为保证在大面积防腐施工中超音速电弧喷涂铝涂层质量的稳定性,用正交试验方法对喷铝工艺参数进行了优化设计,优化后的工艺参数为:喷砂角度为45°,喷涂电流150A,喷涂电压34 V,空气压力0.7MPa,喷涂距离150mm.在此条件下得到的涂层结合强度为25MPa,比一般的电弧喷涂层结合强度提高了48%. 相似文献

本文研究了采用超音速电弧喷涂,在45^#钢以无底层和铝青铜找底时涂涂C3r13不锈钢涂层的结合强度,测量结果表明,在无底层的条件下,涂层与基体结合强度与普通电弧喷涂相比有较大幅度的提高,而利用铝青铜打底时,涂层与基体结合强度较低,并分析了结合强度提高的原因。 相似文献

Modulated plasma arc not only can heat the powder, but also can excite ultrasonic of different frequencies and different powers. The principles and characters of the plasma arc-excited ultrasonic were described, and the ultrasonic plasma spraying was compared with normal plasma spraying. Zirconia thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) were fabricated with two kinds of method. The TBCs were studied by the optical microscope observation, SEM observation and bonding strength experiment. The results show that suitable ultrasonic changes the performance and microstructure of TBCs in evidence. And the mechanism of ultrasonic influencing the TBCs was also discussed. 相似文献

The results of investigations of the physico-mechanical properties of coatings produced by spraying with flux-cored wires with different components in the charge are presented. It is noted that electric arc spraying is a highly productive method which can be used to deposit wear-, creep- and corrosion-resisting coatings. A shortcoming of these coatings is low adhesion strength. The results of theoretical investigations are analysed using the results of previous investigations carried out to increase the adhesion strength of coatings. The results of investigations of the microhardness, macrostructure, bonding strength and extent of wear of the coatings produced by spraying with flux-cored wires are presented. The experimental results are used to determine the composition of the flux-cored wires which produce coatings with higher mechanical and physical properties. 相似文献

采用超音速电弧喷涂设备制备PS45涂层,借助于扫描电镜和电子拉伸试验机对涂层的显微组织和结合强度进行了观察分析与测定。通过图像分析与处理技术,提取了PS45涂层与基体结合界面形貌图像和曲线。利用Matlab语言设计了涂层界面的分形维数和多重分形谱宽的计算程序,探讨了分形维数、多重分形谱、喷涂电压对涂层结合强度的影响。分析计算结果表明:涂层结合界面形貌越复杂,分形维数越大,涂层与基体的结合强度越高:喷涂电压升高,粒子熔化越充分,其涂层界面多重分形谱宽△a越小,涂层与基体结合界面均匀性越好。 相似文献

One of the most advanced and efficient methods of increasing the service life of machine components and mechanisms is the deposition of hardening coatings on the working surfaces. The coatings of nickel-based self-fluxing alloys deposited by plasma spraying are used widely in various branches of engineering. The properties and bonding strength of plasma coatings produced from nickel-based self-fluxing alloys can be improved by melting the surface layer at a specific temperature. In this work, the authors propose a method of calculating the depth of penetration in spraying the coatings of self-fluxing alloys with a remote arc taking into account the changes of the heat conductivity of the material which depends on porosity and temperature. The experimental results are used to determine the values of the heat conductivity coefficient for the nickel-based self-fluxing alloys. The dependence can be used for the more accurate selection of the power of the remote arc. The difference between the calculated and experimental values is smaller than 10%. 相似文献
