研究了电极糊配方中添加不同比例的石油焦煅烧收尘粉对电极糊性能的影响。结果表明,随着收尘粉添加比例的增加,电极糊的灰分下降明显,而挥发分含量升高;电阻率起初变化不大,随后逐渐下降,当过量添加时,反而有所升高;体积密度和耐压强度随着添加比例的增加,呈现出先增加后减小的趋势。当收尘粉添加量约为15%时,电极糊制品的整体性能较好。  相似文献

采用相近聚合度、不同生产方法的两种树脂进行复配,研究各复配比例下增塑糊黏度及稳定性。结果表明:当微悬浮法糊树脂1与MSP-3法糊树脂2的配比为80/20时,糊黏度大且稳定性最差;当树脂1/树脂2 =50/50时,糊黏度较低,稳定性最好。树脂1中引入树脂2(含量小于50 %)使得体系黏度上升,黏度稳定性也变差,糊树脂颗粒形貌的影响比粒度分布的影响更大;树脂2中引入树脂1(含量小于50 %)可降低其黏度和提高黏度的稳定性,主要是糊树脂颗粒形貌和粒度分布优化的原因。  相似文献

对电极糊挥发分测定过程中的取样、样品制备、样品粒度、样品存留时问、称样量等影响因素进行分析。结果发现,样品的取样和制样能够显著影响挥发分测定结果,电极糊的挥发分随样品的留存时间逐渐降低,称样量对测定结果有一定影响,样品粒度对测定结果的影响较小。通过对试验方法和整个过程检测的精密度测定,结果表明了检测精密度主要影响在于取样和制样环节。  相似文献

Ionic liquid, 1-heptyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (HMIMPF6), has been used to fabricate two new electrodes, carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) and ionic liquid modified carbon paste electrode (IL/CPE), using graphite powder mixed with HMIMPF6 or the mixture of HMIMPF6/paraffin liquid as the binder, respectively. The electrochemical behaviors of hydroquinone at the CILE, the IL/CPE and the CPE were investigated in phosphate buffer solution. At all these electrodes, hydroquinone showed a pair of redox peaks. The order of the current response and the standard rate constant of hydroquinone at these electrodes were as follows: CILE > IL/CPE > CPE, while the peak-to-peak potential separation was in an opposite sequence: CILE < IL/CPE < CPE. The results show the superiority of CILE to IL/CPE and CPE, and IL/CPE to CPE in terms of promoting electron transfer, improving reversibility and enhancing sensitivity. The CILE was chosen as working electrode to determine hydroquinone by differential pulse voltammetry, which can be used for sensitive, simple and rapid determination of hydroquinone in medicated skin cosmetic cream.  相似文献

A nitrate-selective electrode based on surfactant-modified zeolite (SMZ) particles into carbon paste was proposed (SMZ-CPE). The electrode was fully characterized in terms of composition, response time, ionic strength, thermal stability and usable pH range. The electrode containing 10% SMZ exhibited linear response range to nitrate species in the range of 1.00 × 10−6 to 1.00 × 10−3 M with a detection limit of 1.00 × 10−6 M and a Nernstian slope of 59.4 ± 0.7 mV per decade of nitrate concentration. The response of the electrode to nitrate remains constant in the pH ranges of 3.5–9.8 and 1.7–10.5 for 1.00 × 10−4 and 1.00 × 10−2 M nitrate, respectively, and in presence of 1 × 10−4 to 1 × 10−3 M NaCl. The response of the electrode reaches to its equilibrium value within several seconds (10 s) after immersing the electrode in nitrate solution. Selectivity coefficients showed multivalent anions (such as arsenate, dichromate and sulfate) have higher interferences than monovalent anions (such as iodide, fluoride, bromide, chloride and thiocyanate). The electrode was used for determination of nitrate in an ammonium nitrate fertilizer sample, using direct potentiometry, and the satisfactory results were obtained. The electrode was also used for the potentiometric titration of nitrate. The validation of the obtained results in each case was proved by statistical “t” and “g” tests.  相似文献

A hemin-modified carbon paste electrode was constructed by a simple, rapid and effective method. The electrochemical behaviour of the modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry. The modified electrode obtained was very stable and exhibited electrocatalytic response for the reduction of oxygen. The possible mechanism for the catalytic reduction of dioxygen is discussed. The dioxygen is reduced via a one-step reduction accompanying four electrons and four protons transfer at pH 7–11.  相似文献

在0.40mol/L的HAc-NaAc(pH 4.6)缓冲液中,阿司咪唑在碳糊电极(CPE)上有一灵敏的吸附氧化伏安峰,峰电位为0.84V(vs.SCE)。该氧化峰的二阶导数峰电流与阿司咪唑的浓度在2.0×10-9~1.0×10-7mol/L(富集90s)范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9980,检出限为1.0×10-9mol/L,探讨了阿司咪唑在碳糊电极上的伏安性质和电极反应机理,并且成功地应用于息斯敏片含量的测定,加标回收率在99.7%~100.3%之间,结果与紫外分光光度法基本吻合。  相似文献

A silica gel-modified carbon paste electrode (Si-CPE) was fabricated and used for selective and sensitive determination of insulin. The experimental results suggested that insulin effectively accumulated on surface of the modified electrode resulting in a marked enhancement of its oxidation current response. Therefore, the modified electrode was used as an electrochemical sensor for the differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetric and hydrodynamic amperometric determination of insulin. The influence of various experimental parameters on the voltammetric response of insulin was investigated. Using hydrodynamic amperometry, under optimum conditions, calibration plot for insulin was linear in the range of 90–1400 pM. The sensitivity and detection limit of the proposed amperometric method were found to be 107.3 pA/pM (1511.3 pA/pM cm2) and 36 pM, respectively. The electrode has the remarkable advantages of simple preparation using inexpensive material, high reproducibility, good chemical and mechanical stabilities, and easy surface renewal owing to bulk modification. The high selectivity of the modified electrode towards oxidation of insulin in the presence of sulfur containing amino acids including cystine, cysteine, and glutathione is a key advantage of the proposed electrode.  相似文献
