针对大庆石化公司塑料厂20万吨/年高压装置风送工段空气冷却器E5101等七台换热器频繁泄漏问题,结合生产工况对泄漏换热管进行了腐蚀失效分析。通过专业检测分析手段,结合高压装置风送工段高温苛刻的运行条件,指出了产生管束腐蚀泄漏的条件因素,同时从材料、设备设计装配及结构方面分析了设备频繁泄漏的原因。该分析结果及建议在类似工艺条件下对已更新运行换热器腐蚀防护方面具有一定的借鉴作用。 相似文献

某石化公司100%俄油炼制常减压装置运行仅7个月,常顶换热器出口至常压塔顶空冷入口管线先后发生10处腐蚀泄漏。通过对塔顶系统的腐蚀介质分析、腐蚀流程分析、腐蚀机理分析及工艺防腐分析,从腐蚀介质含量、工艺参数控制、选材等方面,寻找发生腐蚀泄漏的原因,并提出相应的工艺防腐建议,保证装置长周期运行。 相似文献

采用宏观腐蚀形貌观察、腐蚀产物及泄漏物成分分析、原料分析等方法研究了某催化装置顶循换热器腐蚀泄漏的原因。结果表明:催化装置进料氮含量较高,在顶循系统形成了氯化铵腐蚀环境,是造成顶循换热器的腐蚀的主要原因。针对腐蚀问题,提出对顶循换热器管束进行涂层防腐蚀处理的建议,实践表明,该方法有效减缓了顶循换热器的腐蚀。 相似文献

大庆石化分公司炼油厂延迟焦化装置低温水-顶循换热器投用13个月,管束发生腐蚀穿孔。对换热器管束进行取样,从管体内壁腐蚀状况、管体材质金相组织、管体内壁涂层状态以及工艺操作几方面对泄漏原因进行了分析。根据分析结果,提出处理措施。目前换热器已完好运行4 a,证明该处理方式可行,效果显著。 相似文献

通过宏观、金相观察、X射线衍射及SEM等方法分析了炼油厂常压塔顶316L不锈钢换热器管束的腐蚀形态及原因.结果表明,316L不锈钢组织基本合格;由氯离子产生的孔蚀以及由应力和腐蚀介质的共同作用导致的应力腐蚀是两种主要腐蚀失效形式. 相似文献

The outside serrated integral-fin tubes fabricated by rolling-plowing-extrusion processing were surface-treated through different processes of annealing in hydrogen atmosphere, electrochemical corrosion or sandblasting. The purpose was to eliminate residual stress, clear secondary micro-fins and enhance heat transfer performance. By comparing the surface characteristics, it is found that the finned tubes treated by electrochemical corrosion have the most glabrous surfaces where the fins are almost perfectly reserved. Clear layer cracks can be observed on the top of the fins. These structures are effective in enhancing heat transfer performance when being applied to flow heat exchange. Therefore, the finned tubes treated by electrochemical corrosion are proper for the tubular exchanger with water coolant. The finned tubes treated by sandblasting have rougher surfaces with layer cracks and micro gaps removed. As these structures are useful to clearing adhesive feculence, the tubes are more suitable for the tubular heat exchanger with oil coolant. 相似文献

Corrosion in flue gas at 1000 °C An improvement in efficiency of coal combustion power plants can be achieved by the combined cycle process with gas and steam turbines. The effective power is also optimized if the energy generated in the boiler is discharged by utilizing a liquid sodium heat exchanger, working at a temperature of 1000 °C. In this case the heat exchanger materials are exposed to severe conditions. Liquid sodium at a temperature ranging up to 1000 °C flows through the heat exchanger tubes and the outer surface of the tubes is exposed to the flue gas. The materials are stressed mechanically and are also subjected to high temperature corrosion. Therefore high temperature corrosion tests were carried out with Fe-Ni-Cr- and Ni-base alloys in a laboratory furnace in which the alloys are exposed to the flue gas at a temperature of 1000 °C for a total period of 3000 h. The experiments have shown that most of the materials have a sufficient resistance to weight loss corrosion but in some cases severe internal oxidation occurs. This kind of corrosion is mainly observed for materials with high concentrations of elements such as aluminium, silicon etc., i.e. by the elements with very high negative values of free energy of formation of oxides. 相似文献
