聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)是石油管道运输中较常用的一种能够有效地减小管道阻力,增加输量,提高管道运输经济效益的减阻剂。本文通过实验测试了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)溶液在不同管径的圆管中的流动特性,其中主要分析了减阻率与雷诺数、溶液浓度与管径的关系,研究了聚丙烯酰胺溶液的压降规律及减阻特性。  相似文献

用长庆油田北三区处理后清水、聚丙烯酰胺配制了聚合物母液和目的液,聚合物母液浓度5000mg/L、目的液浓度2000mg/L,测量温度为10~60℃,剪切速率为1~100s~(-1),考察了剪切速率、温度对不同浓度聚合物的流变性、粘度影响。结果表明,聚合物溶液的粘度随剪切速率的增大不断降低,同一剪切速率下聚合物溶液的表观粘度随温度的升高也有所下降,随着测量温度的升高,聚合物溶液的屈服应力逐渐降低,稠度系数K逐渐增大而流变行为指数逐渐减小,在实际测量温度范围内,聚合物溶液属于非牛顿流体,体现出典型的屈服-假塑性流体特性,剪切速率对聚合物溶液的粘度值影响很大,测量温度对粘度值的影响较小。  相似文献

由均苯四酸二酐(PMDA)和4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中共聚合制得聚酰亚胺前驱体——聚酰胺酸的纺丝溶液,采用哈克流变仪研究了溶液的流变性能。结果表明:聚酰胺酸溶液属于切力变稀的非牛顿流体;溶液的表观黏度随溶液温度的升高而降低,随溶液浓度的升高或聚合物特性黏度的增大而增大。溶液温度的升高、浓度的降低或聚合物特性黏度的减小均使得聚酰胺酸溶液呈现切力变稀行为的临界剪切速率变大,使得溶液的非牛顿指数增大,同时使得溶液的结构黏度指数减小。溶液的黏流活化能随剪切速率的增加或随溶液浓度的增高而下降。  相似文献

歧管式微通道(MMC)热沉具有热阻小、结构紧凑、冷却液流量小、流速低、沿着流动方向温度分布均匀等优点,但其小尺寸所产生的较大压降却增加了泵功的损耗.本文研究了表面活性剂添加对其阻力特性的影响,实验选用了纯度为95%的阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和纯度为98%的新型绿色非离子表面活性剂烷基多糖苷(APG)作为减阻添加剂,浓度分别为100和300 mg·kg-1,结果表明阻力减小率与流速和温度有关.在层流区内减阻效果不是特别明显;但是当流体进入紊流区后阻力减小率开始明显增大,尤其是进入充分发展的紊流区后减阻效果大大加强.此外,温度的提升也可增加阻力减小率,但添加SDS后减阻效果的改善却不及APG.通过对两种不同类型表面活性剂的实验比较,发现温度较高时APG比SDS具有更佳的减阻效果.  相似文献

设计了一套双气泡聚并实验系统,考察了相间传质对气泡聚并过程的影响,气相采用非相变的N2,液相为挥发性的丙酮和乙醇水溶液. 利用该系统测定了25~50℃温度下,不同组分浓度、鼓泡频率和气泡直径时气泡的聚并特性. 结果表明,相间传质诱导的Marangoni效应使聚并时间随温度升高呈先减小后增大的趋势,聚并时间的分散性在较高温度下显著增大,采用聚并效率描述气泡聚并特性更合适;聚并效率在温度升高到一定程度后开始降低并趋于最小值,该值随溶液浓度增加而减小,稳定因子可定量描述Marangoni效应;鼓泡速率和气泡直径增加1倍,最小聚并效率分别减小50%和67%.  相似文献

为探究阳离子型表面活性剂和聚合物复配体系的协同减阻作用,以阳离子型表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)和聚合物聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为研究对象,设计搭建多功能湍流减阻实验测试装置,实验分析聚合物离子类型对复配体系协同减阻的影响,优选复配体系,进一步研究复配体系协同减阻作用随表面活性剂浓度、聚合物浓度、温度的变化规律。实验结果表明:CPAM-CTAC/NaSal复配体系协同减阻作用>AmPAM-CTAC/NaSal复配体系协同减阻作用>NPAM-CTAC/NaSal复配体系协同减阻作用>APAM-CTAC/NaSal复配体系协同减阻作用。CPAM-CTAC/NaSal复配体系的协同减阻作用在CTAC/NaSal浓度达到聚合物饱和浓度(PSP)0.3g/L时到达顶峰,平均减阻效率高达69.22%;当CTAC/NaSal浓度增加至0.5g/L后,平均减阻率迅速减小至10.08%,复配体系的临界广义雷诺数亦迅速降至7535.20,抗剪切性减弱。随着CPAM浓度由0.05g/L增加到0.2g/L,减阻破坏区减阻率可由9.08%增加至57.49%,临界广义雷诺数由31272.43增加到45033.36,抗剪切性增强;当CPAM浓度超过第二临界缔合浓度(CAC Ⅱ)0.15g/L后,减阻破坏区减阻率增加趋势及抗剪切性增强趋势均变缓。此外,相较于单一减阻剂,复配体系耐温性显著增强,55℃时最大减阻率增至69.05%。  相似文献

以N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MAM),N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)为聚合单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,通过自由基水溶液聚合法制备了p(N-MAM-co-DMAA)智能水凝胶。研究了凝胶对温度、p H值、离子浓度敏感性能和对核黄素药物的缓释性能。实验表明,凝胶的溶胀度随温度升高和盐浓度增加而逐渐降低,随溶液p H值的增大先增大后逐渐减小,在中性、酸性和碱性环境中的核黄素累积释放量分别是68%,51%和42%。  相似文献

聚丙烯酰胺类减阻剂具有成本较低,减阻效果好,溶解速度快,能够适用于现场施工混配要求的特点,因此成为目前压裂液减阻剂的研究和应用的热点和重点。本文从抗温抗盐性测试了离子型聚丙烯酰胺减阻性能。结果表明:温度对阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺溶液减阻性能影响很大,60℃条件下减阻率下降至53%;阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺溶液抗盐能力较差,加入钠盐后,减阻率下降至70%;随着钙盐的加量增加,减阻率下降至53%。  相似文献

用改进溴化法对丙烯酰胺(AM)在聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)-聚乙二醇(PEG)-H2O双水相体系中的分配进行了研究,分配系数随PEG浓度、分子量的增加而减少,随PAM浓度、分子量的增大而增大,而随温度的升高先减小后增大。并在此基础上,对AM在PEG水溶液双水相聚合过程中单体在两相的分配进行了研究,考察了PEG浓度、单体浓度、温度对聚合过程中单体分配的影响。  相似文献

为揭示不同因素对阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺类减阻性能的影响,研究了分子量大小、减阻剂浓度对滑溜水压裂液减阻性能影响,考察了不同浓度及类型条件下的滑溜水压裂液的抗温性能、抗盐性能。结果表明,在较低加量下,分子量对阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺水溶液减阻性能影响很小;其最佳浓度值的所在区间为:400~600×10~6;在清水常温条件下,减阻率到达72%;温度对阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺溶液减阻性能影响很大,80℃时,减阻率提高到78%;但其抗盐能力较差,在清水条件下,加入钠盐后,减阻率下降至70%;同样在清水条件下,随着钙盐的加量增加,减阻率下降至53%。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
