An automated system for thermogravimetric analysis of polymer materials

An automated system is described for thermogravimetric analysis in which the data are processed and the effective kinetic parameters of the thermal decomposition are calculated.

为了给放射治疗提供准确量值,确保放射治疗的疗效和患者安全,研制了AD200三维水模体自动测量系统。该系统采用微处理器、计算机和传动机构等高新技术,具有自动化程度高、工作稳定可靠、测量快速和操作简便等特点。因此它不仅使用在医院放疗设备的日常质量保证中,而且对新设备的安装验收、设备大修后的检测以及治疗计划系统所需要的大量数据,会发挥更大的作用。     

Digital time-of-flight measurement for ultrasonic sensors

Ultrasonic sensor measurements are mostly based on the determination of the time of flight (TOF). The development of a digital algorithm for pulse-echo measurement applications, based on the use of a cross-correlation function to determine the TOF, is presented. Some experimental results are presented, and the possibility to realize a low-cost real-time measurement system is considered     

Performance measurement for a manufacturing system based on quality,cost and time

Product quality, manufacturing cost and manufacturing time are three of the major concerns in a manufacturing system. This study proposes a product capability index to evaluate the quality of a multi-process product and addresses the relationship between process yield and the product capability index. In addition, this paper develops a time–cost index to assess manufacturing cost and manufacturing time. The quality index and time–cost index are simultaneously used to monitor product quality and manufacturing time on a quality and time–cost analysis chart. The quality and time–cost analysis chart, providing accurate information on the quality status and time–cost status for each process, helps to initiate, effectively and efficiently, quality improvement plans to elevate product quality and manufacturing time and manufacturing cost control for a manufacturing system.

上海某计量检测实验楼工艺冷却水系统设计

根据气象条件、冷却水温、水质要求等因素对工艺冷却水系统的影响,对上海某计量检测实验楼进行工艺冷却水系统设计。指出上海地区全年有近10个月仅利用自然冷却方式即可获得供水温度为28℃的工艺冷却水,其他时间可接入人工冷源进行补充降温。通过在初投资、能耗方面比较分析,确定采用空调系统回水进行补充降温的方式,为上海地区类似工艺冷却水系统设计提供参考。     

The simultaneous measurement of frequencies in systems for controlling mobile terrestrial objects

流动分析法测定水中硫化物

本文介绍了连续流动分析法测定水中硫化物的过程,方法中硫化物通过与二盐酸-二甲基苯二胺和氯化铁反应生成亚甲基蓝,在660nm下用光度法检测。此方法具有重现性好灵敏度高的特点。回收率为98~104%,相对标准偏差小于2.8%。     

Digital holographic interferometry for measurement of temperature in axisymmetric flames

In this paper, experimental investigations and analysis is presented to measure the temperature and temperature profile of gaseous flames using lensless Fourier transform digital holographic interferometry. The evaluations of the experimental results give the accuracy, sensitivity, spatial resolution, and range of measurements to be well within the experimental limits. Details of the experimental results and analysis are presented.     

基于神经网络的冷水机组智能化测控系统

采用两个BP三层前馈神经网络分别预测冷水机组测试时在运转平衡状态下的设备启停状态和调节开度,采用开源数据库进行增量机器学习,实现了一套冷水机组全自动测控系统,能够快速投入测试所需设备,提升冷水机组测试效率及其准确率。     

Numerical method for transit time measurement in ultrasonic sensorapplications

In this paper, the implementation of a novel algorithm for the measurement of the transit time is reported. It has been applied to implement a smart, ultrasonic sensor for the fluid level measurement on a tank by processing the detected signal. A prototype of an on-line operating device, assembled to demonstrate the performance of the algorithm, is also described. Simulation tests have been carried out to investigate the algorithm performance, and we report on the results obtained. In addition, the results obtained during the field testing and application of the developed sensor are reported     

Microprocessor system for controlling household electronic equipment

Quartz sensor for water absorption measurement in glass-fiberresins

The humidity sensor using the sensitive capacitive-dependent crystal is described. Presented is the probe sensitivity (dependence of df on the dCx). In addition, the new idea of excitation of the entire humidity sensor with stochastic test signals is described, and the humidity surface-measuring method is given. The latter includes the influence of test signals on the weighting function uncertainty. The results of the air-humidity measurement and water absorption measurement in glass-fiber resins are shown experimentally. The uncertainty of the surface humidity measurement is less than 0.1% (T=15-25 °C and air-humidity=50 to 98%)
