针对产品设计阶段有效管理质量数据的迫切需求,提出了基于质量特性的产品设计质量数据管理模型。依据产品设计过程确立了产品设计质量特性与数据的定义,在分析产品设计质量保证过程和产品质量特性多维性及演化性特点的基础上,给出了产品设计质量数据与产品质量特性的映射关系和视图,分析了产品设计质量数据的结构、特点及管理需求,提出了基于质量特性的满足产品数据管理和流程管理规范的产品设计质量数据管理模型。通过开发现代产品设计质量保证与数据管理平台原型系统和典型机械产品研制过程的质量数据管理应用,验证了该模型的正确性。 相似文献

为了实现产品数据管理系统中的权限管理功能,提高系统运行时的权限查询和权限控制的效率,按照产品数据管理系统的功能模块组织权限管理,建立了角色的访问控制模型。通过面向类的访问控制集和面向对象的访问控制集,实现了用户权限的存取控制。分析了产品数据管理类的继承方法和类操作的分配方式,实现了产品数据管理类子类的创建和操作权限的继承。通过分析操作之间的约束关系,进行了类操作和角色之间的约束管理,给出了权限授予规则和权限控制规则。该权限设置方式简洁、规范,提高了产品数据管理系统的运行效率,简化了产品数据管理中权限管理的二次开发。 相似文献

Companies today have been attempting to expand their Internet infrastructures to cope with the growth of global business environments.
In modern manufacturing industries, they are migrating their legacy product data management (PDM) systems to Web-based systems
(being an essential tool of eManufacturing) to use the Internet. Accordingly, recent advances in PDM technology have dealt
with the use of Web-based technology. Some research and development on Web-based PDM systems has been described in the literature,
but those efforts have technical limits. They are not adequately available, secure, reliable, and scalable for global enterprise
services. This paper describes the design of a component-based product data management (CPDM) system for supporting global
manufacturing. The CPDM system is aimed at assuring flexibility, security, stability, and maintainability by utilizing a standard
architecture of J2EE technology. The CPDM system consists of three tiers based on the J2EE architecture. The first is the
presentation tier implemented as JSP/servlet components to allow users to access the system through a Web browser. The second
is the business logic tier, which is implemented as Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) components to handle the core PDM functionality.
The third level is the data tier, composed of a database and vault for the physical files. To develop the components of the
CPDM system, a component-based development (CBD) approach is proposed. The associated component development procedure is illustrated

To achieve efficient development of high-quality product, manufacturing constraints must be fully taken into account at the early design stage. However, designers lack in-depth knowledge of manufacturing and production. Many time-consuming iterations of design changes are required between designers and manufacturing engineers. In order to minimize this knowledge gap, this paper presents an ontology-based product design framework for manufacturability verification and knowledge reuse to support the sharing and reuse of design and manufacturing knowledge. It aims at providing advices and feedback of restraints of manufacturing processes to the designers during the design process. The proposed framework consists of three major layers which include a foundation layer, a domain layer, and an instance layer. We use the Web Ontology Language (OWL), a standard of ontology representation language, to formalize the foundation layer. It contains the core product model and the standard ISO 10303 AP224 application protocol. The domain layer comprises extensional concepts and relationships for design and manufacturing integration and a rule base for manufacturability verification, which is represented in Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL). In the instance layer, an inference engine is developed based on ontology and rule inference. It provides recommendations of manufacturability. The symptoms of poor product data management (PDM), data visibility, accessibility and reliability, are evident in many engineering environments. Data discipline has been lost in the proliferation of computer-based tools in a fragmented product development lifecycle. In this paper the authors try to isolate the golden rules of PDM. Process management and product structure management procedures have been identified. By embodying these, one can bring discipline to the management of product data. In application, implementation of `success' is limited by the ability of the technology. A balance is necessary between enablers and business requirements that may demand functionality beyond the cost effective operational parameters of the technology. 针对我国印染企业信息化建设相对落后的现状,设计开发了某印染企业产品数据管理系统。在对企业进行详细需求分析的基础上,完成了基于B/S结构和MVC设计模式的4层体系结构设计,根据印染企业的生产、管理的特点,给出了系统的总体设计方案,并描述了各模块的主要功能。该系统目前已投入运行,结果表明,该印染企业员工之间的协作得到加强,资源周转加快,企业产品数据采集更加迅速准确,有助于管理层科学决策,系统应用后达到提高生产效率和有效管理的目的。 相似文献
