从生态学角度看传统绿色设计的局限性,指出产品绿色设计不单指可回收,可重复使用,可拆卸,模块化,而应从真正意义上少动或不动自然界本身的东西.从生态学与产品设计结合的可行性出发提出用生态学中生态补偿理论、生态系统理论、物极必反理论弥补传统绿色设计的局限性,用生态学基本原理指导设计以达到对自然初始索取等于最终补给的零消耗,实现绿色设计真正的生态学意义. 相似文献

The quotes for environmentally weighted recyclability (QWERTY) approach focuses on the determination of environmentally weighted recycling scores rather than weight-based recycling scores. The concept describes the environmental performance of processing discarded products. It is very powerful in assessing the effectiveness of end-of-life processing, the consequences of design of products in relation to recyclability issues and the consequences of proposed legislation on take-back and recycling of consumer electronic products. QWERTY takes into account the 'environmental value' of secondary materials and the environmental burden of end-of-life treatment itself. The basic mathematical procedures for calculating QWERTY scores are presented as well as the application on the actual processing of different categories of consumer electronic products. For these categories, the complex decomposition behaviour into fractions has been modelled and integrated into the QWERTY calculations. Application of the QWERTY concept shows how well the primary environmental goals of take-back and end-of-life treatment, reduction of material depletion, controlling potential toxicity and reducing emissions can be achieved in practice. Applying the QWERTY concept on the end-of-life treatment of cathode ray tube containing appliances and cellular phones shows its value in assessing priorities in the field of policy, technology and design. 相似文献

Manufacturing are now under increasing pressure of tighten environmental legislation to preserve natural resources. Product design, as a part of manufacturing activities, has to be more concern to deliver product specification with reduced environmental impact. Design for Recycling (DFR) is one of the promising approaches in prolonging material utilization of a product in the early stage of design. DFR focus on harmonizing product design with the recycling practices in order to minimize the loss of valuable materials and preventing unnecessary waste streams at the end of product’s life. In turn, it limits the usage of natural resources.To implement DFR, designers are faced with the challenge of compromising different design objectives such as cost, functional or technical requirements and product’s recyclability performance. This paper attempts to propose an intelligent approach that could facilitate designers to make an easy and quick recyclability assessment as well as selecting recyclable materials integrated with computer aided design. In this paper, the use of fuzzy inference system and genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the multi-objective problem in the selection of recyclable materials. Case study on the actual conceptual design using computer aided design environment is demonstrated and showing that the proposed method successfully can be applied concurrently during product design. Comparison of proposed method with Sustainability Express Solid Work is also presented. 目的 为阻断新冠等病毒的传播,一次性口罩已成为大众必备的防疫用品。然而这种口罩存在用毕即弃造成浪费、处理不当易导致病毒扩散、污染环境等问题。于用户体验而言,除了面部接触舒适度和贴合度,设计的美观性和便携性也是需要考虑的问题。通过分析希望探讨出既能让用户使用方便舒适,又保护环境减少浪费的一次性口罩设计方案。方法 选取若干有设计创新的一次性口罩案例,通过调查其用户使用和回收处理情况,从产品的造型、功能、材料和构造等维度在产品绿色设计和可持续化等方面运用构建的判断矩阵进行AHP分析。结论 根据AHP分析结果,从绿色生命周期的视角分析思考并提出合理的见解与建议,供一次性口罩的创新设计参考,同时给废弃的一次性口罩回收处理方法提供思路。 相似文献

Recently, people all over the world have paid much attention to green and environmental design. The proposal of design for end of life is to take into account the recycling problem in the product design stage. Under the consideration of economy, the green recycle of a product depends upon the relationship between recycling profit and recycling cost of the discarded product. This study attempted to build up a disassembly-oriented assessment method for product modular design in four stages. At Stage 1, the liaison intensity was used to quantify the connection relations among parts by their engineering information. At Stage 2, the product to be recycled was modularised by the grouping genetic algorithms. At Stage 3, the disassembly cost and recycle profit of the modules were evaluated. At Stage 4, an interference matrix was used to specify the disassembly sequential order of product modules and parts. Consider a group of products sharing common parts and assemblies. The products in question we call a product family, and the
common elements, the platform. In this paper, we present a method for designing product platforms and the derived family that
takes into consideration both the technical performance requirements as well as the cost of the product family. The design
of a platform-based product family is formulated as a general optimization problem in which the advantages of designing a
common platform must be balanced against the constraints of the individual product variants and constraints of the family
as a whole. This optimization approach forms the basis for a practical implementation as an interactive, team-based negotiation
model for designing a family of interplanetary spacecraft based on a common platform. The approach is used to consider and
specify different subsystems that could be made common to all the missions. It is also used to evaluate the impact of those
platform design decisions on the performance of the product family, and thus be able to select from among feasible platform

目的 探究基于绿色设计理念影响下废弃茶渣在再生和循环利用中的相关产品设计及其具象应用实践的体现。方法 以绿色环保型产品设计构思作为出发点,运用绿色设计更新的5R原则作为理论支撑依据并总结归纳出20项用户设计评价指标。通过使用SPSS将绿色感知价值所对应的废弃茶渣、所用材料的特性,以及用户使用产品的期望型需求等相关的20项因子进行主成分分析,分别得到3项设计要点(绿色价值设计要点、情感价值设计要点、形象价值设计要点)以指导设计及应用实践。结论 立足用户日常需求的绿色产品设计,通过3项设计要点的有效数据和具体分析,茶渣再生设计的系列产品主要围绕废弃茶渣和辅助环保型材料进行设计和实践应用。最终通过模糊综合评价方法对用户进行系列产品的反馈验证,从而使产品的较高实现性和可用性能可较好地达到用户满意度。 相似文献

目的 实施乡村振兴战略必须要优先考虑生态文明,以绿色发展引领美丽乡村的振兴。农村废弃秸秆焚烧产生的大量烟雾会对大气造成污染,从绿色模块化设计角度出发,分析秸秆材料的特点以及设计的多种可能性,对废弃秸秆进行有效利用以减少焚烧污染,将乡土材料转换为可利用的资源。方法 运用绿色模块化设计理念以功能与结构的相关性进行聚类划分,在此基础上对划分的模块进行零件变型设计,形成产品族的扩展设计,以增加产品的绿色属性及个性化需求。结论 明确了模块划分在秸秆材料家具设计中的实现方法,使其符合现代家具产品的使用功能、绿色属性及美学特征,拓展了自然材料在现代家具产品设计中的应用范围,优化了秸秆材料设计在家具领域的方法,传达了乡村振兴下的绿色生态发展理念。 相似文献
