为了提高麻疯树种子的开发利用价值,采用体外抗氧化实验对麻疯树籽仁/壳乙醇提取物抗氧化活性进行了研究。分别以麻疯树种子中的籽仁和籽壳为原料,经75%乙醇提取,在对提取物主要成分进行分析的基础上,以V为阳性对照,测定两种提取物对自由基(DPPH自由基、ABTS~+自由基、羟自由基和超氧自由基)的清除能力、还原能力以及抑制亚油酸自氧化能力。结果表明:麻疯树籽仁/壳乙醇提取物中多糖类物质总含量分别为47.67%和52.21%,酮类物质总含量分别为0.774%和4.22%,麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物中还含有0.30%的多酚类物质;麻疯树籽仁/壳乙醇提取物均具有一定的抗氧化活性,其中籽壳乙醇提取物对DPPH自由基、ABTS~+自由基、羟自由基、超氧自由基的清除效果较好;麻疯树籽仁/壳乙醇提取物的还原能力和对亚油酸自氧化的抑制能力相对较弱。麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性优于籽仁乙醇提取物,可能与籽壳乙醇提取物中含有较多的黄酮类和多酚类物质有关。  相似文献

采用碱提酸沉法对麻疯树籽粕中的麻疯树籽蛋白进行了提取研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到的最优工艺条件为:碱提料液比1∶11,pH8.5,温度55℃,时间100 min;酸沉pH4.4,温度55℃,时间40 min。在该工艺条件下,麻疯树籽蛋白提取率达到76.71%,分离物蛋白纯度达到81.18%。  相似文献

以麻疯树籽壳为原料,在单因素试验基础上,设计提取溶剂乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比及提取温度4因素3水平的正交试验,优化麻疯树籽壳中总黄酮的最佳提取条件;并利用邻二氮菲—Fe2++H2O2氧化法测定其清除羟基自由基(·OH)能力。试验结果显示,麻疯树籽壳的总黄酮最佳提取条件为:1.0g麻疯树籽壳粉,50%乙醇40mL,85℃回流提取3h,总黄酮得率为6.61%;其·OH半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.130mg/mL,分别小于Vc的0.164mg/mL和BHT的0.462mg/mL,表明麻疯树籽壳黄酮提取物具有较强羟基自由基清除能力。  相似文献

采用超临界CO2流体技术对麻疯树籽油进行萃取,运用响应面法优化了萃取工艺条件。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取麻疯树籽油的最佳工艺条件为:原料粒度20目,萃取压力37 MPa,萃取温度44.5℃,CO2流速30 L/h,萃取时间120 min,夹带剂(95%乙醇)用量为原料质量的40%,在此条件下,麻疯树籽油提取率可达93.13%。将超临界CO2萃取的麻疯树籽油与螺旋压榨法提取的麻疯树籽油品质进行分析比较,结果显示超临界CO2萃取法得到的麻疯树籽油品质优于螺旋压榨法。  相似文献

以麻疯树籽为原料,利用假丝酵母和MJ18菌为出发菌株,进行生物发酵麻疯树籽油浆,提高麻疯树籽油脂提取率研究.结果表明,假丝酵母+MJ18菌发酵,可将油脂的提取率从73.57%提高到91.79%,提高18.22%;发酵法可改变油脂的成分结构,降低油脂的密度;假丝酵母+MJ18菌发酵麻疯树油脂主要成分为:C16:0占11.17%,C18:l占41.57%,C18:2占40.07%.假丝酵母+MJ18茵发酵提取的麻疯树油脂作为生产生物柴油的性能比未发酵的油脂更好.  相似文献

以95%乙醇为溶剂对麻疯树籽压榨饼进行浸出,同时脱除饼中所含佛波醇酯。研究了原料粒度、料液比、浸出温度和浸出次数等因素对粕中佛波醇酯含量的影响。通过正交试验得出最优浸出工艺条件为:原料粒度10 mm,料液比1∶3(m/V),浸出温度60℃,浸出次数5次(每次30 min)。在此条件下,麻疯树籽粕残油率为0.2%,佛波醇酯含量为0.011 mg/g,粗蛋白含量为57.0%(N×6.25,干基)。  相似文献

研究麻疯树果壳多糖的提取工艺条件及抗氧化活性。采用麻疯树果壳为原料,以多糖得率为指标,在单因素的基础上,通过正交试验,研究了提取温度、提取时间、料水比和乙醇浓度4个因素对麻疯树果壳多糖得率的影响,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明,麻疯树果壳多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:温度90℃,时间2.5 h,料水比1∶20(g/m L),乙醇体积分数为90%,在此条件下麻疯树果壳多糖得率为5.75%。乙醇体积分数对麻疯树果壳多糖得率的影响程度达显著水平,而提取温度、料水比和提取时间对麻疯树果壳多糖得率没有显著的影响。麻疯树果壳多糖具有较好的清除·OH和DPPH·的能力,且其具有一定的还原能力。  相似文献

麻疯树籽粕是麻疯树种子提油后的主要副产品,在饲料、食品及日用化工等领域具有广阔的应用前景。由于其蛋白质和糖类含量较高,可以作为微生物生长基质,故文章对近年来有关通过微生物发酵进行麻疯树籽粕资源化利用的有关研究做了总结。筛选高效功能野生菌株或构建基因工程菌,优化发酵工艺,以增强麻疯树籽粕的堆肥和脱毒效果,提高其厌氧发酵产沼气量,增加酶蛋白等功能物质的累积和改进其营养效价,尤其是在微生物发酵麻疯树籽粕脱毒机制和生产高附加值产品方面亟待加强研究。  相似文献

以麻疯树籽饼柏为原料,采用溶剂浸出法脱除麻疯树籽饼粕中的脂溶性毒素.以脂溶性毒素的脱除率为指标,研究了不同提取剂浓度、料液比、温度、提取时间及粒度对脂溶性毒素脱除的影响,并通过L9(34)正交试验确定了脱除麻疯树籽饼粕中脂溶性毒素的最佳工艺:即脱除时间2 h、饼粕粒度为80目、提取剂为体积分数85%乙醇、料液比1:10、脱除温度50℃.脂溶性毒素脱除率达到97.54%.  相似文献

本实验以麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物中黄酮质量浓度为内标,以维生素C(VC)和2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)为对照,通过超氧阴离子(O-2·)、1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)和亚硝酸盐(NO-2)的清除能力,以及还原力和总抗氧化能力的测定,评价了麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性。实验结果表明,麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物的O-2·清除率的半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.502mg/m L,小于VC的0.654mg/m L;其DPPH·与NO-2清除率的IC50分别为0.185、0.494mg/m L,均小于BHT;麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物中黄酮质量浓度在0.7~1.0mg/m L时,其还原力与同质量浓度VC相当,大于BHT;在测定范围时,其总抗氧化能力随质量浓度增加而增强,且大于同质量浓度的BHT,而小于VC。由此说明,麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
