善;两种换热器传热火积耗散率值要远远大于阻力火积耗散率,约为阻力火积耗散率的一千余倍,说明传热损失为换热器的主要不可逆损失。  相似文献

对5mm小管径三角翼翅片的流动和传热特性进行计算研究,讨论和分析了三角翼纵向涡发生器对流动与传热的影响以及其强化传热机理。计算结果显示流场呈现出三个显著的特征:翅片上下的空气通过冲孔相互流通,三角翼后形成了一个明显的纵向涡,后部有明显的横向流动。在所研究的Re范围内,三角翼翅片的传热能力增大70%~80%,综合性能提高19%~38%。同时,平均场协同角减小,这说明三角翼纵向涡发生器改善了温度场和速度场的协同性,从而提高了翅片的传热性能。  相似文献

采用MATLAB软件模拟非共沸混合工质在不同冷热源条件下对有机朗肯循环(ORC)系统性能的影响。选取R245fa/R1234ze和R245fa/R600a作为混合工质,热源温度取120和200℃,分别在冷凝露点温度为40℃和冷却水温升为5,10,15℃的工况条件下,利用热力学第一定律和火积理论对系统性能进行分析。结果表明:热源温度为200℃时,R245fa, R1234ze和R600a系统净输出功率分别为89.83,61.87和77.74 kW,使用R245fa系统性能优于其混合工质;热源温度为120℃、固定冷凝露点温度时,混合工质R245fa/R600a(90%∶10%)净输出功率比R245fa和R600a分别提高了27.6%和27%,R245fa/R1234ze(60%∶40%)净输出功率比R245fa和R600a分别提高了26%和20.5%;火积耗散和单位面积做功量与净输出功率变化相反,提高冷却水温升时,增大了系统火积耗散,且流向环境中的火积耗散在总火积耗散中占比增大,导致系统的传热不可逆损失增加。  相似文献

吸附床是吸附式制冷系统的关键部件。吸附床的换热能力对吸附式制冷系统的各项性能有显著影响。文章针对应用于吸附床的传统换热器和扁管换热器的不足之处,设计出一种新型平行流铝扁管吸附床,并建立了该吸附床的二维传热模型,以温度随时间的变化情况为分析指标,分析翅片的间距、高度、厚度,以及吸附剂体积分数等因素对吸附床传热性能的影响,从而优化调整吸附床的结构,提高其换热性能。分析结果表明:当翅片高度约为70 mm时,吸附床的换热能力达到峰值;当翅片厚度大于1.5 mm时,翅片厚度的增加对吸附床传热性能的影响比较微弱;当吸附剂体积分数由0.25逐渐增大至0.45时,吸附剂的等效传热系数约增加了50%。  相似文献

某型车载板翅式油冷却器采用锯齿翅片强化油侧传热。利用风洞实验台对该油冷却器进行实验,测试其不同空气和油流量条件下的传热和流阻性能,并拟合了传热性能经验关联式。采用对数平均温差法建立油冷却器性能模型,以分析其空气侧部分遮挡工况下的实际性能。为提高油冷却器性能模型预测精度,借助FLUENT模拟得到了其锯齿翅片传热和流阻的特性数据。研究表明,正常工况下,油冷却器基于油侧表面积的总传热系数为49~74 W/(m2·℃),空气侧遮挡将显著降低油冷却器传热性能。  相似文献

对采用临界喷嘴式分流器的冷库用翅片蒸发器性能进行实验研究,在0、-4、-8、-12、-16、-18及-20℃七种不同环境工况下进行传热性能测试,并将测试结果与采用气液分离式分流器、CAL分流器和文丘里式分流器进行对比分析。研究结果表明:库温为0℃时,对应的翅片式蒸发器的制冷量和传热系数分别为8.5 kW和37.9 W/(m~2·℃),相比气液分离式分流器、德国CAL分流器、文丘里分流器其对应冷风机的制冷量分别提高了8.1%、17.4%和21.7%,传热系数提高了4.5%、13.9%和18.6%。库温为-18℃时,对应的翅片式蒸发器的制冷量和传热系数分别为5.5 kW和30.9 W/(m~2·℃),其对应的蒸发器的制冷量分别提高了7.2%、14.3%和18.7%。库温为-18℃时,对应的传热系数分别提高了0.9%、10.1%和13.2%。实验结论为有效提高翅片蒸发器性能提供了一种解决方案。  相似文献

对内肋管内部流体的湍流换热过程进行了数值模拟,讨论了肋高和肋的轴向夹角对换热的影响。相比于普通圆管,内肋圆管内的传热性能明显得到提高。无量纲肋高度和角度分别为0.8°和40°时传热效果最佳,而在0.1°和40°时换热与阻力的比值(Performance Evaluation Criteria,PEC)最大,综合换热性能最佳,可用于强化地源热泵地埋管换热。此外,本研究从火积耗散与传热效率的角度分析了内肋强化传热机理,得到管壁冷却管内流体的火积传递效率计算式,为内肋管强化换热的深入分析提供了依据。  相似文献

对H型翅片椭圆管束的管外侧传热与阻力特性进行了模化实验研究,得到了H型翅片椭圆管束的管外侧传热与阻力特性变化规律,分析了横向管间距s_1与纵向管间距s_2对H型翅片椭圆管束传热与阻力特性的影响。研究表明:在研究范围内,随着s_1的增大,管外侧传热性能变差、阻力减小;随着s_2的增大,管外侧传热性能明显变差,阻力明显减小;且纵向管间距s_2对传热与阻力性能的影响比横向管间距s_1更明显。  相似文献

Air-side heat transfer and friction characteristics of nine kinds of fin-and-tube heat exchangers, with a large number of tube rows (6, 9, and 12, respectively) and large diameter of tubes (18 mm), are experimentally investigated. The test samples consist of three types of fin configurations: plain fin, slit fin, and fin with delta-wing longitudinal vortex generators. The working fluid in the tube is steam. Results show that when the number of tube is larger than 6, the heat transfer and friction performance for three kinds of fins is independent of the number of tube rows, and slit fin provides higher heat transfer and pressure drop than the other two fins. The heat transfer and friction factor correlations for all the heat exchangers were acquired with Reynolds numbers ranging from 4000 to 10000. The air-side performance of heat exchangers with plain fin, slit fin, and longitudinal vortex-generator fin were evaluated under three sets of criteria, and the results showed that the heat exchanger with slit fin has better performance than that with vortex-generator fin, especially at high Reynolds numbers.  相似文献

Disc cooling problem is optimized by taking entransy dissipation rate minimization as optimization objective. The non-dimensional mean temperature difference of the disc cooling model with radial high conducting fins inserted is deduced. The effects of the fin geometry, the fin aspect ratio, the ratio between the high conductivity and low conductivity, the relative amount of high conductivity material and the number of high conducting fins on the entransy dissipation rate of disc cooling are analyzed. The optimization results show that the high conducting fin should be extended to the centre of circle as the heat transfer effect of the high conducting fins is improved, and there exists an optimal fin aspect ratio corresponding to minimum entransy dissipation rate for different high conducting effects of the fin, and the number of high conducting fins has a slight effect on the entransy dissipation rate. Comparison with those for maximum temperature difference minimization shows that the constructs based on entransy dissipation rate minimization are different from those based on maximum temperature difference minimization, but the optimal constructal shape changing potentials of the number of fins and the relative amount of high conductivity material are similar.  相似文献

In this study, a numerical investigation for the fluid flow field analysis using different configuration dimple parameters in conjunction with an internal type insert in pipe is carried out. The effects of the dimple diameters with a center twisted tape on the flow pattern, pressure drop, friction factor, and heat transfer characteristics are investigated. The influence of the latter device on heat performance and thermal-hydraulic performance evaluation factor (PEF) were carried out in a pipe for fully developed flow with range for fully developed flow with range of Reynolds number (Re) of 1573 and 23 592. Experiments with numerical models are performed using different dimpled dimeters by inserting twisted tapes. The outcomes observe that the qualitative analysis for flow fields such as static pressure, dynamic pressure, velocity magnitude, wall shear stress, and turbulent kinetic energy as well as the quantities analysis for pressure drop, heat transfer coefficient friction factor, and Nu number in dimpled pipe fitted with twisted tape are greater than plain pipe. This is because using these devices cause more secondary flow, swirl flow, and flow mixing that lead to higher turbulence, which, in turn, enhance the overall heat transfer. The results indicated that the lower and higher values of thermal PEF are about 0.78 and 1.6, respectively, at the dimple dimmers of 1 mm.  相似文献

Pressure drop and heat transfer characteristics of air in three annular tubes with different internal longitudinal fins were investigated experimentally at uniform wall heat flux. The tested tubes have a double‐pipe structure with the inner blocked tube as an insertion. Three different kinds of fins, plain rectangle fin, plain rectangle fin with periodical ridges and wave‐like fin, were located peripherally in the annulus. The friction factor and Nusselt number can be corrected by a power‐law correction in the Reynolds number range tested. It was found that the tube with periodical ridges on the plain fin or with wave‐like fin could augment heat transfer; however, the pressure drop was increased simultaneously. In order to evaluate the comprehensive heat transfer characteristics of the tested tubes, two criteria for evaluating the comprehensive thermal performance of tested tubes were adopted. They are: 1) evaluating the comprehensive heat transfer performance under three conditions: identical mass flow, identical pumping power, and identical pressure drop; 2) the second law of thermodynamics, i.e., the entropy generation. According to the two different evaluating methods, it was found that the tube with wave‐like fins provided the most excellent comprehensive heat transfer performance among the three tubes, especially when it was used under higher Reynolds number conditions. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The performance of frosted finned-tube heat exchangers of different fin types is investigated by experiments in this paper. The effects of the air flow rate, the air relative humidity, the refrigerant temperature, and the fin type on the thermofluid characteristics of the heat exchangers are discussed. The time variations of the heat transfer rate, the overall heat transfer coefficient, and the pressure drop of the heat exchangers are presented. The heat transfer rate, the overall heat transfer coefficient, and the pressure drop for heat exchangers with re-direction louver fins are higher than those with flat plate fins and one-sided louver fins are. The amount of frost formation is the highest for heat exchangers with re-direction louver fins.  相似文献

研究了一种电机冷却用新型翅片开孔结构换热器的性能,对三种结构的翅片管换热器进行了换热和阻力性能测试,新型翅片换热器结构为翅片间距2.1 mm且翅片上具有开孔结构,对照组换热器分别为翅片间距2.1 mm无开孔换热器和翅片间距2.3 mm无开孔换热器。试验结果表明,相同Re数下,该种具有开孔结构换热器在所有换热器中换热性能最好,较2.1 mm无孔提升38%~39%,但同时压降损失也最大,较2.1 mm无孔提升41.9%~42.9%。采用j/f评价综合性能,结果显示,Re>6700时,新型翅片换热器性能优于同翅片间距无开孔换热器。文章还对这三种结构翅片管换热器进行了传热和阻力关联式拟合,可为相关理论研究和工程选用提供参考。  相似文献

In the present study, a code based on the nonorthogonal curvilinear coordinates is developed with a collocated grid system generated by the two-boundary method. After validation of the code, it is used to compare simulated results for a fin-and-tube surface with coupled and decoupled solution methods. The results of the coupled method are more agreeable with the test data. Simulation for dimpled and reference plain plate fin-and-tube surfaces are then conducted by the coupled method within a range of inlet velocity from 1.0 m/s to 5 m/s. Results show that at identical pumping power the dimpled fin can enhance heat transfer by 13.8–30.3%. The results show that relative to the reference plain plate fin-and-tube surface, heat transfer rates and pressure drops of the dimpled fin increase by 13.8%–30.3% and 31.6%–56.5% for identical flow rate constraint. For identical pumping power constraint and identical pressure drop constraint, the heat transfer rates increase by 11.0%–25.3% and 9.2%–22.0%, respectively. By analyzing the predicted flow and temperature fields it is found that the dimples in the fin surface can improve the synergy between velocity and fluid temperature gradient.  相似文献

The present study investigated the effect of internal aluminum fins with a star-shape cross-section on the heat transfer enhancement and pressure drop in a counterflow heat exchanger. A concentric-tube heat exchanger was used with water as the working fluid. The heat transfer rate increased by 12–51% over a plain tube value, depending on internal fin configurations used. However, the pressure drop also increased substantially by 286–399%. The results showed that a straight-fin configuration is the best to produce a heat transfer increase in a counterflow heat exchanger. Twisted fin configurations did not further increase the heat transfer rate.  相似文献

The heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics of a new type of fin with built-in interrupted delta winglets is studied in this paper by three-dimensional numerical simulation. In order to ensure reliability of numerical model, plate fin with common-flow-up delta winglets is firstly simulated. The comparison of numerical and experimental results shows a maximum deviation of 11.4% within the entire range of Reynolds number. The computational results show that heat transfer capacity and overall performance increase by 35–60% and 19–64%, respectively. The flow field visualization shows that the interrupted delta winglets can produce longitudinal vortices at the rear of delta winglets and reduce the wake zone behind the tube, so the proposed fin can enhance heat transfer accompanied by low pressure loss. The field synergy theory and entransy dissipation extremum principle are employed on analyzing the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement. The results indicate that enhancement heat transfer mechanism of interrupted delta winglets can be explained as the result of the decrease of synergy angle and reduction of the entransy dissipation.  相似文献
