针对目前运行的旋流器存在短路流导致溢流跑粗的问题,提出了一种弧形溢流管旋流器,并进行了数值模拟和试验研究。模拟结果表明,利用溢流管的弧形结构将溢流口底端的过渡区域外移,实现过渡区域流体切线速度的提升,从而增加离心强度,将短路流引导至外旋流重新参与分离,达到抑制溢流跑粗的效果。试验结果表明,相同排口比下,弧形溢流管旋流器溢流-25 μm粒级含量和综合分级效率均高于直线形溢流管旋流器;试验用弧形溢流管旋流器在排口比为0.33时抑制旋流器溢流跑粗的效果最好,对应的溢流浓度为4.72%,溢流-25 μm粒级含量为98.37%,-25 μm计的综合分级效率为78.92%,高于直线形溢流管旋流器对应情况下的4.25%、96.86%和73.51%。  相似文献

针对常规旋流器存在的底流夹细问题,提出了旋风充气式和气泡充气式旋流器,将气体充入旋流器内 后,可使混入外旋流中的细颗粒重新被吹入内旋流进行二次分离,从而达到减少底流夹细的目的。 通过试验对比分 析了两种不同充气方式旋流器和常规旋流器的分离性能。 结果表明,相比于常规旋流器,充气式旋流器能有效减少 底流夹细,常规旋流器底流中-10 μm 颗粒占比 6. 32%,而使用旋风充气式旋流器能降至 5. 32%;使用气泡充气式旋 流器能降至 5. 53%。 充气条件下,对于-20 μm 颗粒的综合分级效率,旋风充气式旋流器可提高 4. 92 个百分点;气泡 充气式旋流器可提高 3. 24 个百分点。 旋风充气式旋流器分离性能优于气泡充气式旋流器,试验结果可以为新型充气 式旋流器的设计提供指导。  相似文献

为减少梅山铁矿降磷系统进入尾矿库的湿尾矿量,对梅山铁矿降磷尾矿进行了水力旋流器再选试验研究,并根据试验结果进行了再选系统技术改造。通过将现有的FX350×6旋流器组更换为FX150-PU-K×16超长锥旋流器组后,在给矿浓度为29%的条件下,采用Φ150 mm超长锥旋流器,在给矿压力为0.25 MPa、沉砂口直径为30 mm时,可获得底流浓度为61.00%、底流产率为85.70%、底流-0.037 4 mm粒级含量为51.55%的指标,大幅降低了湿尾矿量。  相似文献

青海某金矿选矿厂浮选尾矿难以沉降,浓密机溢流跑浑严重,回水无法使用,浮选尾矿远低于下一工序(氰化浸出)对浓度的要求。为此开展了浮选尾矿浓缩试验研究,试验采用了旋流器预浓缩,分析了旋流器沉砂口及给矿压力对浓缩效率的影响,进行了旋流器溢流絮凝剂筛选试验,确定了适合旋流器溢流的5250絮凝剂及用量。在旋流器给矿浓度为23.94%、-74μm含量为79.83%的情况下,尾矿综合固体浓度达到47.76%,解决了选矿厂回水循环利用及浮选尾矿氰化浸出对浓度的要求。  相似文献

为适应磨矿分级工艺的要求,开展了Φ838 mm分级旋流器工艺参数优化试验研究。试验结果表明,在沉砂嘴直径146 mm、溢流管直径343 mm、溢流管插入深度490 mm、旋流器工作压力0.50 kg/cm2时,Φ838 mm分级旋流器分级效果最佳。在此条件下,旋流器的分级产品质量及分级效率均得到明显提升,其中溢流中-0.074 mm粒级含量为67.97%,比对比组旋流器提高了8.05个百分点;分级效率为58.30%,比对比组旋流器提高了6.89个百分点。  相似文献
