测试了不同新疆岩沥青掺量的改性沥青针入度、软化点、复数模量、相位角等技术指标,分析了新疆岩沥青对基质沥青高温性能的影响。结果表明:随着新疆岩沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青的针入度减小、软化点提高、车辙因子变大,改性沥青的高温性能得到增强:新疆岩沥青可改善沥青结合料的粘弹性质,表现为复数剪切模量的增加和相位角的减小;根据Superpave沥青胶结料高温性能分级标准,研究了新疆岩沥青对高温等级的增强效果。 相似文献

天然沥青具有高含量的沥青质和胶质,将其掺入石油沥青中能够改善基质沥青的组成和结构,从而使改性沥青混合料获得良好的路用性能。对天然沥青复合SBS改性沥青的性能进行研究,研究结果表明:随着天然沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青的软化点呈上升趋势,黏度逐渐增大,而针入度随着天然沥青掺量的增加逐渐减小,天然沥青掺量为5%时,经过适当的调合,可以生产出常规性能指标基本符合JTG F40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》聚合物改性沥青I-D规格产品。 相似文献

回收的废旧沥青混合料性能对再生混合料的设计与路用性能有重要影响。针对回收AC-16SBS沥青上面层混合料的沥青胶结料与集料的基本性能进行了分析,并研究了新沥青的掺量。结果显示:(1)回收沥青的25℃针入度、10℃延度、软化点以及沥青含量有不同程度的衰减,但基本均可再生;(2)回收粗集料的吸水率和黏附性指标变化不大,但针片状含量、压碎值以及洛杉矾磨耗值指标性能均有所降低,加入新集料后,可用在中下面层再生;(3)回收沥青混合料中大粒径集料较易细化成中等粒径的集料,中等粒径与小粒径集料变化不大;(4)混合沥青胶结料25℃针入度与10℃延度随着新沥青掺量的增大而增大,软化点随着新沥青掺量的增大而减小,并且具有良好的线性关系;仅从沥青常规指标恢复使用要求考虑,新沥青的掺量不宜低于50%。 相似文献

为了研究剪切时间和剪切温度等生产工艺,以及胶粉用量、化学添加剂等对橡胶沥青性能的影响,分别改变生产工艺和胶粉及添加剂用量,制备橡胶改性沥青,并研究其基本性能指标。主要研究结论如下:随着剪切时间的延长,黏度先增大后减小,针入度逐渐增大,延度先增大然后基本保持不变,软化点基本不变,离析值变小。随着加工温度的升高,针入度明显增大,软化点降低,从而降低了其高温性能。随着胶粉掺量的增加,体系的黏度增大,限制了沥青体系的流动性,同时针入度减小,延度下降。交联剂含量的增加能够减小离析值,提高改性沥青的高温贮存稳定性。活化剂使胶粉与沥青两者的相容性提高,降低了改性沥青的耐感温性能和耐老化性能,但是高温储存稳定性得以改善。综合工艺以及配方设计等研究成果,通过掺加胶粉25%,硫化剂0.5%(占胶粉含量),活化剂0.3%,在180℃,4 000 r/min的剪切乳化机中剪切45 min,可制备高温贮存性能良好的资源集约型橡胶沥青。 相似文献

研究了不同改性剂处理的硫酸钙晶须用量、沥青改性工艺因素以及基质沥青属性等对道路沥青性能的影响规律.结果表明,改性后的硫酸钙晶须能明显提高沥青的软化点,降低沥青的针入度,并且随改性剂添加量的增加沥青软化点逐渐增加,其针入度逐渐减小.本研究为沥青改性提供了一类新材料,同时也为硫酸钙晶须的应用研究奠定了基础. 相似文献

通过试验研究矿粉、纤维对沥青胶浆和沥青混合料高、低温性能的影响,并分析沥青胶浆和沥青混合料性能之间的关系。结果表明:矿粉对沥青胶浆具有模量增效作用,增强其高温性能,而纤维具有更优的高温性能增效性;矿粉、纤维使得沥青胶浆的劲度模量S增大、蠕变速率m减小,给沥青胶浆的低温性能带来不利影响。粉胶比增大使得混合料高温性能增强,低温抗裂性能降低,可见沥青胶浆与沥青混合料的高低温性能随粉胶比变化具有一致性,说明沥青胶浆品质对沥青混合料影响非常大;纤维能改善沥青混合料的高温性能,同时纤维替代少量矿粉也能增强沥青混合料的低温性能。因此控制粉胶比、加入适量的纤维能有效改善沥青混合料高低温性能。 相似文献

In this paper we investigate the reinforcement mechanism of high viscosity rubber/SBS modified asphalt mortar mixed with fiber (mineral, lignin or carbon fiber) and deoiled asphalt (DOA). The softening point, penetration and viscosity tests were conducted to characterize the engineering properties of asphalt-fiber mortar. The microstructure of fiber was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the results indicated that fiber can effectively improve the toughness of asphalt matrix through forming a spatial network structure, and then adhesion and stabilization of asphalt binder. The cone penetration test was designed to study the rheological property of fiber modified asphalt. The results indicated that the reinforcement effect increased with fibers and DOA fraction increasing to a certain threshold, and the optimal fiber content was dependent on the fiber type and its length. Fiber content and filler-asphalt ratio had significant effects on the softening point, penetration, viscosity and cone penetration of asphalt mortar. 相似文献

In this paper, the changes of n-pentane asphaltene content, penetration, softening point, and ductility of two Panjin paving asphalts have been studied during aging. Further, based on the change of n-pentane asphaltene content, a study on aging kinetics of asphalt has been conducted. Some correlative kinetic parameters were calculated, and the aging kinetic equation of asphalt was gained. The value calculated, depending on the equation, was in accordance with the experimental data. In addition, the relationship between the composition of the high grade paving asphalt and its aging resistant performances was revealed. It showed that the aging of high grade paving asphalt was a first order reaction. Moreover, the kinetic model was proved to be reliable by investigating the changes of penetration, softening point, and ductility of asphalt during aging. 相似文献

对道路沥青及现行道路沥青标准指旨标合理性进行了讨论,并对现行的道路沥青标准的制定、道路沥青标准与生产之间关系进行了分析。通过不同基属原油经不同生产工艺生产的道路沥青针入度、软化点、延度指标之间的关系,指出延度与针入度没有比较明确的对应关系.讨论了GB/T15180—94标准中以升入度20为间隔进行的分级可能对生产造成的问题.提出了普通和高等级道路沥青指标的修改建议。 相似文献

The changes of n-pentane asphaltene content, penetration, softening point, and ductility of two Saudi Arabian paving asphalts have been studied during aging. Further, aging kinetics of asphalt, based on the change of n-pentane asphaltene content, has been studied. Some correlative kinetic parameters were calculated and the aging kinetics equation of asphalt was gained. The value calculated depending on the equation was in accordance with the experimental data. And the relationship between the composition of the high grade paving asphalt and its aging resistant performances was revealed. It showed that the aging of high grade paving asphalt was a first-order reaction. AH-70 paving asphalt has the following characteristics: higher reaction active energy, less reaction velocity constant, lower aging velocity, and better aging resistance performance compared with AH-90 paving asphalt. The changes of penetration, softening point, and ductility of asphalt during aging further proved that the kinetic model is reliable. 相似文献

This study aimed to investigate some engineering properties of asphalt cement modified with different percentages of nanosilica. 60/70 Penetration grade asphalt cement was modified with different percentages of nanosilica (i.e. 1, 3, and 5 wt%) and their properties were evaluated. After evaluating the modified binder using scanning electron microscopy, the penetration grade, softening point, and ductility of the modified binder were measured. Using the penetration grade and softening point, the penetration index of the binders was determined. The results showed that the binder stiffness increases and the ductility and temperature sensitivity decreases with increasing nanosilica content. 相似文献
