Mini-SPM系列产品,为低功率(100W~2.2kW)电机驱动电路提供高效率、高可靠性和设计简便的方案。Mini-SPM采用内置高压驱动IC(HVIC)作为栅极驱动电路,使设计更简单紧凑,从而大幅降低整个系统的成本并提高可靠性,并且更为系统设计人员带来极佳的高压侧栅极电路设计灵活性。本文着重讨论Mini-SPM采用的高压侧栅极驱动电路的特点和优点。设计中采用外接栅极电阻优化开关损耗和开关噪声之间的权衡,降低可能引起HVIC误操作的电压应力。本文中的讨论在通常情况下适用于所有IGBT驱动IC种类。 相似文献

A 600-MHz VLIW digital signal processor (DSP) delivers 4800 MIPS, 2400 (16 b) or 4800 (8 b) million multiply accumulates (MMACs) at 0.3 mW/MMAC (16 b). The chip has 64M transistors and dissipates 719 mW at 600 MHz and 1.2 V, and 200 mW at 300 MHz and 0.9 V. It has an eight-way VLIW DSP core, a two-level memory system, and an I/O bandwidth of 2.4 GB/s. The chip integrates a c64X DSP core with Viterbi and turbo decoders. Architectural and circuit design approaches to achieve high performance and low power using a semi-custom standard cell methodology, while maintaining backward compatibility, are described. Considering recent ozon problems in the upper atmosphere the measuring technique in the spectral range of about some hundred GHz gains in importance increasingly. Ozon concentration is measured by high sensitive radiometers consisting of several quasioptical components. A tunable bandpass filter represents a versatile component in such a test assembly. The bandpass filter is realized as interferometer and can be adapted to its respective application by individual tuning of its coupling links. Metallic meshes of different aperture size are used for injection and feedback of the electromagnetic wave. A stepper motor control serves for the integration in an automatic measurement setup. The construction principles of the interferometer are summarized. An analysis of the component by means of plane wave theory is extended to a theory of diffraction. Finally the theoretical approach is verified on an application as single-sideband filter comparing the measured results with the computed values of the simulation. 相似文献

A single-chip GaAs implementation of an FIR-median hybrid (FMH) filter is presented. The very high-speed digital filter combines linear averaging structures to a median selector. The filter operates on 5-b samples with ECL-compatible I/O interfaces. The 1500-transistor LSI device with 3.6-mm2 chip size was processed with a 1.0-μm GaAs depletion-mode (D-mode) MESFET process. A 600-V vertical power MOSFET with low on-resistance is described. The low resistance is achieved by means of achieving near-ideal drain junction breakdown voltage and reduced drain spreading resistance from the use of an extended channel design. The various tradeoffs inherent in the design are discussed. Both calculated and experimental data are presented. The remote source configuration of the experimental device is also discussed. 相似文献
