分析了我国江苏东海、江苏新沂、山东某地、青海乌兰等主要产地的榴辉岩型金红石矿的矿石性质,总结了不同产地榴辉岩型金红石矿的选矿工艺现状,指出了目前存在的选矿技术难点主要是金红石与石榴石的浮选分离和金红石精矿Ti O2回收率的提高,并指明了金红石高效捕收剂和石榴石高效抑制剂的研制、窄级别分选及光电选等环保型选矿方法的应用是今后我国榴辉岩型金红石矿选矿的发展趋势。  相似文献

我国原生金红石矿具有矿物成分复杂、目的矿物品位低、嵌布粒度较细等特点, 浮选法是回收利用金红石和提高其品位的重要手段, 其中浮选药剂是关键。浮选金红石的捕收剂主要有脂肪酸类、膦酸类、胂酸类、羟肟酸类, 调整剂可分为活化剂与抑制剂。为促进金红石选矿技术的进步, 以及为选矿工作者们提供技术理论的参考, 文章在概述了金红石矿性质、浮选难点以及微纳气泡浮选的基础上, 对捕收剂、抑制剂、活化剂的研究进展与作用机理进行了详细的阐述, 以加深对原生金红石矿浮选药剂的认识与了解, 并对未来药剂的研究方向进行了展望。   相似文献

为实现不同矿物学基因特性榴辉岩矿中多种有用矿物的高效综合回收,确定选矿工艺流程及预测分选指标,对江苏东海、山东日照及青海乌兰的榴辉岩矿进行了工艺矿物学研究及选矿试验评价。三地的榴辉岩矿可分成 3 个类型,即高磷高硫高钛粗粒型榴辉岩矿(江苏东海)、低磷高硫低钛粗粒型榴辉岩矿(山东日照)及高磷低硫低钛细粒型榴辉岩矿(青海乌兰)。原矿中以金红石形式存在的二氧化钛含量决定了金红石精矿富集的难易程度;杂质磷、硫的含量决定了金红石除杂应选用的工艺流程(反浮选、电选或酸浸);主要有用矿物的粒度大小决定了是否需要采用分级分选工艺和能否获得粗粒级精矿产品。金红石单矿物纯度、与其他矿物的嵌布关系是影响其选矿难易程度的主要因素;石榴子石和绿辉石的原生粒度、矿物内部碎裂情况是决定能否获得粗粒级石榴子石和绿辉石精矿的关键因素;硫、磷杂质的含量及赋存状态是影响金红石除杂工艺的决定性因素。  相似文献

浮选是金红石选别的重要手段,为了促进金红石选矿技术的进步,从捕收剂、调整剂两方面对金红石浮选药剂进行了梳理、总结。金红石浮选的主要捕收剂为脂肪酸类、膦酸类、胂酸类、羟肟酸类等,在生产实践中,各类捕收剂均存在一定的局限性;调整剂包括活化剂和抑制剂,活化剂主要有硝酸铅,通过增强矿石表面钛质点的活性来活化金红石;抑制剂主要为反浮选抑制金红石的硫酸铝和糊精,以及抑制脉石矿物的六偏磷酸钠、氟硅酸钠和羧甲基纤维素(钠)等。对浮选药剂种类及其在矿物表面作用机理的分析,可加深对金红石矿浮选药剂的认识,为选矿工作者提供技术参考。  相似文献

我国金红石资源多为原生金红石矿,且大多品位较低,嵌布粒度细,矿石性质复杂,属于难选矿石,选矿成本过高导致大量金红石资源不能得到开发利用。如何有效降低金红石选矿成本以及提高资源的综合利用率是金红石选矿研究的重点。本文综述了我国近年来对细粒难选金红石矿粗选抛尾研究进展,对相关的选矿工艺特点及规律做出了总结,指出了现阶段存在的问题和新的研究方向。  相似文献

山西某金红石矿采用重选主干流程进行选别,精矿产品TiO2品位为90%左右,但金红石(TiO2)的回收率不足50%。为提高金红石的选矿回收率,开展了以浮选为主干流程的选矿工艺研究。确定的选矿方案为两次浮选抛尾─金红石浮选(一次粗选、两次精选)─浮选精矿除杂(弱磁选—强磁选—重选)。全流程试验结果表明:采用浮选主干流程大大提高了精矿TiO2的回收率,总精矿TiO2回收率为69.25%,金红石矿物的回收率达到86.42%,其中精矿1含TiO289.58%、TiO2回收率46.84%;精矿2含TiO280.53%、TiO2回收率22.41%。同时综合回收了磁铁矿和钛铁矿。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
