A series of (Sm, Tb)FeCo/Cr/TbFeCo trilayers with perpendicular anisotropy was prepared by RF magnetron sputtering, and the effect of Cr interlayer thickness on magnetic properties and interlayer exchange coupling was investigated. All the samples showed strong out-of-plane anisotropy but their hysteresis loops displayed two types : singlephase and double-phase, indicating that interlayer exchange coupling and magnetic properties varied with the thickness of Cr interlayer. Both saturation field Hs and (1-Mr/Ms) curves indicated that interlayer exchange coupling oscillated between antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic with a period of 1.6 nm, and the oscillation strength attenuated with increasing Cr interlayer thickness. After being annealed at 450℃ for 25 min, the hysteresis loops of all the samples became single-phase type and coercivity Hc decreased greatly, which could be attributed to the decrease of effective anisotropy in (Sm, TbFeCo) grains.  相似文献

Magnetic properties of the SmCo-based permanent magnetic films prepared on hot substrate with Mo and Cr underlayer without subsequent annealing process were investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and en- ergy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The results showed that the film thickness of the SmCo-based films presented complex effect on the intrinsic coercivity Hci. Optimal Hc~ for the films with Mo underlayer, Cr underlayer, and without underlayer was ob- served with different film thicknesses. Furthermore, the monotonous temperature dependence of Hci was found to be strongly corre- lated with the magnetic parameters for the 3.0 μm thick SmCo7 films with Mo underlayer. From 25 to 300 ℃, the Hci decreased from 281.6 to 211.2 kA/m with a temperature coefficient of-0.091%/℃, exhibiting good temperature stability.  相似文献

A series of SmCo/Cr/TbFeCo multilayer thin films with perpendicular anisotropy were prepared by RF- magnetron sputtering system, and the effects of Cr interlayer thickness on magnetic properties and interlayer exchange coupling were investigated. It was found that the magnetic properties varied with the thickness of Cr interlayer, especially the values of saturation magnetization Ms and the coercivity Hc fluctuated periodically with the thickness of Cr interlayer. STM images revealed that the variation of coercivity Hc was attributed to the microstructure change of SmCo layer influenced by Cr interlayer, and the variation of Ms was related to interlayer exchange coupling.  相似文献

在FeN薄膜中不同位置引入较薄的MgO插层,研究其对FeN合金的磁各向异性能和界面电子结构的影响。结果表明,在FeN薄膜的上界面处插入MgO可以形成Fe-O轨道杂化,使得磁各向异性能(Keff)显著增加,有利于体系向垂直磁各向异性转变;但是,在FeN薄膜的下界面处插入MgO会破坏Cr/MgO间的晶格外延,使得Keff值下降,不利于实现垂直磁各向异性。  相似文献

纯铝薄膜以其低声阻抗特性被广泛应用于声表面波(SAW)器件的制作。随着通讯频率的不断提高,对SAW器件用Al薄膜的功率承受力以及与基体的附着力提出了越来越高的要求。采用少量易于反应离子刻蚀的Mo元素掺杂来改善Al合金的抗电迁移和功率承受力,并以数纳米的Ti过渡层增强Ao-Mo合金薄膜的取向性。结果表明:Ti/Al-Mo薄膜表现出强(111)织构,与纯Al薄膜相比,晶粒明显细化且致密均匀,临界载荷大大增加,与基体的附着力显著增强,并具有良好的刻蚀性能。  相似文献

利用Ti掺杂ITO靶材,采用单靶磁控溅射法在玻璃基底上制备厚度为50~300 nm的ITO:Ti薄膜。借助X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、可见光分光光度计、霍尔测试系统和四探针电阻测量仪,研究薄膜厚度对薄膜的晶体结构、表面形貌和光电性能的影响。结果表明:ITO:Ti薄膜呈现(400)择优取向,随薄膜厚度增加,薄膜的结晶程度增强,晶粒度增大,薄膜更致密。随薄膜厚度增加,薄膜的均方根粗糙度和平均粗糙度以及电阻率都先减小再增加,薄膜厚度为250 nm时,表面粗糙度最小,蒋膜厚度为200 nm时,电阻率最低,为2.1×10-3?·cm。不同厚度的薄膜对可见光区的平均透过率都在89%以上。  相似文献

The semiconducting properties of passive films grown on 00Crl3Ni5Mo2 supermartensitic stainless steel were investigated in comparison with conventional 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel. Cyclic vohammetry and electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used for the studies. 00Crl3NiSMo2 steel exhibited a good corrosion resistance performance, attributing to its passive capability. The results of Mott-Schottky analysis demonstrated n- type semiconductors for the passive films with doping densities of about 1020- 1021 cm -3, and the thickness of space- charge layers was also calculated. The experimental results confirmed that Mo plays an important role in improving the corrosion resistance of 00Crl3Ni5Mo2 steel due to its impact on the doping density.  相似文献

The Tb40(Fe49Co49V2)60 films were fabricated by magnetron cosputtering from a multiple target arrangement at different argon pressures.The samples were investigated using X-ray diffraction,magnetic force microscope and vibrating sample magnetometer.A strong perpendicular anisotropy was obtained for the sample prepared at 0.4 Pa.The easy direction of magnetization could be turned from perpendicular to in-plane direction either at high working pressures(P Ar >2.0 Pa) or by annealing at temperatures higher than 250 °C.An excellent magnetic softness with coercivity below 3 mT and saturating field of 20 mT in film-plane direction was obtained for the sample prepared at 0.7 Pa and then annealed at 350 °C.  相似文献

In the present work, we have tried to study and develop the processing of amorphous BaTiO3 nanothin films, which have amorphous structure and nanometric thickness. It was seen that they exhibit enhanced optical responses. An improved method was used to prepare amorphous BaTiO3 nanothin films, which, compared to other approaches, is simple, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly. It was found that amorphous BaTiO3 films exhibit better optical transmittance in contrast to the similar nanocrystalline, polycrystalline, or thick films. This finding is due to the absence of grain boundaries, which have an important role in light scattering processes. AFM and SEM results indicate that the surface of the nanothin film is uniform, smooth, and amorphous. Moreover, the surface of the nanothin film exhibits a dense structure with no crack and voids. RMS roughness of the prepared nanothin film was quite small and equal to 0.7 nm. This value is very less than other reported RMS roughness values which were in the range of 5 to 11 nm. XRD results indicate that all of the prepared thin films in this work are amorphous, independent of number of dip-coated layers and preparation conditions. The work also aims to study and develop the processing of the amorphous BaTiO3 nanothin films deeply. The results showed that annealing temperature has a more pronounced effect on transmittance, thickness, and shift in the absorption edge of the thin films than annealing time. It was found that the viscosity of the sol has remarkable influence on the transmission spectrum and shift in the absorption edge of the films. The transparency of the films decreases with an increase in the viscosity and concentration of the sol. It was found that size of particle within the sol and rate of the sol–gel reactions have important roles on the transmittance of the films.  相似文献
