本文提出电网电压不平衡工况下双馈感应电机(DFIG)的自抗扰控制(ADRC)方法, 抑制不平衡电压引起的电磁转矩和无功功率波动, 延长风力发电机组的工作寿命. 在正、负序同步旋转坐标系中推导了电网电压不平衡工况下DFIG的电磁转矩表达式, 计算出消除电磁转矩波动所需的负序转子电流, 将其叠加到正序转子电流参考值上, 以减小电磁转矩波动. 采用ADRC实现对转子电流的有效控制, 减少控制器对发电机精确模型的依赖, 提高控制系统的鲁棒性. 仿真结果表明所提出的控制方案有效地减小了电网电压不平衡工况下DFIG的电磁转矩和无功功率波动, 同时减小了不平衡电流, 有利于延长DFIG风力发电机组的工作寿命.  相似文献

Hybrid control for speed sensorless induction motor drive   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The dynamic response of a hybrid-controlled speed sensorless induction motor (IM) drive is introduced. First, an adaptive observation system, which comprises speed and flux observers, is derived on the basis of model reference adaptive system (MRAS) theory. The speed observation system is implemented using a digital signal processor (DSP) with a high sampling rate to make it possible to achieve good dynamics. Next, based on the principle of computed torque control, a computed torque controller using the estimated speed signal is developed. Moreover, to relax the requirement of the lumped uncertainty in the design of a computed torque controller, a recurrent fuzzy neural network (RFNN) uncertainty observer is utilized to adapt the lumped uncertainty online. Furthermore, based on Lyapunov stability a hybrid control system, which combines the computed torque controller, the RFNN uncertainty observer and a compensated controller, is proposed to control the rotor speed of the sensorless IM drive. The computed torque controller with RFNN uncertainty observer is the main tracking controller and the compensated controller is designed to compensate the minimum approximation error of the uncertainty observer instead of increasing the rules of the RFNN. 介绍了静止无功发生器的工作原理及控制方法,提出了一种静止无功发生器控制器的设计方案,给出了该控制器设计过程中需注意的主、分控制器通信问题,显示CPLD收发数据的消抖问题,IGBT上下桥臂的短路问题,程序跑飞问题及相应的解决措施。该控制器基于滞环瞬时比较控制原理,采用主控制器+分控制器的设计方式,且主、分控制器均采用DSP+CPLD的结构,提高了静止无功发生器控制器的运算速度和实时性。  相似文献

为解决磁悬浮开关磁阻电机受到外部环境未知干扰、内部参数摄动等不确定因素带来的影响,提出一种基于自适应终端滑模控制器的直接瞬时转矩及直接悬浮力控制策略.首先,对电机的数学模型进行分析并建立状态方程,采用直接瞬时转矩控制与直接悬浮力控制方法,以减小系统脉动;其次,设计非奇异终端滑模面,避免常规终端滑模控制中的奇异问题,并引入自适应律,结合终端滑模控制器以抑制不确定因素的干扰,保证系统的快速收敛、强鲁棒性;最后,与传统滑模控制器方法进行对比,验证该方法的有效性.仿真结果表明,所提出方法能迅速精准跟踪控制系统的转速及位移,有效提升状态收敛速度,抗扰能力强,具有良好的动态性能.  相似文献

针对负载转矩对舵机转速的影响,建立负载力矩的数学模型,提出带前馈模糊自整定比例积分参数的速度环控制算法,利用前馈控制器补偿负载变化对电机转速的影响。当直流无刷电机特性和力矩变化时,通过动态调整控制参数使系统具有良好的鲁棒性和控制精度。设计以数字信号处理器为核心的模糊控制器,采用高精度的绝对编码器作为位置环反馈。实验结果表明,该控制器具有较强鲁棒性,且响应速度快、超调小、控制精度高。  相似文献

Some practical issues associated with enhancing the Cartesian impedance performance of flexible joint manipulator are investigated. A digital signal processing/field programmable gate array (DSP/FPGA) structure is proposed to realize the singular perturbation based impedance controller. To increase the bandwidth of torque control and minimize the joint torque ripple, boundary layer system and field-oriented control (FOC) are fully implemented in a FPGA of each joint. The kernel of the hardware system is a peripheral component interface (PCI)-based high speed floating-point DSP for the Cartesian level control, and FPGA for high speed (200 us cycle time) multipoint low-voltage differential signaling (M-LVDS) serial data bus communication between robot Cartesian level and joint level. Experimental results with a four-degree-of-freedom flexible-joint manipulator under constrained-motion task, demonstrate that the controller architecture can enhance the robot impedance performance effectively.  相似文献

Robust dynamic speed response with less maintenance and efficient operation makes the Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motors as an oblivious choice for many motoring applications which needs instantaneous speed control while developing high torque. This paper proposes Jaya optimization Algorithm on Xilinx platform for BLDC Motor and Fractional Order Proportional Integral Derivative controller to improve its efficiency through minimizing the ripples present in the Torque of the motor. The control strategy of torque controller works with the combinations of Xilinx and optimization algorithms. In this proposed controller, the strategy of control is achieved after deriving the BLDC motor's dynamic mode there after the electronic interaction with BLDC motor is enrooted with the Math lab/Simulink model while tactically utilizing Xilinx tools for all kind of co-simulation in the same model. Initially the dynamic model of a BLDC motor drive is derived and the control topology is designed with the help of the proposed controller. The controlling mechanism established in this paper is effective and efficient in minimizing the ripples present in the torque of the motor. The proposed controller is utilized for possible low-cost and high-performance industrial applications. The results are obtained and analyzed with existing methodologies and it shows that the proposed technique outperforms the existing models.  相似文献

This paper presents a simple and robust speed control scheme of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM). It is to achieve accurate control performance in the presence of load torque and plant parameter variation. A robust disturbance cancellation feed forward controller is used to estimate the torque disturbance. The simple and practical control scheme is easily implemented on a PMSM driver using a TMS320LF2407 DSP. The effectiveness of the proposed robust speed control approach is demonstrated by simulation and experhnental results.  相似文献

针对开关磁阻电机(SRM)的自身结构造成的转矩脉动问题以及驱动系统的抗干扰能力,提出了一种基于改进的动态换向策略与改进小波神经网络(WNN)的控制器方案。基于直接瞬时转矩控制(DITC)系统设计了一种动态的换向策略,减少关断以后的相电流,增加开通相电流的被激励程度,进而抑制系统的转矩脉动。此外基于小波神经网络改进了速度控制器,并将系统的输出转矩引入,使得系统能更好地应对扰动,增强系统的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明,与传统直接瞬时转矩控制和基于小波神经网络的转矩控制相比,转矩脉动减少了22.12%到64.14%,负载突变后静态误差仅为0.02r/min到0.01r/min,可以有效减弱转矩脉动且系统的抗扰能力显著提高。  相似文献

本文通过灰色预测控制提取系统的行为数据,并与模糊控制理论相结合来直接转矩系统的模糊控制器的设计,并在电压空间矢鼙调制中使用该技术,最后通过在DSP硬件平台上进行试验表明采用灰色预测组合模糊控制器方法的有效性,克服了滞后效应对系统的影响,使系统在动态响应、抗干扰能力和鲁棒性等方面均获得了满意的效果。  相似文献

介绍了一种基于单DSP控制的新型静止无功补偿控制器的设计。该控制器将瞬时无功理论和同步旋转坐标变换运用到无功检测算法中,所设计的控制器控制性能稳定、现场抗干扰能力强;具有分相电压电流采集能力并采用简单的平均检测算法;采用DSP数字信号处理器作为控制核心,软件主要采用C语言编程,硬件软件设计均预留了充足的扩展空间。样机测试表明设计正确,运行稳定,达到了预期要求。  相似文献

位置传感器的引入,使得开关磁阻电机(SRM)结构复杂,可靠性降低,研究了非导通相注入脉冲的转子位置估计方法,该方法不受电机控制方式,以及绕组电流超越饱和阈值的影响.针对响应脉冲电流产生的扰动转矩,设计了基于脉冲注入法的开关磁阻电机转矩优化系统.通过转速环将转矩差转换为给定转矩,建立合理的转矩分配机制,得到给定相转矩,并将直接瞬时转矩控制(DITC)与电流闭环控制相结合使转矩准确吻合给定相转矩,从而实现电机的循环控制,有效减小了脉冲电流产生干扰转矩对转矩波动的影响.建模仿真验证了方法的可行性:对基于脉冲注入的无位置传感器开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动具有良好的抑制效果.  相似文献

三维多层仿形织造过程多机同步协同控制是其关键技术之一。本文通过对三维多层仿形织造工艺技术的研究,依据磁场磁链定向控制作用机理,提出了一种对磁场磁链定向和变力矩控制的方法,来分别对多个感应电动机进行速度和力矩跟踪智能控制。依据控制方法,通过建立全维转子状态估计器,来辨识感应电动机的转子速度、定子和转子电阻、瞬时外负载等参数。由外负载辨识结果与速度、力矩PID控制器来确定感应电动机的转矩电流,实现感应电动机速度与力矩控制。仿真实验与三维多层仿形织造工程试验结果表明了该智能控制方法的先进性和实用性。  相似文献

Conventional yaw stability strategy of distributed drive electric vehicle (DDEV) is usually realised by torque distribution strategy. However, the instantaneous variations of four independent tyres slip ratio and the effect of disturbance have not been considered sufficiently. Therefore, it is difficult to realise the robustness of yaw stability for DDEV under various operating conditions. To solve this problem, a novel model predictive controller-based compensation control system (MPC-CCS) is proposed in this paper. The proposed MPC-CCS consists of two parts, an MPC based-feedback controller and a Kalman filter based-feedforward controller. In the feedback controller, a dual torque distribution scheme is adopted to obtain optimal torque values derived from the real-time signals of four independent tyres slip ratio, an MPC is designed to realise optimal torque values for vehicle yaw motion. In the feedforward controller, a Kalman filter is employed to attenuate the effect of the disturbance on yaw performance. In this way, the robustness of yaw stability for DDEV can be guaranteed by the proposed MPC-CCS. The proposed MPC-CCS is evaluated on eight degrees of freedom simulation platform and simulation results of different conditions show the effectiveness of the MPC-CCS.  相似文献

在机械手的点到点运动中,起始加速度和终止加速度过大都会导致较大的瞬时控制力矩,易对机械手造成损伤同时使系统不稳定。针对这个问题并考虑机械手系统的非参数不确定性,提出了合理的解决方案。首先选择了一种零起始和零终止加速度的期望轨迹曲线,基于跟踪误差设计滑模函数,同时设计PI控制器和反演控制器,最后证明了闭环系统的稳定性。利用二自由度机械手模型进行仿真实验,仿真结果证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

针对传统控制方式下开关磁阻电机(SRM)转矩脉动大的问题,采用了基于瞬时转矩控制的SRM转矩控制系统,通过模糊控制策略与重叠换相法来抑制转矩脉动。经模糊自适应PID进行速度控制并产生参考转矩,再由转矩分配函数给出相应的各相瞬时转矩,可求得各相瞬时电流,通过瞬时电流跟踪控制使电机电流跟踪,完成电机的转矩控制。并根据多电飞机(MEA)高压直流(HVDC)电源系统的发展需求,建立了270VDC、60KW的SRM转矩控制系统仿真模型,仿真结果表明,相对于传统的平均转矩控制方式,控制系统可以有效减小转矩脉动。  相似文献
