本文提出了基于微带贴片谐振器的高选择性双模双通带带通滤波器及一种模式分析算法.首次利用该算法分析了微带贴片的模式组成,计算了导模场的闭式解.微带贴片的耦合馈线同时作为谐振单元构成第二个通带,减小了结构尺寸.全波仿真分析(full wave analysis)结果及测试数据表明,与现有的双模双通带带通滤波器相比,本文设计的滤波器传输零点个数增加了2倍,达到11个,带外抑制度达到20dB,带内插损较小,仅为1.2dB,抑制了寄生通带.同时设计的拓扑结构复杂度较低,利于滤波器的小型化. 相似文献

在方形贴片上采用单槽线代替相互正交双槽线的方法设计出一款结构简单、紧凑的双频段带通滤波器。详细讨论了滤波器结构参数对滤波器性能的影响,并以2.45/5.2GHz双通带滤波器的设计为例,通过仿真优化得到了各结构参数,制作了相应的样品。测试结果表明:该滤波器在2.45GHz通带内回波损耗为20dB,通带内最小插损为0.9dB,相对带宽为10%;5.2GHz通带内回波损耗33.6dB,通带内最小插损为0.37dB,相对带宽为13.4%,其总体尺寸比文献中正交双槽线结构的滤波器缩小48%。 相似文献

带通滤波器为现代毫米波系统中进行频率选择的重要器件,而波导滤波器因其低损耗、大功率容量、易加工等优点成为首选。为满足系统的小型化要求,设计了一种基于双模谐振器且具有准椭圆函数响应的W波段波导带通滤波器。该波导带通滤波器结构简单紧凑,由两个双模方形脊谐振腔组成,可获得2 个传输零点及四阶准椭圆函数响应。滤波器样品选取紫铜材质,采用CNC 技术加工制作。经矢量网络分析仪测试,该滤波器通带内插损低,达0.5 dB,3 dB 波束带宽为4.35 %(92.2 ~96.3 GHz),回波损耗优于20 dB,通带外存在两个非对称零点。在全W波段的测试结果与仿真数据高度吻合。 相似文献

基于T 型谐振器结构,设计了一款新型小型化可重构滤波器。它可以通过开/ 关射频开关,实现三种滤波器的重新配置。这三种模式分别为带阻滤波器(BSF)、宽阻带带阻滤波器(WB鄄BSF)和双模带通滤波器(DB-BPF)。设计并制造了一款小型可重构滤波器实物(εr =2.65,h =1 mm)。其中,带阻滤波器的阻带中心频率为3.89 GHz,-3 dB相对带宽为90.9% (2.12 - 5.65 GHz);宽带带阻滤波器的阻带中心频率为3.54 GHz,-3 dB 相对带宽为137.85%(1.1~5.98 GHz);双模带通滤波器的两个通带中心频率分别为1.53 GHz 和6.89 GHz,-3 dB 相对带宽分别为17. 6%(1.4~1.67 GHz)和1.16% (6.85~6.93 GHz),两通带之间回波损耗优于15 dB。实物测试结果与仿真结果基本一致。 相似文献

A novel miniaturised dual-mode bandpass filter with multi-arc resonators is proposed. The size of the dual-mode filter can be reduced significantly by using the microstrip dual-mode resonator consisting of multi-arcs; meanwhile insertion loss and spurious response suppression are improved A prototype filter is designed and implemented at 3.6 GHz with 2.8% fractional bandwidth, which shows a low passband insertion loss of 1.02 dB and a wide stopband with rejection better than 20 dB up to about 8.5 GHz. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel LTCC stripline (SL) 60-GHz band-pass filter (BPF) composed of transitions to coplanar waveguide (CPW) pads for monolithic microwave integrated circuit integration is presented. For low-loss interconnection with active devices, a CPW-to-SL vertical via transition integrating air cavities and a CPW-to-CPW planar transition using internal ground planes are proposed and implemented. The fabricated transition shows an insertion loss of 1.6 dB and a reflection loss below -20 dB at the passband of the filter. The implemented SL BPF using dual-mode patch resonators shows a center frequency of 60.4 GHz, 3.5 % bandwidth, and reflection losses below -15 dB at the passband. This letter presents a miniaturized dual-mode microstrip bandpass filter with the right crossed slots. The right crossed slots perturb and reduce the fundamental resonant frequency, but the second resonance is not affected. Therefore, the second resonance will be effectively higher than 2f/sub o/, where f/sub o/ is the fundamental frequency. Since the fundamental frequency is lower, the bandpass filter is smaller than the conventional filter. The proposed filter shows a 4.4% fractional bandwidth at 1.595GHz with a return loss of better than 10dB and an insertion loss of less than 2.5dB, while the second passband is located around 2.88f/sub o/= 4.6GHz. Compared with the conventional square patch filter, the proposed filter also shows a 58% size reduction. 相似文献

All-planar dual-mode inductive asymmetric filters utilizing new planar microstrip to dielectric-loaded rectangular waveguide transitions at Ka-band were presented and built in this work. The conventional, three-dimensional metallic rectangular waveguide dual-mode filters can be implemented into mature PCB technology with a much easier and lower-cost fabrication process on the basis of the all-planar feature of the transition. This work demonstrates two Ka-band filter examples with center frequency at 31 GHz and bandwidth at 1 GHz and 2 GHz. The measured minimum insertion loss of each case was, respectively, 2.68 and 1.12 dB, with greater than 10 dB return loss in the passband. Moreover, the measured side-band attenuation (near passband) is larger than 30 dB due to the transmission zeros at each side of the passband. 相似文献

提出了一种多模方式工作的微带方形贴片带通滤波器。通常设计微带方形贴片滤波器主要是利用TM1,0,0和TM0,1,0这一对简并主模实现单模或双模的工作方式。但是这些滤波器尚存一些有待完善的地方,诸如带内插损偏大,带宽受限等等。本文设计的带通滤波器不使用主模,而是利用三个高次模分量,通过一种简单的微扰方式和馈电方式激励起除简并主模以外的三个高次模分量,并使之相互耦合实现通带。仿真和测量结果充分说明,这种滤波器能够实现宽频段的通带响应,并且在通带内具有很低的插损和良好的阻抗匹配特性,能够广泛地适用于微波平面电路。 相似文献
