7.5tⅠ型炉海绵钛真空蒸馏生产工艺研究

结合半联合Ⅰ型炉海绵钛生产工艺特点,分别讨论了真空度、蒸馏温度、蒸馏负荷、喷淋水制度对海绵钛真空蒸馏的影响。蒸馏罐较高的真空度和较佳的气密性、较小的蒸馏负荷、直接将蒸馏电炉升温至960~1 020℃,有利于提高真空蒸馏速率及缩短蒸馏周期。除此之外,以冷凝罐上部真空度突然下降作为蒸馏通道开启判断标志,并分阶段调控喷淋水温度,有效解决了Ⅰ型炉因冷凝罐内Mg及MgCl_2发生气-液-固三相转变而带来的Ⅰ型炉蒸馏效率下降及蒸馏通道堵塞问题。

R11m合金钢连铸机二次冷却系统改造

由于连铸机二冷水系统管路堵塞，导致铸坯表面裂纹严重。分析认为，主要是冷却水水质差、水温高、喷淋管结垢多导致的水流速度慢、易形成气堵等原因造成的。通过采取使用离子静电水处理器提高水质、将原长管式喷淋管改为环形喷淋管等措施，解决了管路堵塞问题，使二冷配水模型得以准确实现，提高了连铸坯的质量，其热顶锻及理化检验一次合格率均达到96％以上。     

蒸发式空冷器冷却管表面的结垢控制

针对空冷器冷却管表面出现垢层,部分喷头结垢堵塞,管束结垢部位腐蚀漏水,水耗、电耗增加等问题,采用净环水作为空冷器喷淋补水,安装斜板沉淀池,合理选择水处理药剂,优化加药方案等,改善了空冷器喷淋水质,降低了喷淋水浓缩倍数,空冷器管束、喷头的结垢现象得到有效控制,确保了软水系统的稳定节能运行。     

水渣冷却塔喷淋装置的改进

天钢2 000 m~3高炉水冲渣系统冷却塔喷淋支管管道过长,压力损失较大,冷却塔粒化回水中的杂质容易造成喷淋管道和对喷喷头堵塞,严重影响配水及冷却效果。对喷喷头在使用过程中内螺纹极易腐蚀,经常出现松动脱落现象,每次清理时必须进行整体更换。对冷却塔喷淋装置进行了改造,缩短喷淋支管长度,加大喷淋支管直径,前端对喷喷头改为自行设计制作的喷头,降低了支管的堵塞情况,延长了使用寿命,节约了大量的检修时间,提高了生产作业率,同时减少了备件费用,取得了较好的使用效果和较高的经济效益。     

海绵钛生产中的还原蒸馏过程浅析

工业生产海绵钛的主要方法是镁热还原法,还原蒸馏是镁热还原法生产海绵钛的主要工序之一。还原反应后反应器中主要为Ti、Mg 及 MgCl_2的混合物,通过真空蒸馏,可以实现Ti、Mg 及 MgCl_2的分离,得到高纯度的海绵钛。真空系统是实现真空蒸馏的关键设备,海绵钛真空蒸馏的气体负荷为真空系统泄露的空气量以及少量未冷凝的蒸发物,海绵钛蒸馏时需要真空系统的极限真空在0.01Pa以上。     

铸模工艺及浇铸控制对铜模使用寿命的影响
