研究了PVA对PE防雾膜的防雾寿命的影响,发现PE防雾膜的防雾寿命随PVA加入量的增加而增加,在加入量超过一定范围时,其防雾寿命开始下降,电镜照片对这一结果予以合理的解释。力学性能测试结果表明,加有PVA的PE防雾膜伸强度,直角撕裂强度,断裂伸长率等方面比未加PVA的防雾膜要小,但不影响其使用性能。  相似文献

本文介绍PE吹塑农用兰光母料及兰光膜的研制。通过试验,确定了兰光母料的最佳配方,母料中光转换剂C_(26)H_(16)的用量为0.06~0.08%。并以母料与基体树脂1∶25的配比原材料,吹塑成兰光膜。此膜在光照不足的弱光照射下(2万LUX以下)光透过率>75%;存放13个月后物理机械性能未出现明显变劣趋势;其耐水浸渍性较好,完全可满足播种、移栽、整个育秧生长期的实际使用期限。该膜不仅是水稻育秧专用膜,而且还可用于玉米、红薯、西瓜等作物的增产增收。  相似文献

研究了含金红石型TiO2,大分子有机颜料,纳米CaCO3,大分子分散剂,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共取物,复合载体的聚乙烯(PE)流延薄膜着色母粒的配方组成,探讨了颜料的细化,分散处理工艺及纳米CaCO3对着色母粒力学性能和热性能的影响;采用DT-40热分析仪,Carry2390型分光光度计,S-570扫描电子显微镜等仪器对着色母粒进行了分析测试与应用研究。结果表明:该类母粒耐热温度大于等于320℃,颜料含量为63%-68%,颜料粒径小于2μm时,具有耐热性好,着色力强,分散均匀,力学性能和卫生性能好等特点,适用于流延法PE薄膜的生产着色。  相似文献

The properties of nano‐zinc oxide master batch filled butadiene styrene rubber (SBR) systems were researched in comparison with those of common zinc oxide and nano‐zinc oxide filled systems. First, the nano‐zinc oxide master batch was prepared and the cure characteristics of three different kinds of zinc oxide filled SBR composites were studied; second, the mechanical properties and wear resistance were compared; then, the improved mechanical properties were confirmed by dynamic mechanical properties and transmission electron microscopy. Finally, the zinc oxide amount reducing mechanism was analyzed. Results show that nano‐zinc oxide master batch filled SBR system has better mechanical properties than those of nano‐zinc oxide and common zinc oxide filled systems, which is due to the improved dispersion by master batch mixing technology. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过在PE管材中添加导热母粒,制备了具有高导热系数的PE管。实验结果表明:导热系数较普通塑料管提高了75%,达到0.7 W/(m.K);其它各项力学性能也均符合同规格PE给水管材标准的要求;管材满足地源热泵系统工程技术规范(GB 50366-2009)的施工要求;在同等条件下,当打井费与管材费用比大于10.93时,地埋管选用高导管比较实惠;水源热泵系统中,高导热管总造价比普通PE管造价降低16%以上。  相似文献

The lighting industry has been increasingly challenged to reduce electrical energy consumption while providing illumination with sufficient color rendering quality. As a result, the problem of accurately assessing color rendering quality has gained increased prominence and the introduction of efficient narrow band light emitting diode (LED) sources has further intensified the debate. This study argues that there is a basic problem with the traditional method of quantifying color quality color rendering index (CRI), one that cannot be solved through minor improvements. The CRI relies on a determination of the degree of color distortion that a test source produces for a small number of test samples of specified spectral reflectance distribution, but there is no clear objective rationale for selecting these few samples. Also, any such arbitrary scoring scheme lacks an objective argument for what constitutes an acceptable score. This study proposes a new method for color rendering assessment that determines the color shift of one thousand, or more, representative reflection spectra that span the full multidimensional range of possible spectral distributions and colors. This broad sampling eliminates the intrinsic selection bias of the CRI calculation and its variants and it is compatible with a more objective standard for a color quality score, one that is statistically based on the fraction of the test spectra that experience color shifts that are less than a just noticeable difference (JND), or an agreed upon multiple of it. Generally, when multiple source processes are available for transfer modelling, an inappropriate transfer learning strategy may lead to the deterioration of model accuracy and even cause negative transfer. For this issue, a multi-source domains transfer learning strategy based on similarity measurement is proposed in this work for selecting the optimal transfer modelling strategy according to different scenarios. By counting the data amount and judging the similarity between each source domain and the target domain, the rich information contained in multiple source processes is well utilized to assist the modelling process in the target domain. The proposed strategy provides three alternative specific transfer mechanisms by setting the judgement conditions so that the possibility of negative transfer can get reduced and the accuracy of prediction can be guaranteed. To ensure the reliability of the transfer model and adapt to the change in conditions, the updating scheme based on online data is adopted. Finally, the mixed-effects Gaussian processes modelling method is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed multi-source transfer learning strategy through the simulation experiment of the cobalt oxalate synthesis process.  相似文献

针对基于迭代学习控制的间歇过程产品质量优化控制算法难以进行收敛性分析的难题,以数据驱动的神经模糊模型为基础,提出一种新颖间歇过程的产品质量迭代学习控制方法。通过在优化算法中加入了新的约束条件,改变了最优解的搜索空间范围,从而使产品质量在批次轴上收敛,并创新性地对优化问题的收敛性给出了严格的数学证明。在理论研究的基础上,将提出的算法用于间歇连续反应釜的终点质量控制研究,仿真结果验证了本文算法的有效性和实用价值,为间歇过程的优化控制提供了一条新途径。  相似文献
