硅溶胶型壳的面层和背层对硅溶胶和耐火粉料的要求是不一样的。分析了硅溶胶胶粒直径和分布、锆英粉中(ZrHf)O2和Fe2O3的含量、耐火粉料的粒度等对型壳质量的影响:面层和背层制壳对干燥室的温度、湿度、风速有不同的要求,应分别制订不同的工艺规范。 相似文献

The application of hardfacing materials for producing high-strength coatings on components working in abrasive wear conditions is one of the important directions of research into increasing the service life of road construction, agricultural and other types of equipment. However, in producing this equipment, the ecological safety requirements are sometimes ignored and this results in negative effects on the environment and the health of personnel. This article describes the results of scientific and research investigations of the team of authors to develop a cladding powder by the method of chemical gas phase deposition of nickel tetracarbonyl on the surface of aluminium oxide particles and application of the powder for producing wear-resistant coatings. The powder materials are deposited in a closed cycle excluding contact of the personnel with toxic substances and emission of contaminants into the atmosphere, resulting in a safe process. Plasma coatings with the required physical–mechanical properties have been produced. This confirms the efficiency of the approaches used in this case and increases the service life of working sections of machines subjected to abrasive wear. 相似文献

High-pressure cold spray process is a relatively new coating process that uses high-velocity powder particles to form coatings.
One of the requirements for this process is to inject the particles to be sprayed into a prenozzle chamber where both the
particles and the powder feed gas are entrained into the primary gas stream. In this study, we investigated the effects of
powder injection on coating formation through both experimental studies and computational simulations. Several issues related
to powder injection will be examined, including the size of powder injector, the differential pressure, powder gas flow, and
injector clogging. It is shown that an improved powder injector design not only enables the use of reduced amount of powder
carrier gas flow but also maintains steady, clogging-free spraying conditions. Combining with properly selected injection
conditions, it can also lead to enhanced coating deposition by kinetic spray process. 相似文献

以植物纤维粉料为原料研发生产一次性如餐具等包装产品,产品生产工艺采用粉料模具冷冲压直接成型。装备研发中,通过震动填料,解决粉料因粘、湿而结砣成球形成的卡、塞、搭等现象,保证粘湿粉料在模具内分布均匀;设计独立的定量加料仓,加料工位与成型工位对称分布于工作台上,旋转工作台,加料、成型形成多工位,缩短加料、成型时间。在样机试制成功基础上,将震动填料、定量加料、成型和开模取件等工序按工艺要求合理有序联结,进行自动化升级改造,开发了自动化成型机。该成型机已申请并获得国家实用新型专利,在生产中节约生产时间,提高生产效率。 相似文献
