腐败是一种特殊的政治经济现象,在转型期国家表现得异常活跃,本文认为腐败是腐败者基于成本收益分析的合乎经济理性的行为.在此基础上,从计量经济学的角度,通过对大量案例的透析,借助E-views软件,利用层次分析法建立多元线性回归模型,对影响腐败的因素进行定量评估,得出腐败诱因和成本的关系矩阵,结合模型结果和具体国情进行规范分析,给出遏制腐败行为的具体对策建议.

On the prebainitic phenomenon in some alloys

The prebainitic phenomenon in several copper alloys and ferrous alloys was investigated by means of internal friction measurement and composition analysis. The internal friction peaks of zinc or carbon atoms diffusion inβ brasses or in austenite of ferrous alloys, respectively, were related to the zinc or carbon-depleted region formation within the bainitic incubation period observed by composition analysis. The possibility of bainite shear nucleation in solute atoms’ depleted regions, formed by diffusing of solute atoms to a certain level, was pointed out. On the strength-differential phenomenon in hardened steel

A brief review is presented of the strength-differential phenomenon in martensitic steels, wherein such steels are notably stronger in compression than in tension. It is proposed that nonlinear-elastic interactions between dislocations and interstitial solute atoms can contribute significantly to the observed phenomenon. A simple-model calculation indicates that the proposed interaction can account for an appreciable part of the effect.

Discriminability and the contrafreeloading phenomenon.

According to previous reports of the contrafreeloading phenomenon, animals will work for a reward, and sometimes work quite hard, in the presence of the same reward available freely. Results of the present 2 experiments with a total of 21 male Holtzman albino rats suggest that the contrafreeloading data are explainable with a basic learning principle, discriminability, and its accompanying response decrement. For some Ss the change in stimulus conditions with introduction of free water was made more highly discriminable by a change in earned reinforcement conditions. The other Ss remained on the same earned reinforcement conditions under which all the Ss had been trained. Findings demonstrate that the discriminability between the conditions of working and freeloading was a most important factor contributing to the continued responding in the presence of free rewards. Lucio's phenomenon

A 38-year-old woman had diffuse, nonnodular, lepromatous leprosy and Lucio's phenomenon. Most cases of Lucio's phenomenon have been reported to have a leukocytoclastic vasculitis as the underlying pathologic abnormality. In this patient, however, the histologic picture of an early lesion of Lucio's phenomenon showed a milk, mononuclear cell infiltration, endothelial swelling, vascular thrombosis, and ischemic necrosis. Lepra bacilli were abundant around nerves and blood vessels, and many were noted in vascular walls and endothelium. Our findings raise the possibility that some cases of Lucio's phenomenon may be caused by vascular damage due to direct invasion of Mycobacterium leprae and not necessarily by leukocytoclastic vasculitis.
