提出了生产系统时间熵的概念,对精益管理的导入如何改善生产系统中“人、机、料、法、环”五大要素继而影响生产系统时间熵进行了分析,并以科学性和实用性为原则,结合定性与定量的分析方法,构建了生产系统精益管理导入效果评价指标体系和基于时间熵的评价模型,为定量评价生产系统精益管理导入效果提供有效依据。利用所构建的指标体系和评价模型对一家胶管企业生产系统精益管理导入效果进行了量化评价,结合该企业精益管理导入实际情况,验证了所建指标体系和模型具有较好的适用性和有效性,为生产系统的精益管理导入效果评价提供了新的思路和方法.  相似文献

动态因素影响生产系统的运作表现,而相应的流程再造和信息共享机制使得充满动态性的生产系统达到统计学意义上的运作最优化。随着系统动力学广泛应用于系统结构和参数的控制与仿真,物联网技术为广泛、实时、精确采集生产系统的动态性提供了使能手段,使得系统动力学可以在实时信息环境下对生产系统的运作表现进行全面、敏捷、精确的仿真和分析,使得制造物联网系统的运作达到最优。本文采用系统动力学构建仿真模型,对比分析物联网技术应用前后的生产系统运作差异,并通过投资回报率分析不同方案的经济可行性,为企业决策提供参考依据。  相似文献

针对模具生产过程的复杂性,一般的数学建模又难以全面描述模具生产车间的运作过程,采用面向对象的仿真技术对模具制造系统进行建模,并通过与模具企业的ERP生产管理系统模块建立数据接口,以实际生产数据驱动仿真运行。提出了构建模具制造过程情景仿真系统的总体思路和方法,开发了某模具企业某车间的情景仿真系统,并通过该车间实际模具交货期和仿真系统预测的模具交货期进行对比,验证了该情景仿真系统的有效性。  相似文献

In spite of the recognized crisis of the Fordist production paradigm, the emerging paradigm has not yet been clearly defined but only interpreted by several 'production models' (Lean Production, World-Class Manufacturing, etc.). Furthermore, these are rarely considered as linked to both the corporate and manufacturing strategies. An effort is made here to link the traditional and emergent 'strategic management' dictates and then to interpret the contents of manufacturing strategy. Because of this framework, a collocation of the various production models is proposed. In particular, these production models--in the ambit of 'operations management'--can be seen as different emphases on the main constituent elements of a framework that seeks to unify traditional and emergent 'strategic management' dictates.  相似文献

Many corporate executives are convinced that today's e-commerce operations require a fundamental review of business strategy. Operations management researchers also call for substantiating operations strategy research to an e-commerce environment. However, no empirical research has explored information systems strategic issues using operations strategy theory. Drawing on both operations strategy and the information systems strategy literature, this exploratory research proposes a conceptual framework integrating both operations strategy and information systems strategy models, and then applies this new proposed framework to an e-commerce setting. This research not only provides a conceptual framework systematically to explore e-commerce strategic issues, but also provides empirical evidence on the relationships between its various constructs. Results of this exploratory study indicate that the business environment appears to have a tangible impact on strategic choices in operations. It also appears that links between the business environment and operations strategy in e-commerce, as well as the alignment between the information systems strategic orientation and operations strategy, determines e-commerce business performance success. Results show that high-performing e-commerce companies and low-performing e-commerce companies use different information systems strategies to support their operations strategy. The types of strategies these companies use are identified in this study.  相似文献

从公司治理的角度,构建了一套比较全面的综合预警指标体系。以2006-2009年首次被ST的160家上市公司及其配对公司作为研究样本,基于变精度粗糙集理论(VPRS),分别构建仅包含财务指标和包含所有指标的上市公司经营困境预警模型。通过理论分析和实证研究发现:健康公司和困境公司在早期的公司治理方面就存在着显著差异,晚期差异逐渐减小;加入公司治理变量后的变精度粗糙集模型的预测精度得到了提高;仅包含财务数据的模型在经营困境的晚期预测精度较高,早期预测效果不佳;对早期预测来说,包含财务指标和公司治理指标等多方面因素的模型更加适合。  相似文献

MNC subsidiaries engage in a variety of corporate political activities to gain legitimacy in the host country. Based on institutional theory, our study examines five types of strategies that MNC subsidiaries pursue to gain legitimacy in foreign markets. Using data from Australian subsidiaries of MNCs operating in different industries, and whose parents originate from 28 different countries, we find that mimetic isomorphism strategy has the strongest effect whereas information strategy has no effect on subsidiary legitimacy. The other three strategies, namely, financial, constituency building and relational have strong to moderate effects on subsidiary legitimacy. In addition, we show that multiple CPA strategies are essential and work together synergistically to contribute to the legitimacy of MNC subsidiaries. Our paper provides empirical support to the widely recognized need for MNC subsidiaries to engage in different types of CPA to legitimize their operations in diverse institutional contexts across the globe.  相似文献

目的确定军品包装外包商评价指标权重。方法尝试根据军品包装外包的特殊性,建立一个包含企业绩效、生产能力、研发能力、风险、资质认证和环境条件在内的指标评价体系,用模糊层次分析法FAHP法求出军品包装外包商的评价指标权重。结果综合权重较大的4项指标分别为企业信誉、质量、质量资格认证和生产状况。其中企业信誉所占权重最大,为0.168,其次是质量,综合权重为0.096,质量资格认证和生产状况均为0.08。结论企业信誉、质量、质量资格认证和生产状况等4项指标在选择军品包装外包商时应优先考虑。  相似文献

Performance assessment is critical in today’s competitive environments, where companies need to establish trade-offs between key competitive dimensions. The complexity of these environments calls for new approaches to performance assessment. Thus, in this work, we propose a novel conceptual framework for performance assessment in manufacturing environments combining different production strategies. Focus is laid on MTO/ETO combined environments and a three-stage problem analysis is considered. Firstly, a hybrid SD-DES-ABS model approach addresses the needs of a system that handles different types of orders, processes and workforce allocation requirements; secondly, the model results for different demand scenarios are assessed using a one-way ANOVA analysis followed by a Tukey – Kramer’s test, with pairwise comparisons for assessment of significant performance variations under different system operating policies. A full factorial Design of Experiments (DOE) analysis follows, for determining the relevant process parameters influencing the system performance. As an example of application of the proposed framework, we consider the case of an advanced manufacturing company, whose manufacturing environment encompasses combined MTO/ETO production strategies.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of lot splitting in the context of workload control (WLC). Past studies on WLC assumed that jobs released to the shop floor proceed through the different stages of processing without being split. However, in practice, large jobs are often split into smaller transfer sublots so that they can move more quickly and independently through the production process and allow operations overlapping relating to the same job. This paper assesses the performance of different lot splitting policies for job release and dispatching strategies under lot splitting. A new dispatching rule was designed to specifically take advantage of lot splitting and operations overlapping in the context of WLC. Discrete-event simulation is used to assess system performance in relation to the ability to provide shorter delivery times and on time deliveries. Results highlight the importance of releasing the sublots of the same job together and demonstrate that combining an effective lot splitting policy with an appropriate dispatching rule can enhance the performance of production systems.  相似文献

An experimental investigation of operating strategies for a computer-controlled flexible manufacturing system is reported. The system is a real one, consisting of nine machines, an inspection station and a centralized queueing area—all interconnected by an automatic material-handling mechanism. The operating strategies considered involve policies for loading (allocating operations and tooling to machines) and real-time flow control. A detailed simulation was employed to test alternatives. The results are different from those of classical job shop scheduling studies, showing the dependence of system performance on the loading and control strategies chosen to operate this flexible manufacturing system. Loading and control methods are defined that significantly improve the system's production rate when compared to methods which were previously applied to the system. Finally, some conclusions are presented concerning the control of these automated systems.  相似文献

This study used a blended view of corporate entrepreneurship and operations core capability as enablers of innovation. Survey data collected from automotive OEM suppliers in five emerging countries in South-east Asia are used to examine the relationships among corporate entrepreneurship, operations core competency and innovation. We measured corporate entrepreneurship by its corporate culture and leadership, whereas operations core competency was operationalised by a firm’s knowledge management, technology management and process management. Finally, innovation is measured by process innovation and product innovation. Our analyses show that in the context of Asia, corporate entrepreneurship affects a firm’s operations core competency, which in turn affects innovation. Our findings provide valuable insights about the enablers of a firm’s operations core competency and innovation.  相似文献
