Microsystem design involves the mixing of two main disciplines: mechanical engineering and electronics. Multidisciplinary design approach is not easy to implement and becomes more difficult when the challenge consists in simultaneously handling new knowledge that characterizes the field of microsystem industry. We present herewith a new multidisciplinary engineering approach used to lead the detailed design of micro-accelerometers based on virtual tools. Virtual prototyping that is usually implemented in one sole domain of competence is developed to be manipulated by either experts from electronics or mechanics. This new tool improves collaboration and the rapid identification of highly satisfying solutions. The virtual tool allows exploration of micromechanical devices and system design issues and objectives. It uses interactions with the designer in order to achieve solutions integrating the physics rules of the design and the experience of the designer. 相似文献

将虚拟样机技术应用于机电产品电缆布线问题,提出了虚拟布线方法。该方法首先根据设计方案建立产品虚拟样机、电缆连接列表、电缆接口、电缆材料、截面参数等信息,基于上述信息以及电缆布线规范,利用虚拟样机技术对可视化和人机交互能力的支持规划出卡箍位置和电缆路径,进而计算电缆长度,在此基础上利用粒子系统仿真技术计算电缆形状,据此生成相应的电缆模型。在探讨了机电产品电缆布线问题及其求解思路的基础上,着重研究了机电产品的信息模型及虚拟布线的关键技术。通过一个实例证明了该方法的可行性。 相似文献

In this paper, a framework utilising virtual and rapid prototyping to aid design of a shuttlecock skirt was proposed and implemented. A standard template for flow simulation on ANSYS® CFX was developed to predict the aerodynamic performance of the virtual prototypes, with focus on reduced simulation time and complexity. This forms the basis of the computer aided design model – computational fluid dynamics – performance evaluation loop in the proposed framework. Steady state flow simulation was conducted for three simple computer aided design models of shuttlecocks, with different gap dimensions on the skirt. Wind tunnel drag study of the models reproduced through rapid prototyping validated the simulation result. The proposed methodology can also be applied to the existing design process for integration of virtual and rapid prototyping to reduce the burden of design iteration. 相似文献

Flying was inspired by birds. But ironically bird strikes are a menace. Therefore, aero-engines have to be designed to survive these strikes. The design of the bullet nose of an aero-engine during a bird strike is presented in this paper. A Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model was developed for this purpose. It was then fine-tuned through experiments on bullet noses built using Laser-Engineered Net-Shaping (LENS). Through this approach, several design alternatives could be evaluated virtually and only a few physical experiments were required for validation. The outcome is not only a rapid and safe bullet nose design but also a realistic FEA model. 相似文献

研究了基于虚拟多入多出(V-MIMO)技术通过选择协同节点构建等效并行通道来解决随机接入方式无线网络中包冲突问题的包冲突解析(PCR)方案ALLIANCES及其改进型的性能特点.在此基础上,针对该类方案的性能分析不全面、理论模型不完备、适用范围受限等问题,建立了PCR方案的一种普适的理论分析模型,设计了一种新的节点选择算法,进而构成了一种低复杂度的PCR方案,并对该方案的丢包率、误码率、等效吞吐量等性能进行了理论分析和仿真.结果表明,该方案的性能与改进的ALLIANCES方案非常接近,由于该方案复杂度较低,因此更具实用价值. 相似文献

随着航天器结构越来越复杂,仅仅用数值分析方法或者仅仅用实尺动态试验方法都不能解决现代航天器结构动力学问题,为了解决这一问题必须采用航天器结构虚拟动态试验技术.其一是虚拟模态试验技术.提出了适用于航天器复杂结构模型修改的子结构试验建模综合技术;介绍了两个实例证明本文介绍的虚拟模态试验技术应用的可靠性:一是CZ-2E运载火箭虚拟模态试验技术,用建议的虚拟模态试验技术成功地预示了CZ-2E运载火箭模态参数.预示的模态参数与随后进行的全箭模态参数一致;另一个是CZ-2F运载火箭虚拟模态试验技术,给出可靠的数学模型与箭船耦合的动态分析数据.其二是虚拟振动试验技术.介绍了振动台虚拟振动试验系统和一个卫星振动台虚拟振动试验实例.卫星振动台虚拟振动试验结果低频响应曲线与试验结果曲线非常一致. 相似文献

该文提出一种虚拟仪器平台婴儿培养箱测控系统。设计基于RS-485接口和Mod Bus通信协议的氧含量测量模块、湿度测量模块和温度测量模块以及基于RS232接口的噪声测量模块。应用虚拟仪器开发平台Lab VIEW构建数据采集与控制系统,系统由PC机和完成测控功能的智能测控节点组成,各智能测控节点通过USB和RS485串行总线与PC机通信,通过PC机中的虚拟仪器界面实现人机交互、状态监测、数据分析、数据记录与保存以及系统管理任务。试验表明:根据JJF 1260——2010《婴儿培养箱校准规范》和GB 11243——2008《医用电气设备:第2部分婴儿培养箱安全专用要求》,该测控系统能够高效、准确地完成测量任务。 相似文献

A direct-slicing approach might improve the accuracy and quality of small, complex parts produced with rapid prototyping technology. An application software based on direct slicing for rapid prototyping was used on the foundation of PowerSHAPE models. Lines, conic arcs and cubic bezier curves were adopted as the basic elements describing the direct-slicing contours. Moreover, a scheme to carry out subdivided software development was proposed. A picture (PIC) format file was selected as an interface for the slicing data, and a macro-AutoSection software, which collects the direct-slicing contour data of arbitrary complex computer-aided design models and provides power to produce the direct-slicing PIC files, was developed. On the above basis, an application software called PDSlice based on direct-slicing data processing was developed for the commercial selective laser sintering machine HRPS-III, which was made at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), P. R. China. The major input and output interfaces as well as the PIC model reconstruction method of the PDSlice are described. Furthermore, a batch of direct-slicing polymer parts were successfully fabricated with the selective laser sintering machine. The application example shows that the accuracy and surface finish of three-dimensional complex curvature surface parts fabricated with the application software system based on a direct-slicing format were better than the application software system based on a stereolithography (STL) format. 相似文献
