采用电化学溶解法对含Co、Cr、Al、W、Mo、Hf等金属的镍基高温合金废料在硫酸中的溶解过程进行研究。考察了电流密度、电解液酸度、温度、电解液Ni 2+浓度对电解过程的影响。结果表明,在阳极电流密度300A/m2、硫酸浓度1mol/L、电解液温度40℃的条件下平均槽电压为2.4V,电解1t合金的能耗为2 083kWh,电流效率98.46%。与硫酸体系相比,盐酸体系下稀散金属能在阳极泥中得到更好的富集。  相似文献

针对某含钌含铼电解阳极泥,采用"酸性氧化浸出—碱焙烧—水浸"法处理。考察了氧化浸出酸度、温度、液固比、氧化剂用量、搅拌速率、浸出时间对铼浸出率的影响。结果表明,在盐酸浓度2mol/L、85℃、液固比L/S=4、氧化剂用量为理论量的1.4倍、搅拌速率200r/min、浸出时间2.5h的条件下,铼的浸出率可达99%以上,而钨、钽、钌接近100%留于浸出渣中,实现铼与钨、钽、钌的分离。氧化浸出渣采用传统"碱氧化焙烧—水浸—蒸馏"法处理,实现钌与钨、钽的分离,蒸馏后液及水浸渣可分别回收钨、钽。  相似文献

以高纯度金属镍为原料,在硫酸体系中提出了小阴极电化学溶解工艺制备硫酸镍的新工艺。考察了电流密度、阴极面积、电解温度和双氧水的用量对镍板电化学溶解过程的影响,结果表明,在阳极电流密度250A/m2、电解液初始硫酸浓度1.8mol/L、电解液温度40℃,阴极有效面积为阳极面积的10%、双氧水的用量为0.3m3/t的条件下,电解1t金属镍的能耗为1368kWh电流效率99.01%。  相似文献

为实现钨铼合金废料的快速、高效溶解,采用NaOH碱性体系下电化学溶解W-2 5 Re合金边角料。结果表明:当槽电压2.5 V、NaOH浓度100 g/L、电解温度30~40℃、电溶10 h时,电解溶液含W和Re浓度分别达到46.4和15.4 g/L,此时W和Re的溶出率分别为99.78%和99.35%,阳极电流效率达到98.80%,电溶能耗为2.29 kWh/kg。电溶后阳极经SEM表征,其表面呈现丘陵形貌,EDS分析表明,电溶前后阳极的W/Re质量百分比基本不变,W溶出速率约为Re的3倍。  相似文献

研究了从氯盐体系中隔膜电解提取Ni-Fe合金的工艺。实验主要考察了Ni2+浓度、电解液pH值、H3BO3浓度、阴极电流密度、电解液温度对电流效率、槽压和产品质量的影响。结果表明,当电解液中[Fe2+]=80 g/L,[Ni2+]=40~50 g/L,[H3BO3]=15 g/L,pH=1.5~2.0时,在电流密度为300~350 A/cm2,温度为50~55℃的条件下,采用阴离子膜电解,电流效率可达98%,产品中镍含量在20%以上,可满足工业生产需要。  相似文献

镍基合金中含有铼钨钼钽等多种稀有战略金属,具有极高的综合回收利用价值。首先,本文从热力学角度分析了电化学溶解的可行性,讨论了金属元素在电溶液和阳极泥中的分配情况:负电位的金属以简单阳离子形式进入溶液;铼钼部分以含氧离子形式进入溶液,大部分以金属氧化物的形式进入阳极泥中;钨钽锆等惰性金属完全以氧化物形式进入阳极泥中。其次,重点研究了槽电压、酸度、离子浓度和温度对电流密度及电流效率和能耗的影响。结果表明,最佳电溶工艺条件:槽电压1.8 V,盐酸浓度2.0 mol·L~(-1),温度40℃,离子总浓度为30~40 g·L~(-1)。在此工艺条件下,电流密度为303.2 A·m~(-2),能耗为1688~1876 k W·h·t~(-1)。实验中各金属在溶液和阳极泥中的分配情况,与热力学分析结果相符。铼的富集比超过3.0,实现了对铼等稀散金属的富集。此外,阳极泥呈黑色细粉末状,可以直接用于后续浸出实验研究。  相似文献

采用电溶-萃取工艺从铅铟合金中回收铟。结果表明,在电流密度155 A/m2、电解周期24 h、电解前液含In 1.8g/L、室温、极距为4 cm的最优条件下,金属铟的溶出率达到94.28%;采用P204从氟硅酸电解液中非平衡萃取提取铟,在有机相组成为30%P204+70%磺化煤油、萃取级数为3级、相比VO∶VA=1∶3的条件下,金属铟的萃取率达到98.69%。负载有机相采用6 mol/L的盐酸反萃,在VO∶VA=6∶1、级数为6级的条件下,反萃率接近100%,同时实现了与杂质元素Zn、Fe、Sn的分离。  相似文献
