金鸡山金矿尾矿堆浸工业实践

实验室试验研究结果和工业生产实践表明,采用堆浸工艺处理金品位0．63g／t的金鸡山金矿浮选尾矿,金的回收率达到82％,浸渣品位0．11g／t,且用化学疏松法成功地替代了团矿制粒工艺,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。     

辉绿岩硫化矿选矿试验研究

通过对辉绿岩硫化矿进行全泥氰化浸出、浮选、柱浸浸出的试验研究,研究结果表明:在原矿磨矿细度为-0.074mm占90%的条件下进行全泥氰化浸出,金的浸出率为83.5%;在原矿磨矿细度为-0.074mm占98%的条件下进行浮选,金的回收率为56.21%;经预氧化处理后进行柱浸浸出,金的浸出率为67.5%。经工艺方案比较表明,在黄金价格240元/克的情况下,推荐采用堆浸工艺来处理该辉绿岩硫化矿。     

含金变质凝灰岩低品位金矿石堆浸提金的研究

本文通过柱浸试验研究了变质凝灰岩低品位金矿石的矿物特性和堆浸工艺，结果表明，该矿石适于堆浸－活性炭提金处理，金的总回收率达７２％左右，有较好的经济效益。     

某铜钴矿的硫酸还原浸出研究

研究了刚果(金)某铜钴矿的硫酸还原浸出。结果表明,在矿样粒度为-0.074mm占90%、终点pH为1.5、SO2用量为理论量的1.5倍(4kg/t)、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间120min、液固比4∶1的条件下,铜、钴浸出率分别达到了93.35%和90.13%。在此基础上进行了模拟堆浸的柱浸试验,柱浸采用先浸铜再还原浸钴的分步浸出方式,铜浸出率达72%,钴浸出率为66%。     

甘肃东海金矿矿石浮选试验研究

甘肃东海金矿矿石采用堆浸工艺处理,金回收率仅为50％,银回收率为58％。为提高金、银回收率,根据该矿石性质,进行了浮选工艺回收金试验。浮选闭路试验结果表明,金的回收率达到87．13％,银的回收率达到90．23％。     

加温堆浸提金的试验研究

为了解决低温对堆浸喷淋的影响，进行了氰化浸金过程的加温试验研究。实验室试验结果表明，对氰化液加温，温度控制在２０￣８０℃之间，比在１２℃条件下，金的浸出速度可加快一倍。在堆浸实践中，采用电热器对喷淋池中氰化液加温，延长了氰化浸出时间，使最终金浸出率达到６７．７３％。与自然温度条件下相比，金浸出率提高了７．８７％。     

铜绿山难选氧化铜矿石制粒堆浸新工艺研究

按照常规硫化浮选工艺处理铜绿山难选氧化矿,选铜回收率一般为40％。采用制粒堆浸新工艺处理该矿石,铜浸出率可达到69．51％,金浸出率为72．46％。基于此,推荐了酸化制粒浸铜-氰化浸金-浸出渣回收铁的原则工艺流程。     

浸染型沥青铀矿石水冶工艺研究

某浸染型沥青铀矿石在酸法搅拌浸出条件下,-0.104 mm粒度矿石铀的浸出率不到50%。采用"拌酸熟化预处理—高余酸浸出"工艺,-20 mm矿石拌酸柱浸铀的浸出率大于83%,浸出尾渣铀品位低于0.01%。浸出液采用离子交换吸附、酸性氯化钠淋洗、淋洗液沉淀工艺制备铀产品,吸附的树脂铀负载容量达到125 mg/g,淋洗液铀浓度10g/L以上,沉淀的"111"产品达到行业一级品要求。     

低品位金矿柱浸试验

对某低品位金矿进行柱浸试验研究,考察喷淋制度对金、铜浸出率的影响,探索了在现行堆浸条件下矿石浸出的可行性。结果表明,采用现行堆浸技术处理低品位金矿石是可行的,在合适的喷淋制度下,20天内金的浸出率可达84%以上。     

一种低品位氧化金矿选矿方法

本发明公开了一种能有效提高高含泥、含粗粒明金的低品位氧化金矿回收率的选矿方法，该方法组合了堆浸、重选和炭浸三种工艺，通过破碎、洗矿与分筛、二段破碎和先后两次分级，粗颗粒矿不需磨矿直接进入堆浸系统，细颗粒矿进入炭浸系统；在分级机前设置了前置振动溜槽，通过重选预收粗粒明金。该选矿方法克服了因含泥高影响堆浸渗透性的弊端，缩短了堆浸浸出周期；粗粒明金的预收遵循了能收早收的原则，使选矿回收率较单一堆浸工艺有显著提高，达到80％以上，充分利用了宝贵资源。
