同系物分离是高纯度药物单体和化学品制备中的重要环节,磷脂酰丝氨酸是一类重要的药物和功能添加剂,其制备过程中的关键技术是磷脂酰丝氨酸与其他磷脂同系物的分离,但同系物之间结构相似、分离难度大。报道了以离子液体为介质选择性萃取分离磷脂酰丝氨酸和磷脂酰胆碱的方法,系统研究了离子液体结构和浓度、萃取温度对分离性能的影响。研究表明,离子液体的阴离子结构显著影响同系物的分离选择性,且离子液体与极性稀释剂之间存在协同萃取效应,离子液体的摩尔浓度仅为5%时,1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑溴/甲醇-正己烷两相体系中的磷脂酰丝氨酸和磷脂酰胆碱的选择性高达29.48。采用量子化计算初步研究了萃取机理,结果表明离子液体与磷脂之间形成了多重氢键和静电相互作用,从而促进了磷脂同系物之间的选择性分离。 相似文献

The isolation and measurement of phospholipid epoxides as major peroxidation products in biomembrane preparations prompted
an investigation of enzymatic mechanisms which may be responsible for their elimination. Analysis of microsomal epoxide hydrolase
and phospholipase A2 activity against a phospholipid epoxide commonly encountered in tissues indicated it to be a poor substrate for epoxide hydrolase,
but rapidly hydrolyzed by phospholipase A2. Microsomal and purified phospholipase A2 preparations hydrolyzed the phospholipid epoxide at rates 2-fold greater than were observed with a monoenoic phospholipid
from which the epoxide would be derived. The product fatty acid epoxide,cis-9,10-epoxystearic acid, was rapidly hydrated by microsomal and cytosolic epoxide hydrolase. On the basis of earlier reports
demonstrating increased phospholipase activity against oxidized phospholipids, and on the results of the present study, a

Traumatic acid (TA) is a plant hormone (cytokinin) that in terms of chemical structure belongs to the group of fatty acids derivatives. It was isolated from Phaseolus vulgaris. TA activity and its influence on human cells and organism has not previously been the subject of research. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of TA on collagen content and basic oxidative stress parameters, such as antioxidative enzyme activity, reduced glutathione, thiol group content, and lipid peroxidation in physiological conditions. The results show a stimulatory effect of TA on tested parameters. TA caused a decrease in membrane phospholipid peroxidation and exhibited protective properties against ROS production. It also increases protein and collagen biosynthesis and its secretion into the culture medium. The present findings reveal that TA exhibits multiple and complex activity in fibroblast cells in vitro. TA, with its activity similar to unsaturated fatty acids, shows antioxidant and stimulatory effects on collagen biosynthesis. It is a potentially powerful agent with applications in the treatment of many skin diseases connected with oxidative stress and collagen biosynthesis disorders. 相似文献

Recently, in various industrial processes, the need for fine particles, especially submicron-sized particles, has increased
in the field of preparing raw powders such as fine ceramics and high value added products. Therefore, the research in fine
grinding has gained more importance, especially, in submicron grinding. In the previous paper, a series of wet grinding experiments
using inorganic powders by a stirred ball mill were performed. The grinding consumption power was measured, and the grinding
rate constant, K, in the grinding kinetics equation was examined, based on a grinding kinetics analysis of experimental specific
surface area with particle size distribution of ground products obtained under various grinding conditions. Also the effect
of grinding aids on grinding rate constant K was investigated. It was confirmed that the grinding rate constant K, when using
grinding aids improved by 1.95% and 25.6% for a 60 wt% and 70wt% slurry concentrate, respectively, when compared with the
case of the absence of grinding aids. It was found that grinding aids have an important effect on increasing the grinding
rate, especially for a slurry of high concentration. 相似文献
