Collaborative planning, together with forecasting and replenishment (CPFR), is a processing tool that improves supply chain management (SCM). The majority of studies done on CPFR have focused on identifying the advantages and future developments of CPFR, along with providing explanations for the implementation stages of CPFR. Six Sigma methodology is a method that can lead to a continuous decrease in process variances. In this paper, we applied Six Sigma methodology and proposed a continuous improvement model on different phases of CPFR. We used a case study to demonstrate how to improve the performance of collaborative forecasts. The results show that the proposed improvement model can effectively improve the accuracy of collaborative forecasts.  相似文献

In the fast-changing fashion market, being flexible and adaptive is a key to survival. Therefore, supply chain strategy like quick response is important in the fashion or textile industry. Selection of suppliers to support such strategies is thus one of the most critical activities, but is not well studied. Traditionally, suppliers are selected usually based on quantity requirement and cost, which are not the only important issues in the operation of a textile supply chain nowadays. This study presents an example on solving the supplier selection problem in the apparel industry by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which takes the operational performance (for example, flexibility, cost, and delivery) into account for supporting supply chain strategies. The system was implemented with the aid of the commercial software package Expert Choice. Based on the results from the AHP model, benefits of implementing quick response in apparel supply chains can also be verified.  相似文献

The core competitiveness to survive severe business environments comes from the capability of well-defined design chains across enterprises, not the capabilities of individual enterprises. The collaboration in the design chains, however, is difficult due to the inherent complexity such as diverse design processes and dynamic design environments. To settle the collaboration problems in the design chains, a design chain collaboration framework (DCCF) is proposed in this paper. The DCCF is composed of three reference models capturing the different views of design chain collaboration: design process reference model (DPRM), service component reference model (SCRM), and technology and standard reference model (TSRM). As the DCCF adapts the Object Management Group’s (OMG) metadata architecture, the processes in the design chain can be extended when it is necessary. Using the proposed framework, design managers can integrate their design processes from the conceptual phase to the application development phase. The DCCF can also serve as a virtual basis to improve design processes continuously in order to enable collaboration and to breed innovation .  相似文献

This study applies the research of perception gap analysis to supply chain integration and develops a generic model, the 3-Level Gaps Model, with the goal of contributing to harmonization and integration in the supply chain. The model suggests that significant perception gaps may exist among supply chain members with regards to the importance of different performance criteria. The concept of the model is conceived through an empirical and inductive approach, combining the research discipline of supply chain relationship and perception gap analysis. First hand data has been collected through a survey across a key buyer in the motor insurance industry and its eight suppliers. Rigorous statistical analysis testified the research hypotheses, which in turn verified the validity and relevance of the developed 3-Level Gaps Model. The research reveals the significant existence of supply chain perception gaps at all three levels as defined, which could be the root causes to underperformed supply chain.  相似文献

以网络化制造环境下的敏捷供应链管理为背景,探讨了分布式多代理体系结构的供应链协同技术。根据供应链群体协作特点,把合作关系分为战略性合作、紧密性合作与松散性合作3种。基于不同的合作关系,采用3种分布式协调机制:黑板机制、合同网机制和拍卖与投标机制,建立了相应的供应链计划求解策略——面向约束的近似搜索算法、综合模型分解算法和拍卖算法,并对算法进行了应用仿真实验及数据分析。仿真结果表明了算法的合理性与有效性。  相似文献

为了使供应链达到协同,提出了利润共享与买回契约组合而成的新型混合契约,并用该契约对单供应商一单零售商,以及单供应商一多零售商组成的两级供应链模型进行了协同分析,整个分析过程采用了Stackel-berg博弈理论,其中供应商作为领导者,零售商作为跟随者.分析结果和数值实例说明,混合契约可以使供应商与零售商协同,并使供应链渠道总利润最大化.  相似文献

为解决企业间协同商务过程中的流程信息协同交互问题,提出了一种基于可扩展标记语言的流程描述元模型.在该模型中,定义了基于流程定义语言本体的语义映射规则及映射的具体过程,对流程定义语言本体进行了语义分析,实现了对流程信息的语义层次描述;借助可扩展标记语言的语法结构,建立基于可扩展标记语言的流程定义语言核心元素的描述规则,并作为流程信息语法层次描述的统一标准,实现流程信息协同交互语法层次的信息转换.最后通过具体的供应链协同采购过程实例,验证了该模型及实现方法的有效性和可行性.  相似文献

随着纺织服装业的发展,低碳经济对其提出了新的要求。这既是纺织服装行业的内在要求,也是供应链技术创新的本质使然。通过构建整合静态要素(质量、创新和品牌)和动态要素(信息流、物流、资金流和服务流)的纺织服装供应链的概念模型,可以使现有纺织服装供应链得到优化并更加符合低碳经济要求。因此,各节点企业进行技术创新的路径依赖是将微观层面的技术创新扩散为宏观层面整条供应链的技术创新。  相似文献

根据敏捷供应链生产过程控制的特点,提出了基于多监控模式的生产过程控制方法。根据敏捷供应链对各种物料的生产情况和监控需求的差异,定义了商品级监控、库存级监控、部件级监控和工序级监控4种监控模式。为了解决生产过程中的拖期问题,提出了生产过程协同控制方法,并提供了局部协调、全局协调和任务再分配等不同的处理方法。通过应用分析,证明了该方法对协同生产过程控制的有效性。  相似文献

The competitive power in the dynamically changing business environment has moved from individual enterprises to virtual enterprise chains. The collaboration of enterprises in a virtual enterprise chain requires that all of the enterprise elements should interact efficiently with each other based upon a virtual framework. However, any efficient framework for the collaboration is not introduced yet due to the incompatibility problem which stems from the inherent complexity of diverse enterprise elements. This paper introduces a new framework, the Virtual Enterprise Chain Collaboration Framework (VECCF), to guide enterprises to promote their collaboration efforts by addressing the incompatibility problem of enterprise elements. VECCF focuses on three aspects of enterprise elements which are capturing the different views of the collaboration: business processes, application software, and enabling technologies. In addition, the structure of VECCF conforms to OMG’s metamodel architecture so that the enterprise models can be extended to specific value chains when it is necessary. The enterprise models of a design chain and a supply chain are applied to VECCF and then integrated into a merged value chain to verify the adaptability and the extensibility of the proposed framework.  相似文献
