针对信息无法充分利用的缺陷,提出了一种基于理想点的DEA交叉效率评价方法。首先,分别求出各决策单元的交叉效率值;其次,利用所有信息,求出集结交叉效率值的基于数据驱动的客观权重系数;最后,对集结后的交叉效率值进行排序。结果显示:基于理想点的DEA交叉效率评价方法,得到的评价结果较为客观、公平,较好地解决了决策单元的交叉效率评价问题。  相似文献

目的 为科学地检验评估空军战役仓库的航材保障能力,提出构建基于数据包络分析(DEA)法的航材保障能力评估模型.方法 首先确定能够表达战役仓库航材保障军事、经济特性的评估指标,建立基于数据包络分析法的评估模型,计算出各战役仓库的综合交叉效率值,以实现待评估战役仓库航材保障能力的排序.结果 运用模型对15个战役仓库进行实例分析,得出各战役仓库的交叉效率值为0.69048~0.82253,第15号战役仓库的效率值最高,与实际情况相符合;并通过对比验证了新模型具有更好的排序效果.结论 新模型可以为航材保障能力评估工作提供科学依据.  相似文献

研究了供应链环境下战略性供应商选择的问题.通过分析和总结供应商评价选择的准则、指标和方法,以供应链核心企业选择战略性供应商为目标,提出了战略性供应商评价的指标体系,利用整体DEA有效模型来反映供应商的绩效,利用AHP反映供应链核心企业选择供应商的主观愿望,从而构建了TOPSIS与整体DEA有效相结合的"TOPSIS/DEA/AHP"战略性供应商评价选择模型,并通过实证分析,证实了该模型及方法的可行性.  相似文献

基于交叉效率概念,遵循自评与互评相结合的原则,提出三参数区间交叉效率DEA评价方法。运用不同的赋权策略,获得用最优效率值、最劣效率值和最可能效率值描述的决策单元三参数区间交叉效率值。该效率值能更全面合理地反映决策单元效率值可能的取值情况和实际评价问题的特点,利用三角模糊数期望值排序方法可以对该效率值进行比较排序。算例说明该方法具有可行性和有效性。  相似文献

在供应商全部输入输出值中,模糊数出现比例不大的情况下,提出首先将个别出现的模糊数进行去模糊化处理,然后基于DEA博弈交叉效率模型对供应商进行评价。所提出方法不仅克服了已有相关文献解不唯一的问题,考虑了供应商之间的竞争,还能处理非准确值,因此与已有文献相比,结果更具有说服力。所提出方法最后被应用于一个第三方物流服务供应商评价实例。  相似文献

包装行业的发展和资源利用与环境保护高度相关,而包装企业的技术创新直接关乎我国包装行业的转型与可持续发展。以包装行业26家上市公司2016—2020年的数据为样本,分别使用综合技术效率与托宾Q值来衡量包装行业上市公司的技术创新和经营绩效,然后利用DEA方法中的基于投入导向的BCC模型测度2016—2020年包装行业上市公司的综合技术效率;并基于随机效应模型,实证分析包装行业上市公司技术创新对其经营绩效的影响。研究结果表明:包装行业上市公司近年来的综合技术创新效率呈缓慢上扬之势,但总体水平仍偏低;当期、滞后1期及滞后2期的综合技术效率与托宾Q值的相关性为不确定,而滞后3期的综合技术效率对托宾Q值存在稳定的正向影响。这说明包装行业上市公司技术创新促进其经营绩效的提升有明显的滞后性,相关主体必须着眼长远、主动施策。  相似文献

提出了一种基于互补判断矩阵排序的供应商绩效评价方法.由多位专家对供应商的绩效进行两两比较并进行评分;评分结果以互补判断矩阵的形式构造出相应的评价矩阵;利用权的最小平方法计算互补判断矩阵的排序向量;将排序向量中的分量按照大小排列,得到供应商绩效的比较结果.算例的计算过程和结果表明,该方法具有很好的可操作性.  相似文献

首先针对多目标系统建立了评价模型,将DEA和交叉系数矩阵法相结合,对模型进行求解,对所有的决策单元进行排序,避免了AHP排序的主观性;考虑实际数据采集误差对评价结果的影响,在评价模型的基础上建立了DEA灵敏度分析模型,对评价结果的可靠性进行了剖析,通过复合形法确立了评价结果的稳定区间.与传统求解DEA模型的单纯形法相比,其更灵活易变,并可求解非线性规划问题,收敛精度较好,能够有效地处理不等式的优化设计问题.最后通过对物流系统综合评价的实例,验证了上述模型和方法的可行性、实用性及有效性.  相似文献

AHP/DEA模型将企业绩效评价分成三个阶段进行.首先,选取科学、合理的评价指标,其中财务指标从财务资料中获取,非财务指标通过1-9标度法而得;其次,对于评价的对象通过DEA模型进行两两绩效比较,构造AHP的绩效判断矩阵;最后,通过AHP法计算出第二步中判断矩阵的最大特征值λmax和相应的特征向量ω(Aω=λω),特征向量ω的分量值正是物流企业绩效的优劣值,从而方便地评价了我国上市物流公司的绩效.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
