主要介绍了阻燃耐油电缆护套的研制及开发。在阻燃耐油电缆护套料的开发中,以CR/CPE并用为主体骨架材料,以十溴联苯醚(BOBP)、氢氧化铝(ATH)、三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)为阻燃剂,填充水洗陶土、滑石粉、LEE白滑粉,研制开发的成品电缆满足IEC-502(1994),GB9331-1991,GB12666-1991的性能要求,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 相似文献

目的探讨三维立体放射诊疗在肺部肿瘤诊断和治疗中的效果。方法对我院进行治疗的143例肺部肿瘤患者进行三维立体式放疗,观察其治疗效果和影响。结果治疗1个月后85例患者临床症状减轻,肿瘤有效率为59.4%,治疗3个月后有效率为76.2%;治疗前有101例伴有癌性疼痛,放疗结束后,有78例症状减轻好转,有效率为77.2%;有5例患者在治疗期由于并发感染和脑转移死亡,其余患者均完成放疗。随访1~12个月,有18例患者由于并发肺部感染、全身多处转移和功能衰竭等死亡。结论三维立体放疗技术有效提高靶区照射的准确性,降低了肿瘤周围组织残留细胞增长、扩散和远处转移的机率,减少了周围正常组织的耐受量,具有疗程短、副作用小、疗效显著等优点,值得在临床中使用。 相似文献

选择苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和α-甲基苯乙烯-丁二烯-α-甲基苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(MSBMS)3种苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物作为相容剂,通过理论预测和试验测试,研究了它们对IR/CR共混物网络结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入SIS,SBS和MSBMS可以明显提高硫化胶的弹性常数2C1和2C2以及拉伸强度,减小体系的损耗因子。3种共聚物的作用效果顺序为:SIS>SBS≥MSBMS。SIS的最佳用量为3~7份。 相似文献

目的探讨经电子支气管镜防污染保护性毛刷(PSB)在难治性肺部感染的病原学诊断及耐药性的价值。方法对186例具有严重基础疾病临床出现肺部浸润拟诊肺部感染的患者经电子支气管应用保护性毛刷在病变部位采样作病原学诊断。结果186例采样标本分离出细菌124株,其中革兰阴性杆菌94株,以铜绿假单胞菌占优势;革兰阳性菌22株,以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,真菌8株,其中耐药菌比例升高,耐甲氧西林金葡菌比率升高明显。结论引起难治性肺部感染的病原菌以耐药假单胞菌属和金黄葡萄球菌为主;经支单套管加气管镜防污染毛刷取样诊部感染病原菌具有准确可靠等优点,是检测肺部感染病原菌的有效方法。 相似文献

本论文主要通过将4种增容剂CPE、NBR、BIIR、CIIR分别与CR/BR共混物制成混炼胶裁样、硫化、测性能的方式研究了增容剂对CR/BR共混物的相容性及其硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明:CR/BR共混物微观形态的SEM照片表明增容剂很好的改善了CR/BR共混物形态均匀性;其混炼胶焦烧时间延长,硫化速度加快,胶料流动性变好,但交联密度降低;硫化胶力学综合性能得到提升,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增加,定伸应力下降,硬度减小,弹性增加,耐热老化性提高。但尤以增容剂CIIR增容效果最好,有效的改善了共混橡胶的加工性能和使用性能。 相似文献

Healthy human lungs have traditionally been considered to be a sterile organ. However, culture-independent molecular techniques have reported that large numbers of microbes coexist in the lung and airways. The lungs harbor diverse microbial composition that are undetected by previous approaches. Many studies have found significant differences in microbial composition between during health and respiratory disease. The lung microbiome is likely to not only influence susceptibility or causes of diseases but be affected by disease activities or responses to treatment. Although lung microbiome research has some limitations from study design to reporting, it can add further dimensionality to host-microbe interactions. Moreover, there is a possibility that extending understanding to the lung microbiome with new multiple omics approaches would be useful for developing both diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for respiratory diseases in clinical settings. 相似文献

In recent years, many nutrition news headlines exclaimed that saturated fat was not linked to heart disease, leaving the public confused about whether to limit intake, as has been the dietary recommendation for several decades. However, a more nuanced look at the evidence indicates that high saturated fat diets are in fact not benign with respect to heart disease risk. Dietary recommendations should emphasize replacing saturated fats typical in red and processed meats, and certain tropical oils and dairy forms, with healthier polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat‐rich foods, such as nuts, olive oil, and fatty fish, as well as healthy sources of carbohydrates, such as fiber‐rich whole‐grain foods, rather than refined‐grain and sugar‐laden foods. 相似文献

Development of vaccines should be a well‐trodden path in which possible diversions and roadblocks should be clearly understood. However, challenges and unexpected twists and turns are not uncommon in modern vaccine development. In this perspective the considerable uncertainties for development of third generation pertussis vaccines will be discussed along with related issues in the development of new vaccines for the prevention of serogroup B meningococcal (MenB) disease. Acellular pertussis vaccines developed in the 1980s showed good efficacy in large clinical trials and whooping cough was at historically low levels in the last decade of the 20th century in most countries where the vaccines are used. However, the unexpected resurgence in cases in several countries has questioned the ability of current acellular pertussis vaccines to provide long‐term protection against the disease. For MenB vaccines the initial challenge has been to identify antigens that will induce protection against the diverse collection of isolates that cause disease. Following this there have been significant challenges to determine potential breadth of strain coverage. Furthermore, there has been a drop in the incidence of MenB disease in countries considering implementation of the new MenB vaccines making cost effectiveness a more difficult case to argue. It is likely that lessons learnt in the development and use of both pertussis and MenB vaccines will inform the future of vaccines for these two diseases. © 2015 Crown copyright. 目的利用新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)反向遗传系统构建表达呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)F蛋白的重组病毒,并以BALB/c小鼠为动物模型,评价其免疫原性。方法在已建立的NDV反向遗传系统的基础上,将RSV F基因插入NDV全长cDNA克隆中,构建并拯救获得表达RSV F蛋白的重组病毒r LS/RSV-F。采用间接免疫荧光(indirect immunoinfluscent assay,IFA)法鉴定RSV F蛋白的表达;以HA、病毒半数鸡胚感染量(50%infective dose,EID50)、半数组织感染量(50%tissue infectious dose,TCID50)及生长曲线等生物学指标对其生物学特性进行鉴定;将r LS/RSV-F滴鼻免疫BALB/c小鼠,于免疫后第49天经眼眶后静脉丛采血,分离血清,ELISA法检测IgG抗体效价,中和试验检测中和抗体效价。结果成功拯救表达RSV F蛋白的NDV重组病毒r LS/RSV-F,具有与亲本病毒相似的感染能力及生长动力学特性;r LS/RSV... 相似文献
