研究了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)炭黑混炼胶经偶联剂Si-69原位改性前后与天然橡胶(NR)共混胶的性能.结果表明,在EPDM炭黑混炼胶的原位改性过程中,Si-69在与炭黑表面作用的同时会与EPDM发生活性反应.这不仅增大了EPDM与炭黑间的亲和力,而且使EPDM的硫化反应活性增强,从而改善了共混硫化胶的物理机械性能.动态力学性能测试和扫描电子显微镜观察结果均表明,改性后的EPDM炭黑混炼胶与NR的硫化相客性增强.  相似文献

探讨甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)原位改性炭黑对EPDM胶料硫化特性和硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,GMA起连接炭黑与橡胶的作用.对胶料的硫化特性影响显.提高了硫化胶的物理性能、粘合性能和常温(30~60℃)下的减震阻尼性能;GMA用量为5份时,EPDM胶料的硫化速度较快,硫化胶的表观交联密度较大,物理性能和粘合性能较好。  相似文献

研究甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)原位改性炭黑N220对NR胶料性能的影响。结果表明,GMA不仅与炭黑发生接枝反应,而且与NR共交联,增强了炭黑与NR的结合GMA改性炭黑使NR混炼胶的门尼粘度减小和t90延长,硫化胶的强伸性能、耐热老化性能和耐屈挠龟裂性能提高;GMA用量为5份时硫化胶综合性能较好。  相似文献

本文研究了不饱和羟基脂肪酸原位改性炭黑补强三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的硫化特性、加工性能和物理机械性能,测试了硫化胶的热氧老化性能和屈挠疲劳性能:结果表明:随着不饱和羟基脂肪酸用量的增加,硫化胶的300%定伸强度略有下降,拉伸强度和撕裂强度上升,扯断伸长率先上升然后趋于平缓,动态疲劳性能显著改善。同时硫化胶具有较好的加工性能和热氧老化性能。  相似文献

为改善三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的相容性,提高共硫化反应程度,采用氢化钠(NaH)/马来酸酐(MAH)体系,在橡胶加工设备中对EPDM进行改性反应,得到了改性的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-g-MAH)。研究了加入EPDM-g-MAH后EPDM/CPE共混胶的硫化特性、动态力学性能、加工性能和微观相态结构。结果表明,EPDM-g-MAH的加入,使EPDM/CPE共混胶相容性得到明显改善,胶料硫化速度加快,力学性能及动态力学性能得到提高。  相似文献

本工作通过溶胀法测定了白炭黑填充的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)硫化胶的表观交联密度1/Q和橡胶-填料间的相互作用程度。考察了硅烷偶联剂(Si-69)对白炭黑填充 EPDM硫化胶网络结构和物理机械性能的影响。试验结果表明,Si-69可使EPDM胶料的门尼粘降低,焦烧时间延长,1/Q提高,并增强橡胶-填料间的相互作用,从而改善了胶料的加工性能和某些物理机械性能。  相似文献

考察了4,4′-二硫代二吗啉(DTDM),N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2),甲基丙烯酸镁与硫黄和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)复合硫化体系对三元乙丙橡胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,与纯硫黄硫化胶相比,DTDM/HVA-2/S复合硫化体系的EPDM硫化胶拉断伸长率及压缩永久变形均较小,而拉伸强度、定伸应力和硬度均较大,耐老化性能较好。甲基丙烯酸盐可明显提高硫黄、过氧化物硫化EPDM硫化胶的交联密度、拉伸强度、定伸应力和拉断伸长率。在甲基丙烯酸镁/炭黑/EPDM胶料中添加等量S i69改性白炭黑和石蜡油后,硫化胶各项力学性能都有明显提高,定伸应力和硬度保持较低水平,耐热空气老化性能有所改善。  相似文献

本文应用简化了的三变量中心复合设计法,运用回归分析,考察了炭黑N330、石蜡油及硫磺用量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)硫化胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着炭黑N330用量的增大,EPDM硫化胶的硬度和拉伸强度均增大;随着石蜡油用量的增加,EPDM硫化胶的硬度和拉伸强度均下降。随着硫磺用量的增加,EPDM硫化胶的硬度增大,拉伸强度出现先减小后增大的规律。  相似文献

A method of chemical modification in situ of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) filled with carbon black was studied. A bifunctional monomer, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), was used as the modifier to improve the dispersibility of carbon black in the rubber and to enhance the mechanical properties of EPDM vulcanizates. The effects of GMA on the structure and properties of EPDM vulcanizates such as determination of cross-linking density and vulcanizing properties as well as mechanical properties were investigated by FT-IR, SEM, and DMTA. The results showed the addition of GMA into carbon black filled EPDM compounds could remarkably improve the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates. The optimum content of GMA was about 5.0 phr when the content of carbon black was 50 phr. The reason for improvement of the mechanical properties might be attributed to the chemical combinations between rubber macromolecular chains and carbon black surfaces by GMA. The action of GMA was similar to a cocuring agent and a coupling agent.  相似文献

以碳纳米管(CNTs)、硅烷偶联剂(WD)、N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)、N-氯代琥珀酰亚胺(NCS)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和粘接促进剂(ZC)等分别作为改性剂,在未硫化EPDM(三元乙丙)绝热层(Eu)与已硫化EPDM绝热层(Ev)之间的界面粘接用胶粘剂基础配方中,通过加入不同改性剂来优选改善Eu/Ev界面粘接性能的适宜改性剂及用量。结果表明:采用ZC作为Eu/Ev界面粘接用胶粘剂基础配方的改性剂,可稳定提高Eu/Ev界面的粘接性能;将ZC改性胶粘剂用于Eu/Ev界面的粘接时,其粘接强度超过3.5 MPa,并且其储存稳定性和耐热老化性能均较好。  相似文献

用甲基丙烯酸(MAA)原位改性纳米碳酸钙填充三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM),制备了纳米碳酸钙增强EPDM硫化胶。考察了MAA对纳米碳酸钙增强EPDM硫化胶的应力软化效应及应力弛豫行为,并与未改性纳米碳酸钙、炭黑及白炭黑增强EPDM硫化胶的应力软化效应和应力弛豫行为进行了比较;用并联的Maxwell模型对应力弛豫行为进行了数学模拟。结果表明,MAA加剧了纳米碳酸钙增强EPDM的应力软化效应和应力弛豫行为。与其他3种填料相比,MAA原位改性纳米碳酸钙增强EPDM的应力软化效应更为显著,且其应力在室温停放后不能像其他填料增强EPDM那样得到明显恢复;MAA原位改性纳米碳酸钙增强EPDM的应力弛豫速率更快,应力弛豫程度也更大;并联Maxwell模型可以模拟未改性纳米碳酸钙、MAA原位改性纳米碳酸钙、炭黑及白炭黑增强EPDM的应力弛豫行为。  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为接枝单体、过氧化二异丙苯为引发剂对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)进行熔融接枝。用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对接枝产物进行了表征,分析测试了共混硫化胶的力学性能和微观结构。结果表明,随着共混体系中接枝EPDM用量的增加,EPDM与尼龙树脂的相容性不断改善,尼龙颗粒作为分散相在EPDM中分散得更加均匀和细致化,共混硫化胶的力学性能得到进一步提高,尼龙树脂原位生成的短纤维可明显提高共混硫化胶的撕裂强度,同时使其保持了弹性体高伸长率的特性。  相似文献

Measurement of tack of EPDM (ethylene-propylenediene terpolymer) rubber with natural rubber (NR) of four different molecular weights, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), bromobutyl rubber (BIIR), and polychloroprene rubber (CR) was done over a range of rates of testing, contact times, and temperatures of contact. The effect of different additives, namely carbon black, phenol-formaldehyde resin, coumarone-indene resin, and methyl methacrylate is also reported. Green strength of all the rubbers was measured. Tack strength increases with increase in contact time for all the rubbers. Adhesive tack between EPDM and low-molecular-weight NR is much higher than that between EPDM and NR of high molecular weight. Tack strength of EPDM with BIIR is the highest among the tack values obtained for synthetic rubbers. The adhesive tack between EPDM and natural/ synthetic rubber passes through a maximum when plotted against temperature of contact. It increases with testing rate. All these phenomena could be explained in terms of interdiffusion of rubber chains under different conditions and solubility parameter of two contacting rubbers. It was observed that tack strength varies with (contact time)1/2 and (rate)1/2 in accordance with the reptation theory. Phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF) or coumarone-indene (CI) resin in EPDM improves the tack strength quite significantly. The resin in the NR phase does not have a marked effect. The presence of carbon black decreases adhesive tack strength between EPDM and NR. The surface of EPDM, however, becomes smoother with the addition of the additives. Peel tests and commercial tack tests give similar results in the tack strength between EPDM/NR and EPDM/SBR.  相似文献

Deterioration of the parameters measuring the fatigue of rubber compounds as a result of thermal aging was investigated. The energy to break, tear strength, fatigue life, and fatigue crack propagation rate of EPDM rubber compounds reinforced with three different types of carbon black before and after different periods of thermal aging were measured and compared through a series of static and cyclic loading tests. The experimental results indicated that the fatigue resistance of EPDM rubber compounds with different types of carbon black was consistently reduced because of changes in the molecular structure and crosslink density as a result of thermal aging. Meanwhile, the intrinsic flaws of carbon black–reinforced EPDM rubber compounds after 6 months of thermal aging were smaller, regardless of the type of carbon black. Therefore, the effects of thermal aging on the fatigue of rubber compounds are significant and should be taken into account in designing rubber components. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了三元乙丙橡胶熔融接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的接枝反应温度、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)及GIM用量对EPDM-g-GMA/NR动态硫化共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明:与直接静硫化胶相比,动态硫化胶的拉伸强度提高了48.2%;接枝反应温度8为160℃、DCP用量为0.3份、GMA用量为3 ̄5份时,动态硫化共混物的力学性能较好。另外红外光谱测试结果表明,在EPDM上已成功接枝了GMA。  相似文献

通过无转子硫化仪(MDR)、橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)及力学性能测试,研究了乙烯含量对过氧化物硫化EPDM未填充体系及炭黑填充体系硫化特性及动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,对于未填充/填充体系,随着乙烯含量的增加,胶料的交联程度提高,硫化反应表观速率常数K值增大,硫化诱导时间(td)不变。相比于未填充体系,加入炭黑,在促进体系硫化速率和硫化程度的同时,硫化后期还会加剧胶料的降解程度。乙烯含量高的EPDM,拉伸强度高,炭黑-橡胶相互作用大,炭黑补强效果好,但乙烯含量对EPDM橡胶储能模量的应变依赖性没有明显影响。  相似文献

New cation exchange resins based on cellulose/N-methylolacrylamide (NMA)/glycidyl methacrylate (GMA)/methacrylic acid (MA) were prepared by polymerizing highly concentrated mixtures of NMA/GMA/MA in the presence of cellulose using a sodium persulfate/sodium sulfite redox system under different conditions including the concentrations of the redox system components, NMA and GMA as well as the polymerization temperature. Polymerization conditions were selected to synthesize three resins of different carboxy and nitrogen contents. Potentiometric titration showed that these resins were weakly basic cation exchangers of different strength. Water solubility and swellability as well as durability of these resins were examined.  相似文献

采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、动态热机械分析(DMTA)和热空气老化的方法,对室温硫化聚苯乙烯接枝改性硅橡胶(PS-PDMS)和硅橡胶(PDMS)的力学性能及耐高低温性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,接枝聚苯乙烯改性硅橡胶的力学性能显著提高,未补强硫化胶的拉伸强度达2.3MPa,白炭黑补强硫化胶的拉伸强度可达4.8MPa;PS-PDMS的结晶熔融峰和阻尼峰值低于PDMS,分别为5℃和8℃,耐低温性能优于PDMS,而耐高温性能远低于PDMS。  相似文献
