本文通过对疲劳裂纹扩展速率的测试和对疲劳裂纹扩展路径及疲劳断口的观察分析,研完了SiC颗粒体积分数对SiCp/Al复合材料疲劳裂纹扩展的影响.结果表明:随着SiC颗粒体积分数的增加,复合材料疲劳裂纹扩展抗力增加,但只有SiC颗粒体积分数为15%时,复合材料的疲劳裂纹扩展抗力才优于基体.   相似文献

为研究制动盘服役温度载荷及材料微结构对SiC_(p)/A356复合材料热疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响,明确其热疲劳裂纹扩展微观机理,开展SiC_(p)/A356复合材料热疲劳裂纹扩展实验。结果表明:裂纹扩展过程包括由SiC颗粒偏转作用和二次裂纹释放扩展驱动力导致的缓慢扩展阶段和主裂纹与裂纹扩展前端微损伤连接的快速扩展阶段;加热温度较低时,裂纹扩展的“台阶状”特征明显,整体扩展速率较低,裂纹宽度较小,裂纹扩展方式为颗粒断裂、轻量基体撕裂和沿界面开裂;加热温度较高时,“斜直线跃升”阶段更为明显,裂纹宽度较大且扩展速率较高,裂纹扩展以颗粒脱落以及大幅度基体撕裂为主;主裂纹总是通过选择沿SiC颗粒群或者直接穿过α-Al基体以阻力较小的方式向前扩展,Si相承载时极易发生断裂,成为裂纹扩展源,同时裂纹扩展前端的微损伤对其扩展具有引导作用。  相似文献

采用四点弯曲加载方式进行奥氏体不锈钢/低碳锅炉钢双金属层合板垂直界面裂纹的疲劳扩展实验,研究了组元强度配合、爆炸焊接影响的区域性能(晶粒大小、形变强化、界面脱粘、独立塑性区等)对裂纹扩展行为的影响,以及垂直界面裂纹疲劳扩展的不同过程及其所对应的扩展机制.结果表明:由于强度错配,裂纹起始于高强度材料一倜时其疲劳扩展速率提高,而起始于低强度材料一倜时其疲劳扩展速率降低;当裂纹尖端接近界面时,界面区域的存在对上述两种情况下疲劳裂纹的扩展均起到了一定的屏蔽减速作用.  相似文献

弱层成分对SiC/BN层状陶瓷阻力行为的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用压痕2强度法测定了不同弱层成分的SiC/ BN 层状陶瓷的阻力曲线行为, 研究了BN 弱层成分对SiC/ BN 层状陶瓷的阻力曲线行为的影响, 并与SiC 块体陶瓷作对比。结果表明: 与SiC 块体陶瓷相比, SiC/ BN层状陶瓷具有更为明显的升值阻力曲线行为, 且其阻力曲线行为受弱层成分的影响。其中, BN 弱层中加入30 %Al2O3 的SiC/ BN 层状陶瓷显示出更为优越的抗裂纹扩展能力, 其阻力曲线上升最陡, 上升幅度最大。分析认为,这与它们不同的增韧机制和界面的结合状态有关。原位增韧是SiC 块体陶瓷韧性提高的主要原因。裂纹遇到弱界面时发生偏转、分叉以及脱层等是层状陶瓷材料抗裂纹扩展能力提高的主要原因。而弱层成分又影响着裂纹的偏转, 适当结合强度的界面有利于裂纹的偏转, 结合强度太弱太强的界面都不利于裂纹的偏转。   相似文献

文中采用CT(Compact Tension)试样对MDYB-3有机玻璃在-50℃~90℃范围内进行了裂纹扩展试验研究.基于金属裂纹扩展公式,结合有机玻璃疲劳裂纹扩展特性,得到了描述有机玻璃裂纹扩展行为的公式.将其与有机玻璃在不同温度下的试验结果对比,发现得到的公式能够较完整地描述有机玻璃疲劳裂纹在各个阶段的扩展行为.  相似文献

通过疲劳裂纹扩展试验研究了TC11钛合金在不同取向及应力比下的疲劳裂纹扩展行为。结果表明:在相同应力强度因子的情况下,随着应力比的增大,TC11钛合金的疲劳裂纹扩展速率增大。通过TC11钛合金的拉伸性能对裂纹扩展门槛值进行估算,得到了可以对TC11钛合金进行全范围疲劳裂纹扩展速率预测的疲劳裂纹扩展模型,为进一步估算其疲劳寿命提供了依据。  相似文献

以U75V重轨钢CT(Compaction test)试样为研究对象,分别研究了冷速为3℃/s、5℃/s及空冷轧态的组织对稳定区(疲劳扩展Ⅱ区)疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响,疲劳试验在高频共振疲劳试验机上进行。研究结果表明:疲劳裂纹扩展速率随着珠光体片层间距的减小而降低,冷速由大到小(5℃/s、3℃/s、空冷)所对应的n值分别为3.603 05、3.631 18和3.885 28;珠光体组织的疲劳裂纹断裂形式主要以穿晶断裂为主,同时伴随部分沿晶断裂;片层间距影响裂纹扩展路径的偏折程度,偏折程度随片层间距的减小而增大,增大的裂纹偏折路径对裂纹扩展的阻碍作用增强,有利于疲劳裂纹扩展速率的降低。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
