基于快速制造网格平台,分析和建立了全局工艺规划模块,开发了全局工艺规划的分析工具包。该模块可以完成各种加工任务的全局工艺规划分析,确定每个任务的类别和全局工艺流程,实现任务分析的模块化。结合快速制造网格的应用实例发现,在实际运用中,全局工艺规划模块完全能够满足全局工艺规划分析的要求,对全局工艺规划决策具有重要的指导意义,验证了该模块的合理性与可行性。 相似文献

为实现企业间的制造资源共享,提出了制造资源共享模型;分析了集中式、分布式和集中分布式制造资源共享体系结构,提出了以区域网络化制造平台、重点城市制造业信息化应用服务提供商平台和企业制造资源共享管理系统为主体的三级制造资源共享模式.在该共享模式中,由制造资源服务总线集成三个共享主体.在此基础上,开发了制造资源共享系统,并介绍了该系统在四川省制造业信息化工程中的应用. 相似文献

Manufacturing industry is facing a stricter challenge than ever before owing to the rapid change in market requirements. Flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs) have a much greater capability than traditional fixed-type production systems for coping with the rapid change. In this paper, a modified coloured-timed Petri net (MCTPN) is developed to model the dynamic activities in an FMS. The MCTPN provides an object-oriented and modular method of modelling manufacturing activities. It includes colour, time, modular and communication attributes. The features of object-oriented modelling allow the FMS to be modelled with the properties of classes, objects, and container trees. Since the system activities can be encapsulated and modularised by the proposed MCTPN, the manufacturing systems can be easily constructed and investigated by the system developers. It makes the concept of software IC possible for modelling complex FMSs. Once all of the MCTPN objects are well defined, the developers need to consider only the interfaces and operations relating to the MCTPN objects. In order to demonstrate the capability of the proposed MCTPN, the FMS in the Manufacturing Automation Technology Research Center (MATRC) of the National Taiwan University will be stimulated and justified by using the proposed MCTPN along with the G2 expert system. 相似文献

In distributed manufacturing environments, the real competitive edge of an enterprise is directly related to the optimization level of its supply chain deployment in general, and, in particular, to how it allocates diverse manufacturing resources optimally. This is faced with increasing challenges caused by the conflicting objectives in manufacturing integration over distributed manufacturing resources. This paper presents a new manufacturing resource allocation method using extended genetic algorithm (GA) to support the multi-objective decision-making optimization for supply chain deployment. A new multi-objective decision-making mathematical model is proposed to evaluate, select, and sequence the candidate manufacturing resources allocated to sub-tasks composing the supply chain, by dealing with the trade-offs among multiple objectives including similarity, time, cost, quality, and service. An extended GA approach with problem-specific two-dimensional representation scheme, selection operator, crossover operator, and mutation operator is proposed to solve the mathematical model optimally by designing a chromosome containing two kinds of information, i.e., resource selection and resource sequencing. A case study is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approach. 相似文献

A new application integration platform for an agile manufacturing environment is presented, which is based on agent and common
request broker architecture (CORBA). CORBA enhances the system integration because it is an industry-standard for interoperable,
distributed objects across heterogeneous hardware and software platforms. Agent technology is used to improve the intelligence
of the integration system. The platform is open, distributed, and modular to enable the user to adapt its content to his requirements.
This application integration platform supports the goals of agile manufacturing: rapid response to changing requirements,
reduction in both time and cost of the product realisation process, and integration within a heterogeneous, wide-area-networked
enterprise. In order to implement the application integration platform, we use a network integration server to integrate the
network, design a generic database agent to integrate database, adopt a multi-agent based architecture to integrate application,
and utilise a wrapper as a CORBA object to integrate the legacy code. Finally, a prototype framework is presented.

Early design assessment activities have a significant impact on reducing the cost of manufacture. The efficient utilisation of the product development time and the level of coordination of the early design activities between the major stakeholders are becoming key factors for success in manufacturing today. The paper reports on a new distributed early design manufacturability assessment methodology using collaborative autonomous agents. A product data model compliant with STEP AP224 and corresponding process and facility data models are proposed to support the decision-making process. XML was used as a medium for exchange of requests and information between design, manufacturing, and facility planning agents. A prototype Web-enabled system for rapid product manufacturability assessment in the extended enterprise has been developed using distributed multi-agent CORBA objects. The reported research is a step towards the development of a generic prototype tool for collaborative design evaluation and rapid assessment of the manufacturing feasibility and resource availability at different stages of the product development process. 相似文献

Rapid prototyping technology makes the manufacturing of functionally graded material (FGM) objects possible. The FGM production process requires concurrent applications of digital design and manufacturing methods. For this reason, it is imperative to construct and capture information and other critical data regarding the geometry and materials about FGM objects for use in the manufacturing process. This paper proposes a simplex-clear data format for modeling FGM objects. This proposed data format captures both the geometry and material information of an FGM object. It also presents a finite element-based slicing algorithm which slices the FGM object into layers and captures each layer’s information for rapid prototyping manufacturing of the object. An example is given at the end of the paper to validate the data format and demonstrate the adaptive slicing algorithm. 相似文献
