聚氨酯/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯)半互穿网络形成的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为了解semi_IPN(半互穿聚合物网络 )热塑性弹性体网络形成过程的化学反应原理 ,利用恒温DSC法研究了PU/PMS(聚氨酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 -苯乙烯 ) -半互穿聚合物网络热塑性弹性体的网络形成过程的反应动力学 ,结果表明PU/PMS_semi_IPN中两组分的反应并不同步 ,PU组分的反应快于PMS组分的聚合 ,体系组分比和反应温度的变化对网络的形成有明显的影响。通过对形成过程透光率的研究,发现该体系的早期相分离主要由组分比和聚氨酯组分的聚合速率决定 ,聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯 -苯乙烯 )组分通过在PU网络聚合中起“稀释剂”的作用来影响相分离的过程。 相似文献

有机硅改性聚氨酯齐聚物增韧环氧树脂的研究 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
为获得高韧性环氧树脂,合成了异氰酸酯封端的聚氨酯预聚体,用两端含羟乙基的直链有机硅(PDMS)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)进行扩链改性,得到羟基封端的有机硅改性的含羧基的聚氨酯齐聚物,用此齐聚物作为增韧剂去接枝改性环氧树脂,然后用甲基四氢苯酐进行固化,得到了聚氨酯(PU)/环氧树脂(EP)互穿聚合物网络。用红外光谱和扫描电镜研究了互穿聚合物网络形成的动力学和微相分离行为;用动态力学分析和摆锤冲击实验等考察了不同配比下IPN的力学性能;用热失重分析研究了材料的耐热性。结果表明:PU/EP在一定的配比范围内可以得到冲击强度、模量及耐热性同时得到提高的复合材料。 相似文献

通过TEM和DSC等手段分析了聚氨酯/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯)-半互穿网络(IPN)热塑性弹性体PU/P(MMA-co-St)的微观结构和玻璃化转变温度。结果表明中PU仍为分散相或连续性较小的相,而P(MMA-co-St)则为连续相或较大连续相,网络的互穿主要发生在PU的硬段区。对材料物理机械性能的测试表明当PU/PMS组分比为60/40、单体比MMA/St为50/50左右时,制得的半IPN的力学性能最佳。 相似文献

采用溶液浇铸法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)-聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)-KOH-H2O碱性聚合物电解质膜.膜的电导率与KOH和H2O含量密切相关,PAAS可明显改善PVA基碱性聚合物电解质膜的保水性能和机械性能,PAAS和KOH可使聚合物的结晶度和熔点降低.在20~50℃范围内,电解质膜的电导率与温度的关系符合Arrhenius方程.组成为PVA(以下均为质量分数)(13.84%)-PAAS(0.73%)-KOH(36.43%)-H2O(49%)电解质膜的室温电导率高达9.67×10-2S/cm,在不锈钢惰性电极上的电化学稳定电位范围约为1.6 V,可应用于活性炭超级电容器. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe thermal insulation composite were prepared by blending aqueous polyurethane and modified SiO2 aerogel, and then coating to the surface of fabric. The influence of the content of SiO2 aerogel and polyurethane, crosslinking temperature and the particle size of SiO2 aerogel on thermal insulation rate of the composite fabric were detail analysis, the heat insulation, breathable, IR, SEM surface morphology of the composite fabric were evaluated. The thermal insulation rate of the SiO2 aerogel composite fabric is 28.97%, which is twice that of the original fabric. SiO2 aerogel composite fabric will have a wide range of application in the thermal insulation clothing, curtains, shoe materials, industrial equipment and building insulation, etc. 相似文献

AbstractIn this work, the polyurethane coated urea (PCU) and PE coated urea (PECU) were prepared by spraying the coating material. The isocyanates coatings on the surface of urea and granule inorganic compound fertilizer (NPK) were prepared and their infrared spectra were compared. The polyurethane coatings of PCU was analyzed by IR. The interface morphology between the PU coating and PE coating PECU and the surface of urea was compared by scanning electron microscope. The inner and outer surfaces morphology of polyurethane coatings was studied. The results showed that the peak of -NCO groups in the infrared spectrum of the coating on urea was weaker than of the coating on NPK, while the peaks of N-H, C-N and C?=?O were all relatively stronger, which proved that -NH2 in urea reacted with -NCO during the coating formation. SEM images showed that there was an obvious gap between PE coating and its urea core, while PU coating was tightly bonded with the surface of urea core, and the inner surface of PU coating had something undissolved after fully dissolved in water, which further illustrated that urea participate in the reaction of isocyanates with polyols. All of this results demonstrated that the amine group (-NH2) in urea reacted with the -NCO group in isocyanates and urea linkage (-NH-CO-NH-) was formed in the polyurethane coating. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis paper first designed the molecular structure of the water-soluble polyurethane phase change material. Taking HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate), PEG (polyethylene glycol), chain extender (DMPA (dimethylolpropionic acid), BDO (1,4- butanediol), EDA (ethylenediamine)), catalyst (DBTDL (February acid dibutyl tin)), neutralizing agent (TEA (triethylamine)) as the raw material, the paper then prepared the waterborne polyurethane phase change material, which is available for wet spinning process. The particle size, appearance, storage stability, water absorption, tensile strength and elongation at break of the WPUPCM emulsion were then tested. Moreover, the influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, R value (ie -NCO / -OH molar ratio), PEG relative molecular mass and DMPA content on the WPUPCM performance indicators were investigated. The study indicated that reaction temperature, reaction time, R value, PEG relative molecular mass and DMPA content show various influences on WPUPCM performance indicators. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of practical application and determine optimal formulation and process parameters, further relevent studies based on comprehensive considerations of all factors are needed. 相似文献

本文提出了一种价位低廉、体积小巧的高性能PCI任意波发生器解决方案.通过一片EP1C3来实现32位DDS内核波形发生控制逻辑,采用Altera公司的PCI IP core来实现PCI接口逻辑,再辅以高性能的信号调理电路使得该波形发生器采样率达到100 MSPS、40 MHz正弦波输出、64 k任意波存储深度.同时,在Labwindows/CVI环境下开发了PCI接口程序和软面板,该系统广泛应用于工控、医疗等领域. 相似文献
