基于J2EE的Web信息系统开发方法的定义

目前大量的设计和开发任务都在以不同的方式重复进行,但其使用的开发模式并非符合最佳实践,本文研究一种基于J2EE的web应用开发框架及其在一般IT项目开发中的应用方法,定义一种能标识一般web应用程序开发特征的设计模式和一组有效的开发工具,包括从用户界面到数据集成的完整的web应用开发过程,一套加强和集成其它开源技术框架的开放式web应用基础框架和相关技术体系.该框架定义的开发方法将有助于提高通用web项目开发的效率.     

A web-based 3D virtual technologies for developing product information framework

Information technologies and the web are challenging, and changing theway industry works. It is believed that web-based 3D interface can be applied to strengthen the interactive visualization and manipulation of products. In this research, a web-based 3D virtual technologies for developing product information framework is applied in automotive electric system. It is very convenient to share with different partners (e.g., co-designers, manufacturers, customers, etc.) via the web for viewing the aesthetic functions, and verifying its related design functions. The overall procedures are listed: First, build CAD models of automotive electric system (including assemble parts and their components) through CAD system, then store them in a relational database. Second, transforming the CAD models users click into virtual reality modeling language (VRML) objects, it can be visualized graphically and animated interactively using a web browser with a VRML plug-in. Finally, operate the VRML objects by Java Language for the different purposes. Due to the technologies that are applied, many interactive modes are generated in cyberspace. Displaying the exploding process of 3D assemble part on the browser, assigning any component of assemble part through the mouse chick directly to display design details, e.g., dimensions, tolerances, datum planes, material, other references, etc. by retrieving the corresponding data from database, and building 2D projected views automatically follow the 3D viewpoint that users assign.

基于J2EE的实验室信息管理系统的设计与开发

为解决实验室管理普遍存在的数据量大、数据形式复杂、分析效率低等问题,提出了采用J2EE架构设计与开发的实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）。该系统按功能划分为合同管理、样品管理、检验管理、报告管理、客户管理、资源管理、质量管理和文件管理等模块,在Web层使用了JSP技术,通过Servlet控制业务流程,运用JavaBean处理业务数据逻辑,并建立了J2EE4层架构。该系统已在某低压电器实验室投入运行。研究结果表明,该系统在实现信息资源共享方面起到了关键性作用,可以显著提高实验室的工作效率和管理水平。     

采用DAO模式实现J2EE数据访问层

随着基于J2EE分布式多层应用的发展，由此引入的分层逻辑处理的框架逐渐成熟．同时几乎所有的J2EE应用都需要访问持久性数据资源．如此以来、实现和封装J2EE数据访问层越来越成为构建稳定，健壮和灵活的J2EE应用的基础。本文阐述了如何采用J2EE核心设计模式DAO(Data Access Object)实现数据访问层逻辑，以及在DAO中如何实现事务和异常处理．并通过一个已经成功应用的实例来详细描述了DAO的具体实现方法。     

Project management of web-based product development teleservice

Teleservice is a new service pattern that offers various application services and technology resources to clients via the Internet. It promotes cooperation among enterprises through resource-sharing and advantage-reciprocating. This paper proposes a web-based teleservice system that integrates a series of management tools in terms of client, business, project, resource and collaboration. An organizational view of project management, which contains four parts—client, system administrator, project manager and project engineer— is also given; and the responsibility of each part and the connections between them are analyzed. Based on an analysis of the running process of teleservice, methods of configuring project and workflow are put forward, and the workflow templates and node templates are designed to fit different client demands corresponding to their services. Finally, the paper briefly describes system realization and uses injection part development as an example to explain the project management of teleservice.     

A component-based product data management system

Companies today have been attempting to expand their Internet infrastructures to cope with the growth of global business environments. In modern manufacturing industries, they are migrating their legacy product data management (PDM) systems to Web-based systems (being an essential tool of eManufacturing) to use the Internet. Accordingly, recent advances in PDM technology have dealt with the use of Web-based technology. Some research and development on Web-based PDM systems has been described in the literature, but those efforts have technical limits. They are not adequately available, secure, reliable, and scalable for global enterprise services. This paper describes the design of a component-based product data management (CPDM) system for supporting global manufacturing. The CPDM system is aimed at assuring flexibility, security, stability, and maintainability by utilizing a standard architecture of J2EE technology. The CPDM system consists of three tiers based on the J2EE architecture. The first is the presentation tier implemented as JSP/servlet components to allow users to access the system through a Web browser. The second is the business logic tier, which is implemented as Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) components to handle the core PDM functionality. The third level is the data tier, composed of a database and vault for the physical files. To develop the components of the CPDM system, a component-based development (CBD) approach is proposed. The associated component development procedure is illustrated with examples. The CPDM system is also tested for its performance.

基于J2EE的工艺装备管理系统设计

在对某航空企业工艺装备的制造过程以及日常管理进行详细调研的基础上，首先对工装的设计、制造过程以及日常管理的业务进行建模，将工装的设计、制造过程管理和日常管理纳入一套标准的流程控制中，解决在工装制造过程中由于“信息孤岛”而带来的诸多问题。基于J2EE体系构架提出系统结构模型和各个功能模型以及数据模型的建立和数据库的实现，既对工装制造过程的动态信息进行有效的控制和跟踪，又能对工装的静态信息进行管理。

针对流程企业设备润滑管理的特点和现状，采用J2EE构建基于网络的、跨平台的、分布式的流程企业设备润滑管理平台，并提出了设备润滑管理平台的实现模式和部署过程。     

A benchmarking framework for product lifecycle management (PLM) maturity models

Product lifecycle management (PLM) is increasingly important for organizations acting in dynamic and competitive markets since PLM can improve decision-making and reduce costs by taking advantage of the efficiencies and effectiveness coming from improved market intelligence and collaboration of partners. In the last years, academics as well as practitioners and consultants have developed a wide range of maturity models for the purpose of measuring and describing certain aspects of PLM “maturity”. The PLM maturity models permit to assess the relative position of companies on their road to complete PLM implementation. However, it is a tough job for the company to select the most appropriate PLM maturity model, as each maturity model has different attributes. Since, to our knowledge, no benchmarking for PLM maturity models exists to date, the rising number of maturity models implicates problems with respect to retrievability and reusability. With the aim to enhance the time consuming and exhausting search and selection process of appropriate assessment models, a benchmarking framework for PLM maturity models is presented in this paper.

主要介绍上海燃料电池汽车动力系统有限公司（以下简称上燃动力）实施PDM（产品数据管理）的过程。由于上燃动力以国家863燃料电池轿车项目作为核心业务,具有人力资源多样化、产品数据不断变化等特点,因此在实施PDM的过程中,以产品数据为核心,重点考虑用户与数据安全管理、数据版本管理、数据更改、审批与发布管理等问题,并已取得了良好效果。
