优势菌对焦化废水中COD和氨氮处理的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为了提高焦化废水的生物降解率,采用活性污泥作菌种,对活性污泥的梯度驯化、优势菌的筛选和分离鉴定进行了探索性研究.结果得到5株优势菌,其中3株属于假单胞菌属,另外两株分别属于硝化杆菌属和微球菌属.对这5株的单一菌及其不同组合的混合菌进行了焦化废水降解对比实验.结果表明,焦化废水经优势菌处理48h后,COD的最高降解率为81.1%,氨氮为51.2%,初步得出:以焦化废水作为碳氮来源的梯度驯化法用于优势菌的筛选很有效. 相似文献

从陇东油泥处理站的含油污泥中筛选分离得到5株高效石油降解菌,分别命名为LD3、LD5、LD7、W6、XB。通过菌株形态观察和生理生化反应进行初步鉴定,鉴定结果为XB属于动性球菌属(Planococcus Migula sp.),W6属于微球菌属(Micrococcus Cohn sp.),LD3属于链球菌属(Streptococcus sp.),LD5和LD7属于葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus sp.)。通过单因素试验对5株菌的最佳降解条件进行探索,在降解温度为30℃时,5株菌的降解率均达到最高,其中LD3的降解率最大为77.80%;在培养液初始p H为7时,5株菌的降解率均达到最高,其中LD3的降解率最大为82.43%;LD3、LD7、XB的最佳接种量为6%,LD5的最佳接种量为4%,W6的最佳接种量为1%,通过对单个菌株的原油降解产物GC-MS分析,获得了各个菌株的原油组分的降解范围,采取互补原则,充分结合各菌株的降解优势,选取LD3、LD7、W6构建复合菌群,复合菌群对石油总烷烃的去除率为92.06%,复合菌群的降解残油组分GC-MS分析结果表明,复合菌群能降解原油中所含C13~C35之间的大部分烷烃,为含油污泥的实际修复提供理论指导。 相似文献

筛选出5株具有产碱性蛋白酶能力的菌株N1、N2、N3、N4和N5.通过形态学观察和生理生化指标对这5株菌株进行鉴定,初步鉴定菌株N1属于漫游菌属(Vagococcuscollinsetal)、N2属于芽孢八叠球菌属(Sporosaricina)、N3属于肠杆菌属(Enterobacteriaceae)、N4属于黄色杆菌属(Xanthobacter)、N5属于脂肪杆菌属(Pimelobacer).5株菌株在25 C条件下酶活均超过200U·mL-1,其中又以N1酶活最高,达到280 U·mL-1. 相似文献

从大庆油田采油污水污染土壤中筛选出以聚丙烯酰胺为唯一氮源和唯一碳源的4株聚丙烯酰胺降解菌R1、R2、R3、Y3。通过游离菌与固定化菌降解聚丙烯酰胺效果的实验数据比较,证明了微生物固定化法降解聚丙烯酰胺具有优势。因此,采用微生物固定法修复采油污水污染土壤,通过固定化颗粒的制备难易程度、强度、费用及对聚丙烯酰胺和原油的去除率等条件,比较了5种包埋固定化制备方法,考察了优选出的包埋固化法对土壤中污染物的降解能力。结果表明:PVA+海藻酸钠+添加剂法得到的固定化颗粒强度好,操作简单,不易破损,且费用低,对土壤中聚丙烯酰胺去除率为79.5%,对原油的去除率可达到98.7%。对筛选出的4种菌株鉴定得知R1为芽孢乳杆菌属,R2为微球菌属,R3、Y3为假单胞菌属菌株。 相似文献

This study used four kinds of natural colorant solutions extracted from Amur Corktree, Dryopteris crassirhizoma, Chrysanthemum boreale, Artemisia using water at 90°C for 90 min with a liquor ratio (solid natural colorant material/solvent water, weight ratio) of 1/10. The dyeing, color fastness, deodorizing properties of cotton, silk, wool fabrics dyed with natural colorant extracts were compared. These properties were found to be significantly dependent on the extract concentration, colorant structure, fabric type. Color fastness (light, water, perspiration fastness) ranged between second and fifth grades and deodorizing performance of fabrics dyed with various natural colorant extracts between 34 and 99%. It is worth noting that the use of natural colorants notably enhanced the deodorizing performance. 发酵微生物菌群和复合功能微生物菌群是两个重要的微生物功能菌群,在制备生物有机肥中有着广泛的用途。本文评述了国内外在微生物菌群应用于生物有机肥制备方面的研究进展。基于固体有机废弃物组成的复杂性,同时兼顾除臭和减少营养元素流失的要求,发酵微生物菌已由单一的菌株向菌群发展。而在以腐熟物料制备生物有机肥的过程中,可以添加固氮、解磷等功能微生物满足肥料的功能要求。文章指出,微生物菌群在组成和功能上将逐渐由单一走向多元化。 相似文献

In this work, we report the fabrication and deodorizing efficiency of nanostructured core-sheath TiO2 nanofibers prepared by a combined technique of electrospinning and metallization. The morphologies and crystal structures of the resultant nanofibers were investigated by emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), respectively. The influence of annealing conditions, such as annealing temperature and time, various titanium isopropoxide (TTIP) weight fractions, which are based on the weight of the poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc), on morphologies and crystal structures was evaluated for the nanostructured core-sheath TiO2 nanofibers. UV blocking properties and deodorizing efficiency were also measured by UV-visible spectrometer and formaldehyde detector tube at room temperature, respectively. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
